The aminolysis of 5-aryl-3-arylidene-3H-furan-2-ones by the action of aromatic amines leads to the formation of substituted amides of 4-oxo acids, the subsequent azacyclization of which in the presence of acetic anhydride leads to the formation of 1,5-diaryl-substituted 3-arylidene-3H-pyrrol-2-ones. The mechanism of the occurring and alternative transformations is discussed.  相似文献

5-Alkyl(aryl)-3-arylidene-3H-pyrrolin-2-ones were synthesized by ammonolysis of their O-heteroanalogs or by the reactions of 5-alkyl(aryl)-3H-pyrrolin-2-ones with aromatic aldehydes. The structures of the compounds obtained were confirmed by 1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

报道了核苷药物中间体2-碘腺苷的合成新方法.以2-氨基-6-氯-2′,3′,5′-三-O-乙酰基嘌呤核苷为原料,以CH3CN为溶剂,I2为碘源,5%的Cu I为催化剂,合成了到2-碘-6-氯-2′,3′,5′-三-O-乙酰基嘌呤核苷,继而在饱和的NH3/CH3OH溶液中氨解,以两步和78.2%的总收率得到2-碘腺苷.反应规模可以扩大到公斤级,收率没有降低.中间体及产物的分离、纯化不需要柱层析.该方法高效、简便、易于操作,显示出很好的应用前景.  相似文献

Herewith are the two processes developed by Nitto, which produce N-containing compounds such as hydrogen cyanide and methylamines. These processes are characterized by unique selective catalysts: an Fe–Sb–O based fluid-bed catalyst for ammoxidation of methanol and a shape-selective zeolite catalyst for ammonolysis of methanol.  相似文献

Herein we describe an alternative strategy to achieve the preparation of nanoscale Cu3N. Copper(II) oxide/hydroxide nanopowder precursors were successfully fabricated by solution methods. Ammonolysis of the oxidic precursors can be achieved essentially pseudomorphically to produce either unsupported or supported nanoparticles of the nitride. Hence, Cu3N particles with diverse morphologies were synthesized from oxygen-containing precursors in two-step processes combining solvothermal and solid−gas ammonolysis stages. The single-phase hydroxochloride precursor, Cu2(OH)3Cl was prepared by solution-state synthesis from CuCl2·2H2O and urea, crystallising with the atacamite structure. Alternative precursors, CuO and Cu(OH)2, were obtained after subsequent treatment of Cu2(OH)3Cl with NaOH solution. Cu3N, in the form of micro- and nanorods, was the sole product formed from ammonolysis using either CuO or Cu(OH)2. Conversely, the ammonolysis of dicopper trihydroxide chloride resulted in two-phase mixtures of Cu3N and the monoamine, Cu(NH3)Cl under similar experimental conditions. Importantly, this pathway is applicable to afford composite materials by incorporating substrates or matrices that are resistant to ammoniation at relatively low temperatures (ca. 300 °C). We present preliminary evidence that Cu3N/SiO2 nanocomposites (up to ca. 5 wt.% Cu3N supported on SiO2) could be prepared from CuCl2·2H2O and urea starting materials following similar reaction steps. Evidence suggests that in this case Cu3N nanoparticles are confined within the porous SiO2 matrix.  相似文献

以聚L-谷氨酸苄酯(PBLG)为原料, 通过溶剂浇铸与粒子沥滤法分别构建PBLG单层致密和PBLG单层多孔膜, 利用乙醇胺对薄膜表面改性, 构筑双层引导骨再生膜. 研究了不同胺解改性时间对PBLG-s-PHEG双层膜亲水性和力学性能的影响, 结果表明, 随着PBLG分子量的增大, 薄膜的力学性能增强而降解速率减缓. 延长胺解改性时间可提高薄膜亲水性和体内外降解速率. 细胞实验结果表明, 双层薄膜的致密结构能够有效阻隔成纤维细胞的侵入, 多孔结构能够支持细胞贴壁黏附和铺展. 体外生物活性评价结果表明, 表面改性的PBLG基材料可用于体内骨缺损修复. 本文所构建的双层引导骨再生膜在体外具有良好的力学性能和降解性能, 与组织具有一定的贴合性, 同时可有效阻碍成纤维细胞侵入, 具有潜在应用价值.  相似文献

4-Cyanopyridine was synthesized from the readily obtainable 2,4,6-collidine by oxidative ammonolysis in the presence of vanadium-titanium oxide catalyst. Conditions under which the yield of the product amounted to 73% on the amount of the trimethylpyridine were found.  相似文献
