Summary The performance of injection valves with both curtain- and single-flow column couplings has been evaluated using reverse-phase octadecylsilane columns and a standard test mixture. The results are compared with those obtained from septum and stopped-flow syringe injections.Stopped-flow valve injection has been examined similarly. Configurations and couplings which give optimum efficiency and reproducibility are recommended.  相似文献

在全超导磁约束核聚变试验装置EAST中,为了防止杂质从偏虑器靶板附近进入等离子体核心,为EAST长脉冲放电试验提供持续的排灰能力以及装置长冲放电等,低温冷凝泵是必不可少的部件之一,在装置真空室上下安装了内置低温凝泵以提高装置运行参数,为满足低温泵的低温条件,增加一低温分配阀箱给内置低温冷凝泵提供低温条件。文中介绍应用于EAST装置系统中的内置低温冷凝泵分配阀箱研制的技术要求、冷却流程、结构特征。  相似文献

Electropolishing of Ti was carried out in alcohol-based electrolyte and subsequently the polished Ti was anodized in ethylene glycol containing 0.25 wt% NH4F. Anodization of polished and non-polished Ti, respectively, showed no big difference in the degree of local arrangement of the nanotubes, whereas the surface roughness on a large area was dramatically improved in the anodized polished Ti. Anodization of polished Ti leads to the formation of nanotubular TiO2 structures with more uniform length and relatively time-independent density of nanotubes compared to that prepared with anodization of non-polished Ti, meaning that electropolishing is indispensable for the formation of uniform nanotubular TiO2 structures.  相似文献

Summary An on-line two-dimensional open tubular column supercritical fluid chromatograph was constructed and evaluated. A rotary valve interface allowed independent flow control of two 50-m i.d. open tubular columns, providing maximum versatility for heartcutting. A solvent-venting injection technique was incorporated in the system that enabled single or multiple 2.0-L volumes to be injected into an uncoated, yet deactivated, length of capillary precolumn without flooding of the analytical column. A cold trap was employed to refocussolutes from single or multiple fractional cuts after being transferred to the second dimension. The performance of the system was demonstrated with the analysis of mixtures of polycyclic aromatic compounds and steroids. Efficiencies of 4,500 plates m–1 were preserved in the second column after heartcutting.  相似文献

控制阀在工业控制领域扮演十分重要的角色,但目前国内对控制阀性能测试评估系统的研究十分薄弱,常规的仪器仪表很难精确测试控制阀的性能。本文基于NI compactRIO硬件、各类传感器以及Labview软件开发设计了一套控制阀性能测试评估系统,该系统实现了控制阀的在线测试和功能评估,并且可将控制阀各项性能指标评估结果汇集于一张类似体检单的报表显示。采用该系统对某公司的直通气开式薄膜调节阀S9044进行了性能测试评估,实验结果表明,该系统能够精确地测试出调节阀的各项性能指标,且系统软件交互界面良好、扩展性强、精度高。  相似文献

Summary Fluorouracil has been analyzed with a reversed-phase ion-pair liquid chromatographic system applying PRP-1 as the stationary phase. A valve switching technique was applied for the separation of the analyte and some other chemotherapeutic agents. The described procedure gives a rapid screening for the analyte in urine and plasma samples without interferences from late eluting solutes. Biological samples are pretreated by means of a liquid-liquid extraction resulting in a recovery of about 52% for plasma and urine with minimum detectable amounts of about 5ng/ml. The sensitivity and the selectivity of the procedure allows the monitoring of fluorouracil in body fluids and subsequent pharmaco-kinetic studies of the fluoropyrimidine.  相似文献

Transient behavior of a centrifugal pump during starting period   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A theoretical analysis on transient flow inside a centrifugal pump was carried out, building on unsteady and incompressible fluid equations applied to the impeller during the starting periods. The transient flow behavior is governed by two hyperbolic partial differential equations; namely continuity and motion equations. The characteristics method of the specified time intervals was used to analyze the dynamic characteristic of the pump. To follow the dynamic behavior of the pump during startup periods, a numerical study was performed on the pump impeller with different openings of the discharge valve. The comparison between the numerical and experimental results of the pump characteristic curve has shown a good concordance. The results have also revealed that the pressure increase is important in the case of a short starting period of the pump and a large mass of water in the pipelines. In this study, the effect of the impeller diameter and number of blades on the pressure evolution was also analyzed.  相似文献

针对工业控制中传统阀门定位器稳定性差、定位精度低、抗干扰能力差、智能化程度低等缺点,以及我国自主研发生产高精度阀门定位器上的不足。设计了以ARM Cortex-M3 内核处理器作为核心控制器的低功耗智能定位阀控制系统。设计中采用优化的PID控制算法,并采用齐格勒-尼克尔斯法则,自整定PID参数。通过二线制HART 协议实现与外界设备通讯。实践证明自整定PID参数能够更好的适应各种控制现场,控制系统能够稳定、快速的运行实现了阀门位置的精确定位和本安低功耗设计的要求。  相似文献
