社会经济管理系统和谐性模型的构建与分析

本文从非线性自然观的视野。引用与分析了社会经济系统功能模型与效应模型。构建了系统和谐状态模型与和谐状态可信度模型，形象地说明了企业系统的和谐既是一个随机不确定状态。又是企业和谐力量与不和谐力量相互抗争干涉的过程。依据协同学原理提出了企业系统和谐演进的机制，表明企业系统的和谐发展是子系统和谐协同的过程。即子系统竞争合作的过程。文中所构建的模型，从理论上清晰地说明了企业系统和谐有序运行的机理，为如何构建和谐企业。提供了建设性的思考。     

Category with a natural cone

Generally, in homotopy theory a cylinder object (or, its dual, a path object) is used to define homotopy between morphisms, and a cone object is used to build exact sequences of homotopy groups. Here, an axiomatic theory based on a cone functor is given. Suspension objects are associated to based objects and cofibrations, obtaining homotopy groups referred to an object and relative to a cofibration, respectively. Exact sequences of these groups are built. Algebraic and particular examples are given. We point out that the main results of this paper were already stated in [3], and the purpose of this article is to give full details of the foregoing.     

高等师范学校物理专业课程结构改革研究

为解决高等师范院校物理专业学生的知识结构和实际能力与社会需要明显不相适应的矛盾，我们对四年制物理专业的课程结构进行了全面改革。改革后，毕业生不仅能胜任普通中学或职业中学（职业中专）的教学，而且有能力参与厂矿企业的技术工作，具有更广泛的适应性和更强的竞争力。     

M/G/1/N vacation model with varying E-limited service discipline

We define and analyze anM/G/1/N vacation model that uses a service discipline that we call theE-limited with limit variation discipline. According to this discipline, the server provides service until either the system is emptied (i.e. exhausted) or a randomly chosen limit ofl customers has been served. The server then goes on a vacation before returning to service the queue again. The queue length distribution and the Laplace-Stieltjes transforms of the waiting time, busy period and cycle time distributions are found. Further, an expression for the mean waiting time is developed. Several previously analyzed service disciplines, including Bernoulli scheduling, nonexhaustive service and limited service, are special cases of the general varying limit discipline that is analyzed in this paper.     

Cyclic cohomology and algebra extensions

We construct a spectral sequence to study cyclic cohomology for an extension A = R/I of algebras. When R is a free algebra we describe the cyclic cohomology of A in terms of traces defined on R or powers of I. Explicit cyclic cocycles representing the cyclic cohomology class belonging to the trace are constructed as analogues of Chern character and Chern-Simons forms.Dedicated to Alexander Grothendieck     

Circuit-switching networks with FIFO plus justifying blockout service on infinite graphs

A class of circuit-switching open queueing networks is discussed. The main result of the paper is that if extra message flows are not too intensive and the path distribution is mainly concentrated on the paths of (graph) distance 1 (nearest neighbour connections), then the network has a unique stationary working regime, no matter how large the configuration graph of the network is. Standard properties of this regime are established such as decay of correlation and continuity.     

Representing workloads in GI/G/1 queues through the preemptive-resume LIFO queue discipline

We give in this paper a detailed sample-average analysis of GI/G/1 queues with the preemptive-resume LIFO (last-in-first-out) queue discipline: we study the long-run state behavior of the system by averaging over arrival epochs, departure epochs, as well as time, and obtain relations that express the resulting averages in terms of basic characteristics within busy cycles. These relations, together with the fact that the preemptive-resume LIFO queue discipline is work-conserving, imply new representations for both actual and virtual delays in standard GI/G/1 queues with the FIFO (first-in-first-out) queue discipline. The arguments by which our results are obtained unveil the underlying structural explanations for many classical and somewhat mysterious results relating to queue lengths and/or delays in standard GI/G/1 queues, including the well-known Bene's formula for the delay distribution in M/G/l. We also discuss how to extend our results to settings more general than GI/G/1.     

基于国际化产科教融合实训平台的教学模式改革与实践

在分析当前省属工科院校教育以能力为导向培养目标完成实施过程中遇到国际化困难问题的基础上，以青岛大学材料学科为例，提出了基于国际化产科教融合实训平台的教学模式改革举措，并经过实践验证证实其切实可行。包括：充分整合校内外材料学科整体资源，建立了国际化的产科教深度融合实训平台，构建了高效的国际化产科教深度融合协同育人实训平台动态管理运行机制；以实训平台为依托实现师资队伍、教学内容、教学模式、科研等全方位的国际化改革；基于国际化产教研融合实训平台的教学模式改革的实践收到显著成效，对全国省属高等院校理工学科专业建设国际化改革的推广有较好的示范作用。     

核心素养为本的单元教学设计与实施——以“探究水的组成”为例

以“探究水的组成”教学为例，通过课标、教材及学习者分析，从认识角度、探究水平、认识水平等3个维度整体规划“身边的化学物质”主题单元目标学习进阶，明确“探究水的组成”课时目标，通过温故建模、据模探究、探究推理等3个阶段的教学实施，建立具体物质的研究思路模型，运用模型研究陌生物质（氢气），初步形成定量研究物质组成的能力。     

新工科视阈下石油化工类高校应用化学专业课程体系重构

Taking a typical local and industry-orientated applied chemistry major as an example with focusing on the major changes in the form and content of the petrochemical industry, the way to reform the core curriculum system and teaching contents is presented. Based on the changing tendency of refinement of the petrochemical industry, a complete curriculum system with distinctive industry characteristics is set up according to the principles of the emerging engineering education (3E) with several reasonable suggestions. A new model for the construction of a 3E major in chemistry-related majors is suggested. It is a good reference for the construction of curriculum systems for other local and industry-orientated colleges who want to make 3E reform.
