Methanolic extracts of the pods of Bobgunnia madagascariensis (Leguminosae) yielded four pentaglycosylated flavonoids, including the 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-d-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosides of 3,5,7-trihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4H-benzopyran-4-one (kaempferol) and 3,5,7-trihydroxy-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-4H-benzopyran-4-one (quercetin), which were characterized by a novel O-linked branched tetrasaccharide. Spectroscopic and chemical methods were used to determine the structures of the latter, which co-occurred with the corresponding β-d-galactopyranosyl isomers, and two saponins. Conformational isomerism of quercetin 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-d-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside was detected in solution by NMR, a phenomenon previously associated only with C-glycosylflavonoids.  相似文献

A phytochemical re-investigation of Tragopogon porrifolius L. (Asteraceae) yielded (7S,15S)-2,4,12-trihydroxy-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-10-methoxy-15-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7,8,15,16-tetrahydrodibenzo[c,i][1,7]dioxacyclododecine-5,13-dione, named tragoponol, a dimeric dihydroisocoumarin.The compound, which represents the first of its kind, is comprised of the open-chained forms of two different mono-methoxylated dihydroisocoumarin moieties, scorzocreticin and hongkongenin, which are connected via two ester bonds to form a macrolide with two lactone moieties featuring a 12-membered ring. The structure of the nearly symmetrical compound was established by HR mass spectrometry, CD measurements, and extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of Podospermum laciniatum (L.) DC. (Asteraceae) yielded the new quinic acid derivative podospermic acid (1,3,5-tridihydrocaffeoylquinic acid), which was named after the genus it was isolated from. The structure was established by HR mass spectrometry and extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. Podospermic acid is the first naturally occurring dihydrocaffeoylquinic acid derivative. The chemosystematic impact and the radical scavenging activity of the new compound are discussed briefly.  相似文献

Using recent results on a generalized form of the Loomis-Sikorski theorem [A. Dvure?enskij, Loomis-Sikorski theorem for σ-complete MV-algebras and ?-groups, J. Austral. Math. Soc. Ser. A 68 (2000) 261-277; D. Mundici, Tensor product and the Loomis-Sikorski theorem for MV-algebras, Adv. Appl. Math. 22 (1999) 227-248], it is shown that a unital Dedekind σ-complete ?-group is a compatible Rickart comgroup in the sense of D.J. Foulis [D.J. Foulis, Spectral resolutions in a Rickart comgroup, Rep. Math. Phys. 54 (2004) 229-250]. In particular, elements in unital Dedekind σ-complete ?-groups and, consequently, elements in σ-MV-algebras, admit uniquely defined spectral resolutions similar to spectral resolutions of self-adjoint operators. A functional calculus and spectra of elements are considered in relation with the Loomis-Sikorski representation by functions.  相似文献
