This paper reports a direct jet-based polymerisation by polycondensation approach to forming a self-supporting scaffold structure. The processing technique is electrospraying, which is also known as electrohydrodynamic atomization. A specially formulated ethanolic siloxane sol derived from alkoxysilanes was synthesised and electrosprayed using a ring-shaped ground electrode configuration. The medium was seen to electrospray in the stable cone-jet mode, which later gave rise to the growing or forming of “fir-tree” like structures. The materials were characterised using microscopy, solid state NMR, FTIR, XRD and DSC. Hence this paper explains the direct controlled polycondensation from the siloxane sol and further presents the basis by which these scaffolds take shape.  相似文献

We utilized the glycosyl acceptor tagging method with ionic liquid support for synthesis of the core segment of Clostridium botulinum C2 toxin ligand through a divergent synthetic strategy without chromatographic purification.The total yield was 57.1% and the reaction was completed in 10 h.The efficient ionic liquid supported glycosylation and purification procedure was applied for the synthesis of branched glucosamine-containing oligosaccharides for the first time,which expanded the scope of ionic liquid supported synthesis of biologically important oligosaccharides.  相似文献

Doping silver nanoparticles in AOT lyotropic lamellar phases   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The organic lyotropic liquid crystal with long-range structural order is used as template to assemble inorganic/organic hybrid by doping pre-fabricated Ag nanoparticles. The lamellar hybrid with both hydrophilic and hydrophobic particles doped simultaneously is realized for the first time. The change of template structure after doping and the stability origin of dual-doped system are characterized by small angle X-ray scattering and polarized optical microscopy. Results show that the interaction and space matching between surfactant bilayers and doped particles are key factors to obtain stable hybrid.  相似文献

将金纳米粒子组装在用3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(APES)修饰的普通玻片上,再分别用偶联分子对巯基苯胺、1,4-二巯基苯在该基底上再次组装金纳米粒子,结果表明用对巯基苯胺作为组装的偶联分子得到双层金纳米粒子结构,对巯基苯胺的表面增强拉曼光谱信号得到增强,而用1,4-二巯基苯作为组装的偶联分子得到单层金纳米粒子结构。  相似文献

The elasto-plastic-damage behavior of anisotropic aluminum alloys is investigated under finite deformation using a physical mechanism based constitutive model. With an application to the structural calculation, the present model is used to describe and analyze the mechanical response of anisotropic 6260-T6 aluminum alloy extrusions. For the tensile specimens extracted along three different material orientations from the extruded aluminum profile, twelve simulations are carried out covering four different specimen geometries. The simulation results in force-displacement response and central logarithmic axial strain evolution are compared with experimental results. From the comparisons, it can be concluded that the present model has the capacity to describe the behavior of anisotropic material. From the force-displacement curves, the anisotropy is observed in different material orientations, and the physical mechanism of anisotropy is analyzed.  相似文献

Self-assembling of amphiphilic molecules under electrospray ionization (ESI) conditions is characterized by quite unexpected phenomenology. The noticeable differences with respect to the condensed phase are attributable to the absence of the surfactant-solvent interactions, the presence of net charge in the aggregates, and the strong deviation from equilibrium conditions. Aiming to investigate the effects of the net charge on abundance and stability of supramolecular surfactant aggregates, positively and negatively charged aggregates of sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate (AOT) and sodium methane sulfonate (MetS), butane sulfonate (ButS) and octane sulfonate (OctS) have been studied by ESI mass spectrometry, energy resolved mass spectrometry and density functional theory calculations. The negatively charged aggregates are found to be less stable than their positive counterparts. The results are consistent with a self-assembling pattern dominated by electrostatic interactions involving the counterions and head groups of the investigated amphiphilic compounds while the alkyl chains point outwards, protecting the aggregates from unlimited growth processes.  相似文献

Deprotonated 1,3-bis(3-acetylphenyl)triazene reacts with Hg(CH3COO)2 and pyridine to give light-yellow crystals of {[HgII(RC6H4NNNC6H4R)2Py]}n (R = acetyl). The tectons [HgII(RC6H4NNNC6H4R)2Py] [R = CH3C(O)] are linked to pairs as centrosymmetric dimers through reciprocal metal-η2-arene π-interactions. The dimeric units are operated by a screw axis 21 parallel to the crystallographic direction [0 1 0], also through a reflection-translation plane parallel to the c-axis, resulting a supramolecular bidimensional (2D) assembling of the dimeric tectons through non classical C-H?(O)CCH3 bonding.  相似文献

Self-assembly of block copolymer is an effective strategy to prepare periodic structures at nanoscale. In this paper an unique and very simple method to prepare inorganic silica nanopattern is demonstrated from self-assembling of poly(styrene-block-dimethylsiloxane) (PS-b-PDMS) on the surface of silicon wafer. To simplify the patterning process, at first we obtain highly ordered PDMS microdomains, which are covered with PS layer by controlling solvent vapor annealing conditions. Following exposure to UV/O3 irradiation, nanopatterned surface consisting of silicon oxide is fabricated directly via selectively etching PS phase and converting PDMS phase into silicon oxide. As tuning the composition of the block copolymer, hexagonally packing dot and straight stripe pattern can be obtained. Finally, the time evolution from spheres morphology to aligned long cylinders is discussed. These results hold promise for nanolithography and the fabrication of nanodevices.  相似文献
