用不同光泽和色差等级的彩色印刷样品检验均匀颜色空间   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用不同光泽纸张和不同色差等级彩色印刷样品的目视评价色差数据拟合色度椭圆,研究各均匀颜色空间在评价不同光泽度和色差样本时的表现,检验基于CIELAB,DIN99,OSA和CIECAM02共7个颜色空间的均匀性。用局部均匀性和全局均匀性因子分别检验不同颜色空间色度椭圆的椭圆度和空间中不同位置椭圆尺寸的一致性。结果表明,其他所有颜色空间的表现均优于CIELAB和OSA颜色空间,OSA-Gp-Eu和DIN99d颜色空间在评价印刷品颜色差异的表现上较为接近,同时优于其他的颜色空间。  相似文献

AlSiFe phase can form microscopic galvanic couples that decrease corrosion resistance of 6063 aluminum which may influence the anodizing process. Two samples of 6063 aluminum were prepared. One sample was cut along the extrusion direction of the billet, and the other was cut perpendicular to the extrusion direction. Both samples exhibited the same characteristics, except for the distribution of the second phase AlSiFe. Both samples were subjected to anodizing treatments. Comparison between anodic oxide films was performed. The microstructure of Al substrates and anodic oxide films were examined using a scanning electron microscope, an optical microscope, and a glow discharge optical emission spectrometer. Results indicated that the thicknesses and elemental distributions of the anodic oxide films were almost the same. Moreover, the second phase AlSiFe influenced the anodic oxidation process, resulting in cavities in the anodic oxide film that affected its brightness. A general expression for gloss within the scalar Kirchhoff's theory is derived in terms of the detector collecting angle, and two statistical parameters that characterize the surface roughness. Analytical expressions for gloss are derived for an exponential and a Gaussian correlation function, and numerical results for these and other quasi-exponential correlation functions are presented. It is shown that the incoherent contribution to gloss is significant in common polymeric surfaces. The latter implies that surface height correlations cannot be neglected in the evaluation of gloss. It is also shown that for a correlation function with a single characteristic length, gloss scales with the correlation length Lc in the same way as with the detector collecting angle. To examine the action of acid atmospheric precipitation on the light stabilisers in automotive coatings two common clearcoat types (TSA and 2K-PU) blended with commercially available HALS and UVA were subjected to artificial weathering (Acid Dew and Fog test and Acid-free weathering test) and natural weathering outdoors in Jacksonville, FL. Tracing gloss and haze during weathering the test results showed that the influence of acid stress on the long-term performance of the clearcoats depended on the kind of the stabilisation system.  相似文献

The fatty acid composition of tobacco seed oil revealed that the oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, having linoleic acid (71.63%), oleic acid (13.46%) and palmitic acid (8.72%) as the most abundant unsaturated and saturated fatty acids respectively. So the tobacco oil was characterized as semi-drying type on the basis of fatty acid composition. The synthesis of alkyd resin was carried out by alcoholysis or monoglyceride process using an alkali refined tobacco seed oil, pentaerythritol, cis-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride along with lithium hydroxide as catalyst. The alkyd resin so prepared was found to be bright and of low color with high gloss. The drying and hardness properties and adhesion of the tobacco seed oil derived alkyd resin were also found a bit superior to those of other alkyd resins of the same oil length. In addition, the water and acid resistance of the said alkyd was also found comparable to the other alkyds.  相似文献

Styrenic polymers and copolymers are often impact modified with rubber particles. The efficiency of rubber toughening depends mainly on the size of the rubber particles and the degree of cross-linking. The deformation rate, the temperature, the orientation of the polymer molecules and the efficiency of rubber grafting also influence rubber toughening. It is thought that on impact, cavitation inside the rubber particles occurs which reduces the detrimental dilatational stress in the bulk polymer without forming cracks in the brittle matrix or at the rubber-matrix interface. Crazing and shearing are facilitated if the rubber particles can easily cavitate. This can be achieved by either avoiding too much cross-linking or by adding oil (silicone oil in the case of ABS) into the rubber particles, which acts as nuclei for void formation. An electron spectroscopic imaging method is described which allows visualizing the location of the oil. Already after cooling silicone oil modified ABS samples down to liquid nitrogen temperature rubber cavitation is observed. This cavitation is caused by the thermal stress developing due to the differences in thermal expansion coefficient between the rubber phase and the SAN-matrix and is facilitated by silicone oil. Voiding also leads to an increase of light scattering, which can be detected by an optical microscope using dark field illumination.  相似文献

A method to reproduce images of an object under various observation conditions is presented. In this method, a series of multispectral images is captured by rotating the object under a point light source of which spectral power distribution and the position are known. The captured images are decomposed into diffuse and specular reflection component images based on the dichromatic reflection and the Lambertian models. Next, the incident angle of the illumination light and the angle between viewing direction and regular reflection are calculated based on observation geometry. Finally, the image under observation geometry is synthesized using the light-ray rearrangement technique. The experiments are carried out using two-dimensional objects, leather and fabric. Most of the synthesized images are shown to be the same as the images actually captured under the assumed illumination geometry, even if the object has complex reflection like fabric for which it is difficult to apply the reflection model used in computer graphics.  相似文献

The usage of rapid heat cycle molding (RHCM) has gained increasing attention in overcoming the limits of conventional injection molding (CIM) and improving the surface quality and mechanical properties of molded plastic products. In RHCM, the vario‐thermal mold temperature control system is the key technique because it directly affects the molding cycle time and the final part quality. In this study, a new RHCM technology with electric heating and coolant cooling was studied in detail. Two different RHCM mold structures for a large LCD TV panel were proposed and designed. The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the thermal response of the mold cavity surface at the heating stage and the thermal response of the resin melt at the cooling stage. The heating/cooling efficiency of the proposed electric heating RHCM system was evaluated. The thermal expansion analysis of mold cavity was implemented and the fixation of the cavity in molds was also optimized. The results showed that the electric‐heating mold with a separate cooling plate can efficiently enhance the heating efficiency. The thermal expansion of the cavity surface can be reduced by increasing the alleviating‐gap between the cavity and the cavity‐retainer plate. Then, the service lifetime of the electric‐heating mold can be improved. A RHCM production line with electric heating for the large LCD TV panel was constructed. Both the simulation and test production results indicate that the proposed electric heating RHCM technique can realize high‐temperature injection molding without increasing the molding cycle time. The surface appearance of the LCD TV panels was dramatically improved and the surface marks that usually occur in CIM process were eliminated completely. Polymerization kinetics and gloss of different formulations of coatings at different UV curing conditions were studied. The results showed that the photoinitiator type, its concentration, sample coating thickness, as well as the UV light intensity were the most significant factors affecting the polymerization course and the gloss of UV-cured films. The increasing concentration of the photoinitiator and the UV light intensity significantly decreased the gloss of the cured surface. The influence of the sample coating thickness on the kinetics and final gloss was also considerable.  相似文献

The mechanism and temporal characteristics of gloss perception are not entirely clear. In addition, the formulation for predicting gloss perception from photometric values has not been established. In the present study, we conducted an experiment to measure several temporal characteristics of gloss perception in order to clarify the mechanism. All stimuli were rendered as computer graphics with Phong and Lambert models to provide gloss perception to human observers. We measured perceptual glossiness with a magnitude estimation method and perceptual diffuse/specular reflectance of test stimuli with a matching method under several stimulus conditions, such as reflectance coefficients and stimulus duration. The results showed that the perceptual specular component and perceptual glossiness increase with decreasing stimulus duration. Finally, we proposed a formulation to predict perceptual glossiness as a function of stimulus duration.  相似文献
