At different temperatures, the interactions between imidacloprid (IMI) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were investigated with a fluorescence quenching spectrum, a synchronous fluorescence spectrum, a three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum and an ultraviolet-visible spectrum. The average values of bonding constants (KLB: 3.424 × 10^4 L,mol^-1), thermodynamic parameters (△H: 5.188 kJ,mol^-1, △G^(○—):-26.36 kJ,mol^-1, △S: 103.9 J,K^-1,mol^-1) and the numbers of bonding sites (n: 1.156) could be obtained through Stern-Volmer, Lineweaver-Burk and ther- modynamic equations. It was shown that the fluorescence of BSA could be quenched for its reactions with IMI to form a certain kind of new compound. The quenching belonged to a static fluorescence quenching, with a non-radiation energy transfer happening within a single molecule. The thermodynamic parameters agree with △H〉 0, △S〉0 and△G^(○-)〈0, suggesting that the binding power between IMI and BSA should be mainly a hydrophobic interaction.  相似文献

以2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶(CCMP)、无水乙二胺和硝基胍为原料,运用串联反应方法合成了吡虫啉[化学名:1-(6-氯-3-吡啶甲基)-N-硝基-2-咪唑啉亚胺]。该方法反应中间体无需纯化处理,操作简单,同时解决了活性中间体进一步进行副反应的难题。通过单因素实验,探讨了pH、反应溶剂、温度以及时间等因素对产物收率的影响,得到的优化工艺条件为:以乙腈为溶剂,nCCMP∶n无水乙二胺∶n硝基胍=1∶5∶1,于30℃反应120min,产率可达96.35%。其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、IR表征。  相似文献

In this work, a novel electrochemiluminescent (ECL) pesticide sensor based on zinc oxide nanocrystals decorated nickel foam is proposed for determination of imidacloprid for the first time. The silica film was used as a morphology‐controlling factor for modification of the electrode with zinc oxide nanocrystals. Zinc oxide was selected as luminescent material due to its cheapness, non‐toxicity, high thermal stability and excellent luminescence properties which truly adhered on the surface of nickel foam. The K2S2O8 was used as strong co‐reactant for this purpose. The silica template plays an important role in controlling the size of ZnO nanocrystals. The Physical morphology of the ZnO/Ni‐foam electrode was performed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller (BET), X‐Ray diffraction analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis. The ultra‐sensitive electrochemiluminescence method was successfully used for ultra‐trace determination of imidacloprid. The linear dynamic range and low detection limit were obtained 3×10?14 ?8×10?8 M and 4.4×10?15 M, respectively. Also, the relative standard deviation for 15 repetitive optical signals was calculated 1.09 %.The present ECL sensor exhibited superior performance toward the accurate determination of imidacloprid with good reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

In this study, imidacloprid, a systemic insecticide, currently having a specified European Commission MRL value for vine leaves (2 mg kg−1), was applied on a Lebanese vineyard under different commercial formulations: as a soluble liquid (SL) and water dispersible granules (WDG). In Lebanon, many commercial formulations of imidacloprid are subject to the same critical good agricultural practice (cGAP). It was, therefore, important to verify the variability in dissipation patterns according to matrix nature and formulation type. Random samplings of grapes and vine leaves were performed starting at 2 days until 18 days after treatment. Residue extractions were performed according to the QuEChERS method and the analytical determination using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS). The SL formulation yielded significantly higher initial deposit than the WDG formulation on grapes and vine leaves. The formulation type did not significantly affect the dissipation rates; the estimated half-lives in grapes and vine leaves were 0.5 days for all imidacloprid formulations. No pre-harvest intervals were necessary on grapes. PHIs of 3.7 days for the SL formulation and 2.8 days for the WDG formulation were estimated on vine leaves. The results showed that the type of formulation and the morphological and physiological characteristics of the matrix had an effect on the initial deposits, and thus residue levels, but not on the dissipation patterns.  相似文献

