SAPO—11分子筛用i—Pr2NH导向合成及其酸性研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以AlPO4、H3PO4、SiO2等为原料采用单一模板剂iPr2NH合成了SAPO11分子筛,利用Avrami方程等对合成过程进行了定量描述。还利用红外(IR)、程序升温脱附(TPD)、线性丁烯骨架异构反应催化活性测试等手段表征了SAPO11的酸性。结果表明,合成过程随温度有明显变化,晶化阶段的活化能远高于核化阶段的值。可用Avrami方程的参数来表征合成过程的难易程度。分子筛中存在B酸和L酸位,主要在中等强度范围,从而对线性丁烯骨架异构反应有较好的催化活性。提高分子筛中硅含量可明显增大酸位浓度,酸强度也有轻度增强。  相似文献

Blends of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate) (PHBHHx) and poly(butylene succinate-adipate) (PBSA), both biodegradable semicrystalline polyesters, were prepared with the ratio of PHBHHx/PBSA ranging from 80/20 to 20/80 by melt mixing method. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA), polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and wide angle X-ray diffractometer (WAXD) were used to study the miscibility and crystallization behavior of PHBHHx/PBSA blends. Experimental results indicate that PHBHHx is immiscible with PBSA as shown by the almost unchanged glass transition temperature and the biphasic melt.  相似文献

In this study,the poly(D-lactide)-block-poly(butylene succinate)-block-poly(D-lactide)(PDLA-b-PBS-b-PDLA)triblock copolymers with a fixed length of PBS and various lengths of PDLA are synthesized,and the crystallization behaviors of the PDLA and PBS blocks are investigated.Although both the crystallization behaviors of PBS and PDLA blocks depend on composition,they exhibit different variations.For the PDLA block,its crystallization behaviors are mainly influenced by temperature and block length.The crystallization signals of PDLA block appear in the B-D 2-2 specimen,and these signals get enhanced with PDLA block length.The crystallization rates tend to decrease with increasing PDLA block lendth during crystallizing at 90 and 100°C.Crystallizing at higher temperature,the crystallization rates increase at first and then decrease with block length.The crystallization rates decrease as elevating the crystallization temperature.The melting temperatures of PDLA blocks increase with block lengths and crystallization temperatures.For the PBS block,its crystallization behaviors are mainly controlled by the nucleation and confinement from PDLA block.The crystallization and melting enthalpies as well as the crystallization and melting temperatures of PBS block reduce as a longer PDLA block has been copolymerized,while the crystallization rates of the PBS block exhibit unique component dependence,and the highest rate is observed in the B-D 2-2 specimen.The Avrami exponent of PBS crystallites is reduced as a longer PDLA block is incorporated or the sample is crystallized at higher temperature.This investigation provides a convenient route to tune the crystallization behavior of PBS and PLA.  相似文献

采用活性氧化铝柱-气相色谱法对作业场所空气中乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、丁二烯进行活性炭采样,热解吸后进样分析。活性炭管对"四烯"的吸附性良好,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.37%~2.08%;乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、丁二烯检出限分别为0.0010、0.000520、.00083、0.0003 mg/L;样品的平均解吸效率为93.7%~98.59%;样品的平均采样效率为93.9%~99.1%;乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、丁二烯穿透容量分别为9.58、.87、.4、7.1 mg;样品在室温下放置7 d,其平均样品损失率不大于5.58%,在4~10℃环境放置10 d,其平均样品损失率不大于7.11%,空气中乙烷对本方法无干扰。该法可满足职业卫生检测的要求。  相似文献

生物降解高分子材料被公认为是聚丙烯、聚乙烯等传统高分子材料造成"白色污染"的问题的重要解决方法之一。聚丁二酸丁二醇酯是重要的可生物降解的脂肪族聚酯之一,因与传统的聚丙烯、聚乙烯高分子材料具有相近的物理和力学性能,从而引起科学与工业界的广泛重视。然而,与大多数脂肪族聚酯一样,PBS材料也存在着加工、种类少、性能应用上的缺点。因此,对其通过改性拓宽用途范围的研究报道也随之增多。本文从化学、物理等改性的手段方法为着眼点,分类阐述了近些年来生物降解高分子材料聚丁二酸丁二醇酯改性研究现状与进展。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The analysis of plastics and fibers is of importance to forensic scientists, especially in the investigation of trace evidence. In this study, we use Fourier transform infrared microscope and confocal Raman spectroscope to investigate two kinds of polymers: poly(butylenes adipate-co-terephthalate) and poly(ethylene terephthalate), which are very similar in structure and cannot be discriminated easily with other instruments. Infrared and Raman spectra were tentatively interpreted. The indicative peaks (937 cm?1, 1121 cm?1 in Infrared spectra; 996 cm?1, 1396 cm?1 in Raman spectra) to distinguish the two polymers were also summarized. The data in this study can help forensic scientists identify these two polymers accurately and avoid wrong certificate of authenticity. The data also offer the producer and researchers an effective and fast method to characterize and identify the poly(butylenes adipate-co-terephthalate).  相似文献

新型可降解包膜肥料是目前肥料研究领域中的热点。相关研究主要集中在包膜材料对包膜肥养分释放的作用机制上,而膜材施入土壤后结构是否发生变化的可用信息较少,这些信息是评价膜材是否环境友好的关键。研究分别以聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)和聚碳酸酯(PC)为主要材料配制的膜材为对象,研究它们在自然光照、土培前后红外吸收光谱的变化,来研究这3类物质在自然光照和土培条件下的降解。为期4个月培养后膜材的红外光谱显示:3种膜材在培养期间都有不同程度的结构变化,这说明3种膜材均具有降解性能,且膜材土培降解强度大于自然光照降解。PC的降解性能最强,其次是PLA和PBS。PLA和PC在黑土中的降解性能强于棕壤,而PBS则相反。  相似文献

Biodegradable poly(butylene succinate) (PBSU)/functional multi-walled carbon nanotubes (f-MWNTs) nanocomposite were prepared by melt compounding. Nonisothermal crystallization and subsequent melting behavior, isothermal crystallization kinetics, spherulitic morphology, and crystal structure of neat PBSU and its nanocomposite were studied by differential scanning calorimetry, optical microscopy and wide angle X-ray diffraction in detail. The presence of f-MWNTs has a significant heterogeneous nucleation effect on the crystallization and morphology of PBSU, resulting in that the crystallization is enhanced during both nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization in the nanocomposite. Moreover, the crystal structure of PBSU is not modified by f-MWNTs in the nanocomposite. The thermogravimetric analysis illustrates an improvement in thermal stability of PBSU by around 10 °C in the presence of f-MWNTs compared with that of neat PBSU.  相似文献
