匹配问题实例空间和解空间结构

本文通过研究匹配问题的实例空间，匈牙利算法和解空间三者之间的关系，指出S实例空间的数目与问题复杂度之间的关系既不是充分也不是必要的，而如何对问题的解空间进行合理的分解才能是问题的关键。     

Chalcogenide based all-solid-state thin electroplated ion-selective membrane for Hg(II) flow-injection determinations

The response to Hg(II) of a thin all-solid-state Te-doped silver chalcogenide membrane, described by the general formula Ag₂ + δSe_{1 − x}Te_x, which has been electrochemically prepared following a previously proposed approach, has been investigated. The kinetics of formation of the membrane's secondary dynamic response to Hg(II) has been successfully combined with the precise timing and transient signal, typical for flow-injection (FI) measurements, in developing a sensitive and reliable mercury FI detector. Under optimized stream conditions it exhibits a linear Nernstian response, with a double slope of the calibration graph of 59 mV dec⁻¹, over the mercury(II) concentration range 10⁻⁶ − 10⁻³ M, the typical sample throughput amounting to about 70 samples per hour. The observed chemical amplification of the signal is due to the specificity of the processes dominating the initial step in formation of the steady-state signal of the membrane to mercury. The analytical performance of the Hg(II) FI detector, as regards sensitivity, reproducibility, selectivity and long-term stability has been thoroughly investigated. The exact procedure for membrane electrodeposition is given and the potential of the proposed approach as a cost-effective way for preparing chalcogenides of unique structure and properties has been outlined in the above context.     

Flow-injection determination of 3-hdroxybutyrate in serum with an immobilized 3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase reactor and chemiluminescence detection

A flow-injection system for the determination of 3-hydroxybutyrate in serum is described. 3-Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase is immobilized on poly(vinyl alcohol) beads and incorporated in a flow-injection system. 1-Methoxy-5-methylphenazinium methylsulphate reacts with enzymatically generated NADH to give H₂O₂, which is detected chemiluminometrically with the reaction of luminol and hexacynoferrate(III). Serum is diluted and filtered through an ultrafiltration membrane. The system responds linearly to injected samples (80 μl) in the concentration range 0.5–300 μM; the detection limit is 0.1 μM. The within-day relative standard deviation (n = 90) for 58 μM 3-hydroxybutyrate in serum is 0.8%. The maximum throughout is 20 samples per hour. The immobilized enzyme is stable for at least 1 month.     

Spin-relaxation and magnetoresistance in FM/SC/FM tunnel junctions

The effect of spin relaxation on tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) in a ferromagnet/superconductor/ferromagnet (FM/SC/FM) double tunnel junction is theoretically studied. The spin accumulation in SC is determined by balancing of the spin-injection rate and the spin-relaxation rate. In the superconducting state, the spin-relaxation time τ_s becomes longer with decreasing temperature, resulting in a rapid increase of TMR. The TMR of FM/SC/FM junctions provides a useful probe to extract information about spin-relaxation in superconductors.     

The First Results of Supersonic Molecular Beam Injection in the HL-2A Tokamak

HL-2A tokamak, the first tokamak with divertor in China, has been constructed and put into operation in 2002. The main parameters are R=1.65 m, a=0.4 m, BT=2.8 T, Ip = 0. 48 MA. The divertor of HL-2A is unique, because it is characterized with a large closed divertor chamber. The device has double divertor chamber, but now it is operating with lower single null configuration to study the physics of divertor for the next step design of a divertor. Supersonic molecular beam injection （SMBI） system with LN2 cooling trap was first installed and demonstrated on the HL-2A tokamak in 2004. The first results of SMBI into HL-2A plasma are to demonstrate the function of the HL-2A divertor and to observe the cold pulse propagation during multi-pulse SMBI on HL-2A Tokamak.     

Application of enzyme-field effect transistor sensor arrays as detectors in a flow-injection analysis system for simultaneous monitoring of medium components. Part II. Monitoring of cultivation processes

Glucose, maltose, sucrose, lactose, ethanol and urea concentrations were monitored simultaneously during the cultivation of Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by means of enzyme field effect transistors (EnFETs) applying glucose dehydrogenase (GDH), maltase (MAL)/GDH, invertase (INV)/GDH, β-galactosidase (β-GAL)/galactosedehydrogenase (GALDH), alcoholdehydrogenase (ADH)/aldehydedehydrogenase (ALDH), and urease. These enzymes were (co)immobilized on the pH sensitive gates of an eight-FET array. The FET array was integrated in a commercial FIA system.     

HPLC法测定阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液中阿奇霉素的含量

利用高效液相色谱法，以VP-ODS型色谱柱，乙腈-异丙醇-水-氨水（60：25：15：0.1)为流动相，于210nm波长处测定了阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液中阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液中阿奇霉素的含量。阿奇霉素的浓度在0.75-1.75mg/mL线性关系良好，线性方程的A=881910.4c-16208.2，相关系数r=0.9999。阿奇霉素的平均回收率为99.59%，测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.31%。     

Measurement of small-signal and large-signal responses of packaged laser modules at high temperature

In this paper, the pulsed injection method is extended to measure the chip temperature of various packaged laser modules, such as the DFB laser modules, the FP laser modules, and the EML laser modules. An optimal injection condition is obtained by investigating the dependence of the lasing wavelength on the width and period of the injection pulse in a relatively wide temperature range. The small-signal frequency responses and large-signal performances of packaged laser modules at different chip temperature are measured. The adiabatic small-signal modulation characteristics of packaged LD are first extracted. In the large-signal measurement, the effects of chip temperature, bias current and driving signal on the performances of the laser modules are discussed. It has been found that the large-signal performances of the EML modules depend on the different red-shift speeds of the DFB and EAM sections as chip temperature varying, and the optimal characteristics may be achieved at higher temperature.     

Fast Fourier Continuous Cyclic Voltammetry at Gold Ultramicroelectrode in Flowing Solution for Determination of Ultra Trace Amounts of Penicillin G

In this work, for the first time a fast continuous cyclic voltammetry was used as a highly sensitive detection method for Penicillin G in a flow‐injection system. A special computer‐based numerical calculation method (using Fast Fourier Transformation) is introduced here for enhancing the analyte signal and noise reduction. During the measurements, the potential waveform (consists of potential steps for cleaning, stripping and potential ramp) was continuously applied on an Au disk microelectrode (with a radius 12.5 μm in radius). The stripping time was less than 200 ms. Effects of rest potential, sweep rate, and delay time on the sensitivity of the method were investigated. The limit of detection of the method was 1.0 × 10^?11 M. The detection limit of the method is 660 times lower than the most sensitive reported method. The relative standard deviation of the method at 1.0×10^?7 M of Penicillin G was 2.7% for 10 runs.     

断续喷洒去溶电热雾化法在电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱方法中的应用研究

本文所讨论的电热雾化法是采用继续喷洒去溶技术,使试样在石墨炉表面逐步积累的进样方法。文章简要介绍了实验条件的选择和控制以及石墨炉装置的结构,探讨了提高电热雾化法相对检测能力的途径。实验结果表明:谱线黑度值与试样积累时间的对数值之间具有较好的线性关系。
