The self-diffusion of benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene in polystyrene have been analyzed using the Vrentas/Duda free-volume diffusion model. Diffusion coefficient predictions suggest an exponential concentration dependence of the activation energy required to overcome attractive forces, E. Without the use of any diffusion data approximating E as zero over the entire concentration range yields self-diffusion coefficient predictions which are in good agreement with experimental data. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A diaphragm cell has been used to measure mutual diffusion coefficients at 25°C for four binary nonelectrolyte mixtures: ethylbenzene + n-hexane, carbon tetrachloride + ethylbenzene, cyclohexane + p-xylene, and 1,2-dichloroethane + cyclohexane. A free-volume predictive approach for binary mutual diffusion coefficients was developed and tested. Only infinite dilution diffusion coefficients, some readily available pure substance data, and UNIFAC group contribution parameters are used in the model. No binary equilibrium thermodynamic information is required. For 73 binary systems with an overall average absolute deviation of 5.2%, it has been shown that the developed method is better than two commonly available reference methods for the prediction of liquid diffusion coefficients.  相似文献

用穆斯堡尔法对乙苯脱氢铁系催化剂在反应条件下进行了研究。结果表明,反应前催化剂中的铁主要以α-Fe_2O_3和α-FeOOH的形式存在,在反应中主要组分为Fe_3O_4。用K_2CO_3和α-Fe_2O_3在高温下加热可以生成KFeO_2,后者在室温下很不稳定,在同样条件下很容易转化为Fe_3O_4。但钾的存在可促进催化剂中Fe~(3+)还原为Fe~(2+),有利于电子的交换,对催化活性起着助催作用。  相似文献

The catalytic activity of MIMII 2O3 spinel-type complex oxides (MI = Cu, Ni, Mn, Zn, Mg, Co, MII = Co, Cr, Al) in the oxidation of CO and ethylbenzene has been investigated. The Co-containing catalysts were more active than the Cr- and Al-containing catalysts. The nature of the cation influenced the catalytic activity. Higher activities were observed for the catalysts containing two transition elements. 本文应用碱性气体吸附的红外光谱和TPD技术研究了FeZSM-5(F_4)的酸性,酸性顺序为:H-F_4>Fe_2O_3/F_4>F_4原粉>水热处理的K-F_4>Li-F_4>NaF_4>K-F_4>NaOH/F_4,比较了酸强度和积炭对乙苯氧化脱氢性能的影响,以及催化剂酸碱性质与积炭的关系.结果表明,乙苯氧化脱氢反应是在酸碱协同作用下进行的,积炭也参与了氧化脱氢反应,催化剂表面上L酸中心产生的具有一定C、H、O比的积炭具有高的氧化脱氢活性.碱金属阳离子改性的具有L酸中心的FeZSM-5是乙苯氧化脱氢的高活性催化剂。  相似文献

用混合法制备了Fe2O3-K2O乙苯脱氢催化剂,并用压汞法、X射线衍射、穆斯堡尔谱、程序升温还原和热重-差热分析等表征手段,考察了焙烧温度对催化剂的催化活性、比表面积、体相结构和还原性能的影响.结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,催化剂的比表面积逐渐减小,平均孔径逐渐增大;尖晶石K2Fe22O34中正四面体Fe3 的含量逐渐减少,正八面体Fe3 的含量逐渐增多,催化剂逐渐变得容易被还原;催化剂的催化活性差别不大,但达到平稳时所需的诱导期逐渐缩短.过高的焙烧温度不利于催化剂的稳定性.  相似文献

Styrene (STY) is now produced industrially in fairly large quantities by the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene (EB) using promoted iron oxide catalyst with superheated steam.In this case, small amount of carbon dioxide formed as a by-product was known to inhibit the catalytic activity of commercial catalyst. Recently, there have been some reports which carbon dioxide showed positive effects to promote catalytic activities on the reaction over several catalysts.In this study, we attempted to combine the dehydrogenation of EB to STY with the carbon dioxide shift-reaction. The combine reaction (EB + CO2 → STY + H2O + CO) can be considered as one of the ways of using CO2 resources and can yield simultaneously STY and Carbon oxide.Alumina oxide catalysts such as Al2O3, Na2O/Al2O3 and K2O/Al2O3 were prepared by the usual impregnation method with an aqueous solution of NaNO3 and KNO3, and then calcined at 650℃ for 5 h in a stream of air. The reaction condition is 600℃, flow of CO2 38ml/mon and space velocity (EB) 1.28h-1.  相似文献

FeZSM-5吸附乙苯前后的IR、XPS、ESR及Mossbauer谱表明,乙苯分子的侧链和苯环与FeZSM-5的活性位(以Fe为中心的结构单元)同时发生配位络合作用,减弱了乙苯分子侧链的α和β位C-H键,使其活化,在氧存在下易发生氧化脱氢反应生成苯乙烯.Fe(Ⅲ)是乙苯氧化脱氢的活性中心,尤其是骨架不饱和配位的Fe(Ⅲ)对活化乙苯分子起到了关键作用,碱金属平衡阳离子起到了助催化剂的作用.骨架Fe(Ⅲ)比非骨架Fe(Ⅲ)具有更高的氧化脱氢活性  相似文献

About 11 reactions related to ethylbenzene are studied in this paper using transition state theory. The YL method proposed by Yao and Lin is utilized to calculate the anharmonic and the harmonic rate constants in these reaction processes in the temperature range of 300–4,000 K, energy diagram and the temperature dependence of the rate coefficients are also presented. The calculations indicate that the harmonic rate constants are larger than the anharmonic rate constants in most cases. Especially, there is a temperature junction between the high and low relationship between the anharmonic and harmonic rate constants in several reactions. Furthermore, the calculated values are in good agreement with other theoretical ones within the allowable error. Finally, the kinetic parameters and the thermodynamic parameters are calculated. To sum up, it can be concluded that the anharmonic effect in these reactions is very significant and cannot be ignored.  相似文献
