建立分光光度法分析眼科植入物人工晶体中清洗剂磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠残留的方法。磺基琥珀酸二辛酯在酸性水溶液介质中与亚甲基蓝形成离子对,用三氯甲烷提取并在651 nm波长处测定其吸光度。磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠的质量浓度在1.0~5.0μg/m L内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r~2=0.990 1,检出限为0.4μg/m L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.21%(n=6),日间重复性为2.06%(n=6);加标回收率为90%~97%。该方法检出限低,再现性好,适用于人工晶状体中磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠残留量的测定。 相似文献

There is considerable interest in performing volatilisation and evaporation measurements by thermogravimetry. A quick and
simple method for determining vapour pressure using a conventional thermobalance and standard sample holders has been developed.
These yield meaningful thermodynamic parameters such as the enthalpies of sublimation and vaporisation. Under favourable conditions
the melting temperature and enthalpy of fusion of such compounds can be obtained. This technique has been used for the study
of dyes, UV absorbers and plasticisers. The use of modulated- temperature programs for such work is also described.

A layered organic–inorganic hybrid nanocomposite was prepared by using a surfactant, dioctyl sulphosuccinate (DSS) as a guest in Zn-Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) inorganic host by a self-assembly technique. The Zn-Al ratio of the mother liquor was kept constant at 4 at the beginning of the synthesis. Powder X-ray diffractogram shows that the basal spacing of the Zn-Al LDH with sulphate as the intergallery anion (ZASUL) expanded from 11.0 to 26.3Å to accommodate the DSS surfactant anion for the formation of the Zn-Al LDH–DSS layered organic–inorganic hybrid nanocomposite (ZADON). It was also found that the BET surface area reduced by about 90%, from 22.5 to 2.2m2/g, for ZASUL and ZADON, respectively if 0.1M DSS was used for the synthesis of the latter. 相似文献

微波加热和常规加热下功能化离子液体催化合成丁二酸二辛酯 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
分别在微波辐射和常规加热下,以具有丙烷磺酸基功能基团的离子液体为催化剂催化丁二酸和正辛醇 合成丁二酸二辛酯,考察了其阴、阳离子对催化剂活性的影响.相比常规加热,微波加热提高了反应效率,缩短了反应时间.以[ PyPS]HSO4为催化剂,研究了催化剂用量、醇酸比和反应时间对酯化率的影响.结果表明:当催化剂用量为丁二酸的3wt%,酸醇比(丁二酸∶正辛醇)1∶4,反应温度150℃,反应时间15 min,功率400W时,酯化率达到95.74%.此外,微波辐射下[PyPS]HSO4催化剂重复使用6次后活性没有明显降低,酯化率仍有93.58%. 相似文献
