The success of professional operatic singers depends upon the quality of their vocal mechanism. This is known to be sensitive to changes in the endocrine environment. Despite a widespread belief among singers that vocal quality changes according to the stage of the menstrual cycle, this has received little attention. In particular, the possibility that use of the contraceptive pill might stabilize vocal quality by "dampening" hormonal fluctuations has not previously been studied systematically. Here, we show that drospirenone containing oral contraceptive pill (Yasmin, Schering AG, West Sussex, UK) with antiandrogenic and antimineralocorticoid properties demonstrates a significant reduction in the irregularity of the pattern of vibration of the vocal folds during the performance of highly trained classical singers. This study constitutes the first double blind, randomized placebo controlled trial to assess the effects of the contraceptive pill on the patterns of vibration of the vocal folds during the performance of Western classical singing repertoire. 相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱/电喷雾电离-质谱定性分析六味地黄丸的方法,通过2级质谱识别了其中的9种化学成分。色谱条件为:Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱;乙腈-水二元高压梯度洗脱;二极管阵列检测器,设定波长254 nm;流速1 mL/min。质谱条件为:Agilent离子阱质谱仪;电喷雾电离(ESI)离子源;负离子检出模式。结果表明,六味地黄丸的总离子流色谱图比紫外色谱图具有更强的特征性,以质谱作为检测器是一种很好的研究中药指纹图谱的方法。 相似文献

采用柱切换高效液相色谱技术对人血清中的丹参素及其代谢产物进行富集和分离,利用对电喷雾离子阱多级质谱负离子模式进行结构分析。一级流动相为甲醇-水(30:70,V/V),流速0.8mL/min;二级流动相为甲醇-水-甲酸铵(15:85:0.5,V/V/V),流速0.2mL/min;在人血清中检测到丹参素及其代谢产物,并探讨了主要代谢产物乙酰化的丹参素(m/z 240.2)。建立一种复方丹参滴丸中丹参素及其代谢产物在人体内代谢过程的高效分析方法。该方法可用于复方丹参滴丸中丹参素及与其结构类似的其它药物的体内代谢研究。 相似文献

The chromatographic separation of traditional Chinese medicines is still a highly challenging task in analytical science with respect to its hundreds and thousands of chemical compounds, while increase of separation efficiency can greatly improve the separation power of chromatographic column for traditional Chinese medicine. In this study, 13 bioactive components in HuanglianShangqing pill were selected as an index to optimize the separation conditions and evaluate the system suitability of three commercially available columns packed with 1.8, 3.5, and 5.0 μm particles. The chromatographic separations were obtained by the most appropriate Eclipse Plus C18 column (100 × 2.1 mm, 3.5 μm) within 45 min using gradient elution with aqueous‐ammonium acetate (10 mmol/L, pH 5.0) and acetonitrile, at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min and an operating temperature of 30°C. The quality of HuanglianShangqing pill was assessed through combining simultaneous quantification of 13 compounds with fingerprint analysis. For the qualitative analysis, mass spectrometry was used to confirm the 13 compounds. All the validation data conformed to the acceptable requirements. For the fingerprint analysis, 32 peaks were selected as the common peaks at 254 nm to evaluate the similarities among HuanglianShangqing pills obtained from ten manufacturers. 相似文献

A valid method using liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization (ESI) and ion trap mass spectrometry was established for the study of the absorbed components in rat plasma after oral administration of a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Shexiang Baoxin pill. The plasma was deproteinated by adding methanol prior to liquid chromatography, in which separation was carried out on a Symmetry C18 column (5 µm, 250 × 4.6 mm). A linear gradient with 0.5% formic acid–water–acetonitrile was used as mobile phase. Mass spectra were acquired in both negative and positive modes. Twenty‐one components including 17 components from Shexiang Baoxin pill and four metabolites were observed from a comprehensive analysis of the chromatography of Shexiang Baoxin pill, controlled plasma and dosed plasma. All of the 17 prototype compounds and three of the metabolites were identified by comparing their retention behaviors and MS and MS/MS spectra with reference compounds and literature data. This study developed an integrated method for screening the bioactive constituents in plasma after oral adminstration of Chinese herbal medicine and provided helpful chemical information for further pharmacology and active mechanism research on TCM. 本文建立了安尔眠糖浆剂型改良成丸剂的制备工艺及其含量测定的方法。结果表明,制备工艺稳定、可行。用HPLC法测定安尔眠丸的含量,在0.25~1.23μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.68%,RSD为1.33%。该测定方法简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为安尔眠丸的含量测定方法。 相似文献
