用磺酸型离子液体1-甲基-3-磺酸丙基咪唑硫酸氢盐([MIMPS][HSO4])催化β-萘酚、芳香醛和酰胺(或脲)3组分“一锅法” 类Ritter反应合成了酰胺烷基萘酚。 投料比为n(β-萘酚)∶n(芳香醛)∶n(酰胺或脲)∶n([MIMPS][HSO4])=1∶1∶1.3∶0.1,无需溶剂,恒温125 ℃反应5~40 min,通过简单水洗抽滤即可分离产物,酰胺烷基萘酚产率为85%~97%。 离子液体[MIMPS][HSO4]可回收重复使用4次,其催化活性无明显降低。 探讨了醛、酰胺或脲结构对反应的影响及可能的反应机理。 相似文献

A new, facile, and cost-effective process involving the solvent-free synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols using a three-component, one-pot condensation reaction of β-naphthol, aromatic aldehyde, and amides in the presence of Al(H2PO4)3 as heterogeneous catalyst under thermal conditions and microwave irradiation has been described. This new approach has the advantage of consistently excellent yields and short reaction times. The catalyst has shown a very stable catalytic activity in the reaction conditions and also can be recovered and recycled. 相似文献

A green protocol for the preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols from three‐component one‐pot condensation of 2‐naphthol, aldehydes, amides or urea in the presence of silica supported methanesulfonic acid under thermal solvent‐free conditions has been described. The catalyst is stable, efficient, easily prepared, and reusable. One‐pot, three‐component condensation of 2‐naphthol, amides/ureas, and aldehydes takes place smoothly in the presence of cation‐exchange resins to afford the corresponding 1‐amidoalkyl‐2‐naphthols in good yield. Indion‐130 is found to be the best catalyst for the reaction and is recyclable. The method is simple, solvent free, and involves a short reaction time. 相似文献

An immobilized Co (II) Schiff base complex supported on multi‐wall carbon nanotubes was synthesized and characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy , thermogravimetric analysis and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. It was shown that the supported complex is a facile, eco‐friendly, recyclable, reusable and green catalyst for three‐component condensation of 2‐naphthol and acetamide with various aldehydes for the synthesis of 1‐amidoalkyl‐2‐naphthol derivatives under solvent‐free conditions. Also, in a further study, the catalytic application was studied in the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b ]pyran derivatives via the condensation reaction of malononitrile and dimedone with several aromatic aldehydes. The procedures suggested here for the synthesis of 1‐amidoalkyl‐2‐naphthol and tetrahydrobenzo[b ]pyran derivatives offer several advantages, such as stability, recyclability and eco‐friendliness of the catalyst, simple experimental conditions, short reaction times, high to excellent yields and easy work‐up. 相似文献
