A new representative of hetarylketene aminals, ethyl 3,3-diamino-2-(2-p-tolylpyrimidin-4-yl)acrylate, was synthesized by the reaction ofp-toluamidine with the condensation product of dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal and the difluoroboron chelate of acetyl(ethoxycarbonyl)ketene (N-benzoyl)aminal. The molecular and crystal structures of diphenylboron chelates of acetylketeneN-benzoylaminal and 2-(N-benzoyl)diaminomethylene-4-dimethylaminomethylenecyclohexane-1,3-dione and the structure of the difluoroboron complex of diacetylketeneN-benzoylaminal were established. It was found that the aminovinylcarbonyl fragment of the ligand is involved in the formation of a boron-containing ring. An efficient new method to synthesize α-oxy N-acyl aminals and hemiaminals in a single step from readily synthesized N-acyl enamines has been developed using PhI(OAc)2 as the oxidant. We have studied condensation of 2-, 3-, 4-pyridinealdehydes and 6-methylpyridine-2-aldehyde with 2-aminopyridine and its 3-, 4-, and 6-methyl derivatives in benzene in the presence of molecular sieves. The reactions occur even at room temperature to form the corresponding pyridyl-pyridyl azomethines, and also aminals. We have determined the optimal conditions for carrying out the processes with the aim of obtaining both types of products. We consider the characteristics of the mass spectra for the synthesized aldimines. We present the X-ray diffraction results for the two aminals. 相似文献

New pathways of reaction between 1-methylthiourea or 1-methylurea and benzil bring about new derivatives of (2S*,3aR*,6aS*)-perhydro-3aH-[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-d]imidazole and racemic (4S*,5R*)-4-alkoxy-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-4,5-diphenylimidazolidine-2-thiones. Some of the obtained urea-and thiourea derivatives were characterized by X-ray diffraction, which showed their supramolecular organization governed by the directionality of hydrogen bonds at the acceptor side C=O or C=S groups. 相似文献

首次报道了甲醛衍生的胺缩醛和芳基硼酸在水的促进下,可以在没有催化剂的条件下高效的合成三级胺.在此基础上建立了一种利用多聚甲醛,二级胺和芳基或杂环硼酸合成三级胺的高效合成方法.此反应条件温和,操作简单,具有很好的底物适应性,目标产物的收率最高可达93%. 相似文献
