Electrochemical Method for the Preparation of Dibromomethyl,Bis(bromomethyl), and Bis(dibromomethyl) Arenes

Electrochemical bromination of alkyl aromatic compounds by two-phase electrolysis yields the corresponding α, α-dibrominated products. The reaction has been carried out in a single-compartment electrochemical cell using aqueous sodium bromide (40–50%), containing a catalytic amount of HBr as electrolyte, and chloroform, containing an alkyl aromatic compound, as the organic phase with a Pt plate as anode at 10–15°C. Two-phase electrolysis results in high yields (70–90%) of dibromomethyl, bis(bromomethyl), and bis(dibromomethyl) arenes, depending upon the charge passed.     

An efficient synthesis of substituted benzene-1,2-dicarboxaldehydes

Substituted-benzene-1,2-dicarbaldehydes were synthesized by the reaction of substituted-1,2-bis(dibromomethyl) benzenes with fuming sulfuric acid,followed by hydrolysis. The yields were signifi-cantly improved by introducing solid sodium bicarbonate into the reaction mixture before hydrolysis and workup.     

二溴对甲偶氮羧的合成及其用于分光光度法测定钡

研究了钡的新显色剂二溴对甲偶氮羧的合成及其与钡显色反应的条件。在磷酸介质中，试剂与钡形成２：１的络合物，吸收峰位于６０９ｎｍ。摩尔吸光系数为２．０５×１０＾４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１。钡量在０￣１．６ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内符合比耳定律，显色体系具有很高的选择性，大量常见离子及４０倍量的钙，７倍量的锶不影响测定，可不经分离，直接测定新型除氧剂中的钡，结果令人满意。     

2-溴甲基-3-(二溴甲基)喹喔啉的合成研究

以2，3－二（溴甲基）喹喔啉为原料，以N－溴琥珀酰亚胺为溴化试剂合成了2－溴甲基－3－（二溴甲基）喹喔啉（1），1是Diels-Alder环加成反应中形成含杂原子环的C60衍生物的一种重要中间体。通过IR，^1H NMR,^13C NMR,DEPT谱和MS对其进行了结构表征。     

含吡啶、噻吩环大环化合物的合成及其与Cu(Ⅱ)的配合行为

以2，6－二溴甲基吡啶及2，5－二氯甲基噻吩分别与对甲基苯磺酰胺进行缩合反应得到新的大环化合物1，9，17，25－四对甲基苯磺酰基大环多胺｛[32]-Py4N4Ts4｝与1，8，15，22－四对甲基苯磺酰基大环化合物｛[28]-Th4N4Ts4｝。其中[32]－Py4N4Ts4在浓硫酸中脱去四个对甲基苯磺酰基后又得到新的大环多胺化合物[32]-Py4N4H4，并由紫外吸收光谱测定出其与Cu（Ⅱ）配合的配位比为1：2，证明形成了双核配合物。
