Two new reactive and highly selective turn-on fluorescent chemosensors based on the position of ring annulation of the naphthalene–thiazole moiety for aluminum ions in ethanol, were synthesized and investigated. It was found that sensors 2 and 4 exhibited a remarkable enhancement of emission upon complexation with Al3+. A TD-B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) calculation was performed to characterize the nature of the fluorescence behavior of sensors 2 and 4 upon Al3+ complexation. The mechanism of fluorescence was based on the cation promoted hydrolysis of ester and subsequent complexation. The combination of experimental and computational analyses provides a more complete understanding of the molecular level origin of these types of unique photophysical properties.  相似文献

As one of the important industrial chemicals, hydrazine (N2H4) can be inhaled through the skin, leading to many serious health issues. In this paper, we constructed a novel turn-on fluorescent probe HBTM for N2H4 detection based on ESIPT and ICT mechanism by incorporating the methyl dicyanvinyl group to 2-(2′-hydroxylphenyl) benzothiazole (HBT) fluorophore. The probe showed the following advantages: high sensitivity with detection limit of 2.9 × 10?7 M, high selectivity over other related interfering species, wide linear range of 0–140 μM and pH value adaptation. Moreover, the probe could detect N2H4 on paper strips and image N2H4 in living cells.  相似文献

Naphthalimide and BINOL framework based fluorescent probe NP-B was rationally designed and synthesized. NP-B exhibited ‘turn-on’ fluorescence for Cr3+ and high selectivity over other metal ions. 1:1 binding mode between NP-B and Cr3+ was proposed and the mode was verified through MALDI-TOF mass spectrum. The detection limit was calculated to be 0.20 μM, which indicated the good sensitivity for Cr3+.  相似文献

A simple, fast and low-cost method for dopamine (DA) detection based on turn-on fluorescence using resorcinol is developed. The rapid reaction between resorcinol and DA allows the detection to be performed within 5 min, and the reaction product (azamonardine) with high quantum yield generates strong fluorescence signal for sensitive optical detection. The detection exhibits a high sensitivity to DA with a wide linear range of 10 nM–20 μM and the limit of detection is estimated to be 1.8 nM (S/N = 3). This approach has been successfully applied to determine DA concentrations in human urine samples with satisfactory quantitative recovery of 97.84%–103.50%, which shows great potential in clinical diagnosis.  相似文献

A rhodamine spirolactam derivative (1) bearing a hydrophilic carboxylic acid group is developed as a fluorescent chemodosimeter for bivalent mercury ions (Hg2+) in 100% aqueous solution. It exhibits a highly sensitive “turn-on” fluorescent response toward Hg2+ with a 42-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 1 equiv. of Hg2+ added. The chemodosimeter can be applied to the quantification of Hg2+ with a linear range covering from 3.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−5 M and a detection limit of 9.7 × 10−8 M. Most importantly, the fluorescence changes of the chemodosimeter are remarkably specific for Hg2+ in the presence of other metal ions, which meet the selective requirements for practical application. Moreover, the experiment results show that the response behavior of 1 towards Hg2+ is pH independent in neutral condition (pH 5.0–8.0) and the response is fast (response time less than 3 min). Furthermore, the ring-opening mechanism of the rhodamine spirolactam induced by Hg2+ was supported by NMR, MS, and DFT theoretical calculations. In addition, the proposed chemodosimeter has been used to detect Hg2+ in water samples and image Hg2+ in living cells with satisfying results.  相似文献

A coumarin Shiff-base derivative, salicylaldehyde-N-(6-phenylazo-coumarin-3-formyl)-hydrazone(1), was obtained by simple organic synthesis from cheap and commercially available starting materials. Sensor 1 exhibits a very weak fluorescence emission, however, in the presence of acetate ions “turn-on” fluorescence is observed, which results from binding-induced conformational restriction of the fluorophore. Importantly, sensor 1 can also be used as colorimetric chemosensor for the anions with strong basicity, which is easily observed from yellow to red by naked eyes. Consequently, compound 1 can behave as a colorimetric and fluorescence sensor for biologically important F–, CH3COO– and H2PO4– in the presence of the other anions tested such as Cl–, Br– and I– in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).  相似文献

A simple Schiff base type fluorescent receptor 1 was prepared and evaluated for its fluorescence response to heavy metal ions. Receptor 1 exhibits an ‘off-on-type’ mode with high selectivity in the presence of Zn2+ ion. The selectivity of 1 for Zn2+ is the consequence of combined effects of chelation-enhanced fluorescence (CHEF), CN isomerization, and inhibition of photoinduced electron transfer (PET).  相似文献

The novel coumarin-based ‘turn-on’ fluorescent probe (E)-3-(2,5-dimethoxybenzylideneamino)-7-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one (MGM) was designed, synthesized, and characterized. This compound shows high selectivity for Cu+2, combined with a large fluorescence enhancement upon binding to Cu2+. Benesi-Hildebrand and Job plots demonstrate that the stoichiometry of the Cu2+ complex formed is 2:1. Preliminary studies employing epifluorescence microscopy demonstrated that Cu+2 could be imaged in human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells treated with MGM.  相似文献

We report on the effect of oxygen annealing for GaN surface on the Schottky barrier configuration and leakage current in Ni-AlGaN/GaN Schottky barrier diodes. After oxygen annealing, their turn-on voltage and reverse-bias leakage current characteristics are significantly improved due to a reduction in the Schottky barrier height (SBH) and suppression in the surface states respectively. Interface state density extracted from the Terman method was reduced by 2 orders of magnitude. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements show that the oxygen annealing induces Ga2O3 on the GaN surface. The formation of Ga2O3 reduces the interface state density as well as lowers the SBH through the modification of hybridized metal induced gap states.  相似文献
