Catalytic Hydrosilylation of Furan, Thiophene, and Pyridine Aldimines

The addition of hydrosilanes (HSiEt₃, HSiMe₂Ph, H₂SiPh₂) to the CH=N bond of heterocyclic azomethines has been studied in the presence of monovalent complexes of rhodium and palladium. The effect on the reaction of the CF₃ group of the aldimines, which were obtained from O-, S-, and N-heteroaromatic aldehydes and 2-trifluoromethylaniline, has been clarified, as were other regularities of the processes being studied. A series of corresponding furans, thiophenes, and pyridine amines has been synthesized.     

Synthesis of vinyl-substituted oxiranes and their transformation to dihydrofurans

The reaction of dimethylsulfonium methylide with the carbonyl function of 2-arylidene-cyclohexanones obtained from 2-methylcyclohexanone affords the corresponding spirooxiranes. The application of this reaction to 2,2-dimethyl-6-(5-methylfurfurylidene)cyclohexanone and 2,2-dimethyl-6-(5-chlorofurfurylidene)cyclohexanone leads to substituted 4,4-dimethyl-1-furyl-1,-3,4,5,6,7-hexahydroisobenzofurans.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A method for the determination of histamine in wine by HPLC with precolumn derivatization with phenylisothiocyanate

Summary A method for determining histamine in wine by precolumn derivatization with PITC (phenylisothiocyanate) with reversed-phase HPLC and UV detection is reported. Histamine can be determined together with the 24 amino acids within 40 min, or separately in a shorter time (less than 4 min) if a prior solid phase extraction clean-up is used.     

Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds(Ⅰ)——Solid state reactions of 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone with carbonyl compounds

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) with aromatic aldehydes and ke-tones benzil derivatives and imides,and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrnzolone 2 were investigated.Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found,from which a series of new compounds were obtained The structures of the products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis,and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed

含二氧杂环异黄酮的合成

本文报道含有3', 4'-亚甲二氧基, 3', 4'-亚乙二氧基, 3, 4'-三亚甲二氧基的异黄酮类化合物的合成, 所得25个新化合物的结构经元素分析、^1H NMR谱确证; 紫外光谱表明有异黄酮特征吸收。文中并对反应机理进行了探讨。     

Luminarin 9: A new fluorescent reagent for the precolumn derivatizatioin of main volatile and non-volatile N-nitrosamines in RP-HPLC

Summary A sensitive precolumn fluorescence derivatization method for low level detection of the, volatile (N-nitrosodimethylamine and N-nitrosopyrrolidine) and non-volatile N-nitrosamines (N-nitrosoproline and N-nitrosodiethanolamine) an high-performance liquid chromatography was developed. This method is based on the denitrosation of the compounds of interest by a mixture of hydrobromic acid and acetic acid to produce the corresponding secondary amines. These are, then, able to react with, a quinolizinocoumarin derivative (luminarin 9^®) to form highly fluorescent labelled N-nitrosamine derivatives. The structural elucidation of the luminarin 9^® derivatives of N-nitrosoproline and N-nitrosodimethylamine by way of example, were established by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and by direct chemical ionization-mass spectrometry (CI-MS). The separation, derivatization and detection conditioins were optimized for all the studied compounds. The detection limits (signal to noise ratio=3) were between 0.4 and 1.0 pmol injected depending on the compound. The calibration graphs were linear for derivatized amounts in the range of 0.5–40 nmol for N-nitrosodimethylamine and N-nitrosopyrrolidine, 0.4–2- nmol for N-nitrosoproline and 1.0–40 nmol for N-nitrosodiethanolamine. The repeatability (RSD less than 3.5%, n=6) and reproducibility (RSD less than 4.8%, n-6) were satisfactory.
