Putrajeevak (Putranjiva roxburghii Wall.; synonym Drypetes roxburghii (Wall.) Hurus) seeds have been used since ancient times in the treatment of infertility in the Ayurvedic system of medicine in India. In this study, the oil component of Putrajeevak seeds (PJSO) was extracted using the supercritical fluid extraction (SCFE) method using liquid CO2 and the constituents were analyzed using gas chromatography-flame ionized detectorand high-performance thin-layer chromatography. PJSO contained trace amounts of β-sitosterol with oleic and linoleic acids as the major fatty acid constituents. Male and female zebrafish were mutagenized with N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) and fish that produced less than 20 viable embryos were selected for the study. SCFE oil extracts from the P. roxburghii seeds were used in this study to reverse fertility impairment. The mutant fish were fed with PJSO for a period of 14 days and the rates of fertility, conception, and fecundity were determined with wild-type healthy fish as a breeding partner. Treatment with PJSO increased the ovarian follicle count as well as the number of mature eggs, while reducing the number of ovarian cysts. Sperm count as well as sperm motility were greatly enhanced in the ENU-mutagenized male zebrafish when treated with PJSO. The results obtained in this study demonstrate the effectiveness of P. roxburghii seed oil in reversing impaired fertility in both male and female zebrafish models.  相似文献

应用现代提取技术超声-微波协同萃取金线莲中的3-吡啶甲醇,采用固相萃取技术对样品进行前处理,高效液相色谱法-电喷雾电离/离子阱质谱法(HPLC-ESI/MS)对提取物中3-吡啶甲醇进行测定和鉴别.色谱条件:Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(5 μm,4.6×250 mm),流动相:甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(5∶95,V/V),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:260 nm.结果表明峰面积与3-吡啶甲醇在浓度1~10 μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系.回收率在92.0%~96.2%之间,相对标准偏差为2.36%.该法简便、准确、快速.  相似文献

研究超声-微波协同法提取金线莲中的天麻素和天麻苷元,并对提取条件进行了优化.应用高效液相-二极管阵列检测法分析提取物中的天麻素和天麻苷元.研究结果表明:金线莲中天麻素、天麻苷元和其他杂质成分能够很好的分离,且两者的含量分别为1.430及0.562 mg/g,相对标准偏差为0.94%和0.25%.方法准确、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好.  相似文献

Rosa roxburghii tratt (RRT), widely distributed in the southwest of China, is favored by consumers for its good taste and healthy functions. In this study, thirty-seven compounds of Rosa roxburghii Tratt (RRT) were identified and quantified by gas chromatography–olfactometry (G–O) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis. Furthermore, ethyl 2-methylpropanoate, ethyl butanoate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, and ethyl hexanoate were present with much higher odor activity values (OAVs) than other compounds. The key notes were confirmed by omission tests. Possible interaction among key notes was investigated through odor intensity determination and sensory analysis. It showed fruity and woody notes had synergistic effects. Full factorial design was used to evaluate the notes contribution to the whole odor. One important finding is the major effect of order interactions, fruity note (X1) and woody note (X4) especially, emphasizing the existence of complex interactions occurring between odor notes. The interaction X1X4 was further investigated. The woody note has a positive effect when the fruity note is also in the mixture but tends to show a negative effect otherwise.  相似文献

建立了金线莲总生物碱的提取和测定方法.将金线莲全草粉末用pH=2的水溶液提取,以阳离子交换树脂吸附后,经酸化,用氯仿/甲醇(体积比2∶1)对其进行索氏提取,蒸发有机溶剂.冷冻干燥即得金线莲总生物碱.以盐酸麻黄碱为对照品,酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱,折算为盐酸麻黄碱获得总生物碱含量.测得金线莲总生物碱含量是0.079 4%,线性回归方程A=0.009 2C-0.001 6(r=0.999 9),回收率103.13%.本提取及含量测定方法操作简单,总生物碱的提取率较高.  相似文献

Rosa roxburghii Tratt, a Rosaceae plant endemic to China, produces fruit with high nutritional and medicinal value. The effects of R. roxburghii must on the growth, nutrient composition, and antioxidant activity of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelia was investigated. We measured the mycelial growth rate, proximate composition, amino acid and crude polysaccharide content, and the antioxidant activity of the crude polysaccharides of P. ostreatus mycelia cultivated under different concentrations of R. roxburghii must (2%, 4%, and 8%, v/v). Low concentrations of R. roxburghii must (2% and 4%) promoted mycelial growth, while a high concentration (8%) inhibited mycelial growth. Low concentrations of R. roxburghii must had no significant effects on the soluble substances, fat, ash, and crude fiber in P. ostreatus mycelia, but significantly increased the crude protein and total amino acid contents (p < 0.05). The addition of R. roxburghii must at low concentrations significantly increased the crude polysaccharide content in mycelia (p < 0.05) but had no impact on the scavenging of hydroxyl radicals and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Therefore, R. roxburghii must at low concentration can be used as a substrate for P. ostreatus cultivation to increase the protein and polysaccharide contents in mycelia.  相似文献