介绍了利用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)快速、准确地测定蔬菜、茶叶产品中吡虫啉残留量的方法。前处理方法为用乙腈提取,再用弗罗里硅土和活性炭混合柱净化。用多反应监测技术确定吡虫啉的两对离子(m/z 256.0/209.3,m/z 256.0/175.2)为定性离子对,m/z 209.3为定量离子。方法的定量限为0.01 mg/kg,线性范围为0.01~0.5 mg/L,加标回收率为76%~90%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.4%~11.0%。  相似文献

建立了玉米粉中吡虫啉、三唑酮、乙草胺和异丙甲草胺4种常用农药的Qu ECh ERS/高效液相色谱-串联质谱残留分析方法。前处理采用Qu ECh ERS方法,以乙腈为提取剂,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和石墨化碳黑(GCB)为分散净化剂,并利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱在多反应离子监测模式(MRM)下进行检测,基底匹配工作曲线法定量。结果表明:4种农药在0.005~1.000 mg/L浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系(r2≥0.998);在0.05~1.00 mg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为74.9%~98.4%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.6%~5.3%;方法检出限(LOD)为0.001~0.26μg/kg;定量下限(LOQ)为0.004~0.867μg/kg。该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于玉米粉中吡虫啉、三唑酮、乙草胺和异丙甲草胺4种农药残留的快速检测和确证。  相似文献

We have used fluorescence spectroscopy methods to show that imidacloprid and its structural analogs form complexes with human serum albumin (HSA). The nature of the spectral changes in the ligand×protein systems and the calculated complexation parameters suggest that these low molecular weight compounds mainly bind to a specific section of the protein molecule, near the tryptophan residue in the 214 position of the polypeptide chain. We have found that the association constants are on the order of 104 M−1, and the affinity of the ligands for HSA varies in the series 6-chloronicotinic acid > 6-methoxynicotinic acid = imidacloprid > the keto analog of imidacloprid. The major contribution to the complexation energy probably comes from hydrophobic interaction forces with participation of the aromatic pyridine ring of the ligands, while additional enhancement of ligand-protein affinity can be provided by the nitroimine group of imidacloprid. This study was undertaken to investigate whether an additional column clean-up procedure can affect the accuracy of an analytical method developed for the determination of imidacloprid residues in Chinese cabbage. Thereafter, the residue levels and the degradation rates of imidacloprid were investigated in experimental Chinese cabbage plots after treatment with two different commercial formulations: emulsifiable concentrate (EC) and wettable powder (WP). The analyte was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UVD) and confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) in the select ion-monitoring mode. The mean recoveries ranged from 75.34 to 98.00% and 96.95 to 100.97%, with relative standard deviations of 0.86-4.14 and 1.22-3.52%, in samples treated with and without additional column clean-up procedures, respectively. The minimum detectable amount of imidacloprid was 4 ng, while the limits of detection and quantitation were 0.2 and 0.5 ppm, respectively. The degradation of pesticide was monitored throughout a period of 13 days under greenhouse conditions. Although the behaviors of the EC and WP formulations appear to be similar, the absolute residue levels obtained with EC and WP treatments differed slightly. When imidacloprid formulations were applied (as foliar treatments) according to the recommended rate, the final residues (13 days post-treatment) in Chinese cabbage were much lower than the maximum residue limit (MRL = 3.5 ppm) established by the Korean Food and Drug Administration. Taken together, our study suggests that the analysis of imidacloprid can be performed without an additional column clean-up procedure, and the decline curve and the residue levels in Chinese cabbage could change if the same active ingredient is used in different formulations.  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定大米样品中呋虫胺、噻虫胺、吡虫啉、吡虫清4种烟碱农药残留量的检测方法,对4种烟碱农药在ENVI-Florisil和Carb复合固相萃取柱上的保留行为进行了研究。样品用乙腈提取,固相萃取净化,HPLC-DAD分离检测,外标法定量。峰面积与标准溶液浓度在0.1~1.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9996。样品加标回收率为75.5%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为0.49%~4.36%(n=6),检出限达到0.004 mg/kg。  相似文献
