临床外科手术缝合费时费力,且容易留下疤痕,医用粘合剂为解决这些问题提供了一种有效手段。本文基于在生物材料领域广泛应用的可降解材料聚癸二酸甘油酯(PGS),研制了一种新型的可降解蓝光固化医用粘合剂。以PGS为基体与甲基丙烯酸(2-异氰基乙基)酯反应制得聚癸二酸甘油酯接枝甲基丙烯酸(2-异氰基乙基)酯(PGS-IM)粘结剂,其结构和性能经1H NMR, ATR-FTIR, TGA和DSC表征。并测试了其蓝光固化后的粘结性能,考察了其生物相容性。结果显示:PGS-IM的玻璃化转变温度为-30.6 ℃;玻璃和PET板的粘结强度分别为0.84±0.12 MPa和0.39±0.07 MPa。 RAECs培养实验显示其具有良好的生物相容性。 相似文献

We studied the fatty-acid composition of oils from pine nuts and seeds of common pine using PMR and 13C NMR and gas chromatography. We found that the main components of the glycerides are palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic,
γ-linolenic, pinolenic, and cis-9-eicosenoic acids. The oils contain about 2% sn-1,2-diacylglycerides in addition to triglycerides.

This work demonstrates that the desorption/ionization on self-assembled monolayer surface (DIAMS) mass spectrometry, a recent matrix-free laser desorption/ionization (LDI) method based on an organic target plate, is as statistically repeatable and reproducible as matrix assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) and thin gold film-assisted laser desorption/ionization (TGFA-LDI) mass spectrometries. On lipophilic DIAMS of target plates with a mixture of glycerides, repeatability/reproducibility has been estimated at 15 and 30% and the relative detection limit has been evaluated at 0.3 and 3 pmol, with and without NaI respectively. Salicylic acid and its d(6)-isomer analysis confirm the applicability of the DIAMS method in the detection of compounds of low molecular weight. 相似文献

Increasing atmospheric pollution with greenhouse gases, a large proportion of which are transport pollutants, is forcing the search for new fuels from renewable sources. Biodiesel is currently produced by transesterification of plant oils over heterogeneous catalysts under gentle conditions. The other recent technology dealing with the transesterification with alcohols under supercritical conditions, i.e., at high temperature and pressure, can be more efficient, the cost of the resulting biodiesel having been lower, and lower quality feedstocks having been used. Supercritical transesterification can be performed catalytically or catalyst-free. This paper provides an overview of the catalytic lipid transesterification under supercritical conditions. The influence of raw material, alcohol and catalyst, as well as process parameters on biodiesel yield is analyzed. 相似文献

Summary The advantages of an evaporative light scattering detector in HPLC are demonstrated using the separation of α, ω-dicarboxylic
and hydroxycarboxylic acids, alkyl glucosides and mono-, di- and triglycerides as examples. By using this detector reversed
phase as well as normal phase gradient HPLC becomes possible for substances with no UV absorption.

油酸和亚油酸,是人体必需的营养成份,具有抗癌,防止动脉硬化,降脂减压等作用,因而它们在治疗一些癌症及减肥降血脂等方面取得了较好的疗效[1-3]。通常油酸,亚油酸和其他脂肪酸以甘油酯的形式,大量地存在于植物油中。本文用1H NMR测定了5种植物油各组峰面积积分,按文献[4]扣除法,整理了各组峰的积分值,计算出油脂中每摩尔所含各功能团的个数,不饱和度,酯化度等数据。此外,还记了豆油和茶油的13C NMR谱,从这两种谱图相关谱线积分值推算出各功能团与甲基基团的比率与1H NMR谱所得结果接近。并计算出,上述两种油中所含脂肪酸甘油酯和各种不饱和脂肪酸甘油酯的克分子百分数。对测得CCH2C基团质子自旋晶格弛豫时间T1进行分析后,给出一经验公式来予以拟合,计算结果与测定值吻合。这一事实说明,油脂中各种组分克分子百分数的计算是可以信赖的。 相似文献