Hanseniaspora uvarum, a non-Saccharomyces cerevisiae species, has a crucial effect on the aroma characteristics of fruit wines, thus, attracting significant research interest in recent years. In this study, H. uvarumSaccharomyces cerevisiae mixed fermentation was used to ferment Rosa roxburghii Tratt, blueberry fruit wine, and plum fruit wines using either a co-inoculated or a sequentially inoculated approach. The three fruit wines’ volatile aroma characteristics were analyzed by headspace–solid-phase microextraction–gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS–SPME–GC–MS). The results showed that the mixed inoculation of H. uvarum and S. cerevisiae reduced the alcoholic content of Kongxinli fruit wine. Moreover, H. uvarumS. cerevisiae fermented Rosa roxburghii Tratt, blueberry, and plum fruit wines and further enriched their flavor compounds. The overall flavor characteristics of sequentially inoculated fruit wines differed significantly from those fermented with S. cerevisiae alone, although several similarities were also observed. Sequential inoculation of H. uvarum and S. cerevisiae positively affected the mellowness of the wine and achieved a better harmony of the overall wine flavors. Therefore, H. uvarumSaccharomyces cerevisiae mixed fermentation can improve the complexity of the wines’ aromatic composition and empower them with a unique identity. In particular, H. uvarumSaccharomyces cerevisiae blueberry wine produced by mixed fermentation had the widest variety and content of aroma compounds among the fermented wines. Therefore, H. uvarumSaccharomyces cerevisiae mixed-fermentation inoculation in the three fermented fruit wines significantly increased the aroma compound variety and content, thus, enriching their aroma richness and complexity. This study is the first comparative evaluation of the aroma characteristics of different fruit wines fermented with a mixed inoculation of H. uvarum and S. cerevisiae and provides a preliminary guide for these fruit wines produced with non-Saccharomyces yeast.  相似文献

Pinorox® is a standardized composition obtained from pine bark extract of Pinus roxburghii, rich source of natural polyphenols - Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins (OPCs) compounds that act as an antioxidant. Pinorox® has been expected to serve as potential natural supplement consumed to enhance the physical endurance in normal healthy or a sport person. Hence, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study was conducted for time period of 90 days to validate the effect of Pinorox® over physical and athletic performances in normal healthy as well as sports subjects. 50 eligible subjects were selected through screening and distributed into placebo and Pinorox® groups. The subjects utilized in the present study i.e., healthy individual and athletes received one of either 200 mg of Pinorox® or experimental control (placebo) for 90 days. Each subject was evaluated for increase in physical or athletic performances by observing changes from baseline in rate of oxygen consumption VO2 max (endurance) compared to placebo at baseline, assessment of anaerobic power and rate of fatigue by using Wingate test at baseline, changes in assessment values using 1-RM test and muscle grip strength assessment using handheld dynamometer at baseline and during the interval of 90 days. The observations discussed in the present study shows that people consuming Pinorox® displayed significantly advanced performances during exercising or performing given sports activities. Improvement in the VO2 max values, anaerobic power, rate of fatigue, muscular performance and muscle grip strength was observed in test results and the study did not report any adverse effect. Overall, the study demonstrates that Pinorox® is a safe, fast acting and effective natural dietary or sport supplement for enhancing physical and athletic performances.  相似文献

用高汞水喂养大鼠8周,复制出慢性汞中毒模型,再分别自由饮用利康饮饮料和腹腔注射二巯基丙磺酸钠3周,探讨剌梨利康饮和二巯基丙磺酸钠对慢性汞中毒大鼠体内汞、铜、锌含量的影响。结果显示:慢性汞中毒引起血清、肝、脑和肾中汞含量升高的同时,引起血清、脑和肾中铜、锌含量及肝中锌含量降低;利康饮可降低血清和肾中汞含量,并可提高血清、脑和肾中铜、锌含量及肝含量;二巯基丙磺酸钠虽可降低血清、肝和肾中汞含量,升高血清  相似文献

研究了一种可同时测定浓缩刺梨汁中噻菌灵和多菌灵残留量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法。浓缩刺梨汁样品与水按一定比例稀释后,经过调pH、离心、过滤,用混合相固相萃取小柱(Mixed—mode SPE)进行提取、净化,用配有二级管阵列检测器(DAD)的液相色谱仪检测,外标法定量。用噻菌灵和多菌灵对照品进行添加回收率测定,结果显示本方法对噻菌灵的测定低限为0.020mg/kg,回收率为77.5%~87.1%;对多菌灵的测定低限为0.020mg/kg,回收率为74.0%~96.3%;测定的相对标准偏差均不大于7.4%。本方法能满足常规噻菌灵和多菌灵残留量检测的需要。  相似文献
