The polymerization kinetics of photocurable compositions based on an epoxyacrylate oligomer and three analogous diacrylate monomers were investigated. The effects of the oligomer-to-monomer ratio, curing conditions, and monomer structure were considered. The polymerization is characterized by a synergistic effect observed in a wide temperature range and occurring for the polymerization rate both in air and Ar and for final conversions in air. The final conversion in Ar is determined by viscosity of a formulation. The presence of a heteroatom (S or O) in the ester group of the reactive diluent is beneficial for the polymerization course, especially in air atmosphere. 本文采用环氧丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯共混聚合的方法制备出新型的UV-光固化光纤涂料,其主要性能较好.研究了基体组成、引发剂、稀释剂以及固化工艺对UV-固化光纤涂料的光固化速度的影响.通过实验发现,环氧丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的配比为 4:6~6:4、稀释剂的含量不大于20%时固化速度较快、性能较好,同时固化时灯距与固化膜厚度对固化速度的影响较大.  相似文献

In the present work adipic acid modified and methacrylated bisphenol A based epoxy resins were prepared. The structures of oligomers were characterized by FT-IR. UV curable clear coatings were applied on aluminum substrates. The physical and mechanical properties of UV-cured coatings such as gel content, solvent resistance, hardness, gloss, flexibility and tensile tests were examined. In addition, the thermal behavior of coatings was also evaluated. It is observed that the tensile properties and thermal stabilities of modified epoxy methacrylate coatings mainly depend on the adipic acid content.
