The greener methodology to synthesize s-triazine derivatives (also known as TCT) is described, including synthesis through microwave, ultrasound, and solvent-free conditions. This review mainly focuses on reactions of TCT (2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine) with various substituents having amine and hydroxy functionalities to give corresponding triazine derivatives under a greener approach. The results of reactions indicate that, unlike classical methods, green methods result in better yields of the product, through a rapid reaction, under mild reaction conditions, and by easy workup procedures. 相似文献

A central composite design has been used to improve the extraction performance of a dynamic headspace method; extraction yield was evaluated on a homogeneous sample of cheese powder. The volatile compounds were stripped from the sample with nitrogen and adsorbed on a Tenax trap, analysis being performed with a thermal cold trapping injector connected directly to a capillary GC. Three variables (sample temperature, extraction time, and nitrogen flow rate) were investigated, and a quadratic model with interactions was postulated. Twenty experiments was performed, each producing five responses. It was shown that the best conditions for the extraction procedure were those characterized by the highest values of the three variables investigated. 相似文献

百日咳杆菌气管细胞毒素(TCT)是一种引起百日咳及百日咳相关疫苗不良反应的毒性糖肽。尽管各国药典均规定了百日咳疫苗产品中TCT的含量限度,但均没有推荐TCT的含量测定方法。该研究发展了一种液相色谱-串联质谱法用于TCT的含量测定。实验优化了包括色谱柱类型和流动相组成在内的TCT色谱条件。虽然TCT在反相色谱模式和亲水作用色谱(HILIC)模式下均具有较好的保留,但HILIC模式与蛋白质沉淀的前处理方法兼容性更好,因此采用HILIC模式分离TCT。优化所得的方法具有较宽的线性范围(5.76~369 ng/L),良好的重复性(峰面积的相对标准偏差不大于3.9%),各种基质中均有较好的回收率(96.4%~102.5%),且定量限是药典要求的TCT最高限量的1/1279。将本方法用于共纯化百日咳疫苗、组分百日咳疫苗、共纯化无细胞百白破疫苗和组分无细胞百白破疫苗中TCT的检测,所有产品均未检出TCT,表明被检样品具有较好的工艺条件可避免TCT在产品中的残留。 相似文献

This study introduces an efficient method for the selective formylation of indoles and pyrroles at the positions of C(3) and C(2), respectively. The mixture of three equivalents of N ,N‐dimethylformamide and one equivalent of 2,4,6‐trichloro‐1,3,5‐triazine (cyanuric chloride) generates an easy handling formylating agent for the efficient formylation of these classes of compounds to give the corresponding aldehydes under mild reaction conditions. This procedure was highly efficient, and a range of formylated indoles and pyrroles were obtained in good to excellent yields. 相似文献

In continuation of research to explore the applied potential of DMF‐like ionic liquid, the ionic liquid version of N,N‐dimethyliminiumchloride (Vilsmier reagent) has been synthesized from DMF‐like ionic liquid and tested effectively for its capacity to achieve more useful organic transformations. The results show that DMF‐like ionic liquid is world's first task specific ionic liquid which has catalyzed numerous diverse type of reaction and is multipurpose in its application. Thus a new term for this DMF‐like ionic liquid has been coined that is DMF‐like "multipurpose" ionic liquid. 相似文献

Organic catalysts have found wide applications in organic synthesis. Many organic reactions, which originally do not occur under normal conditions or are difficult to operate normally, have been successfully conducted under mild conditions in the presence of catalysts. In recent years, 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine (TCT, cyanuric chloride) has been used as organic catalyst in many organic synthesis, because it is stable, nonvolatile, inexpensive, commercially available, and easy to handle. The degradation of 1,2 and 1,4 polybutadienes by heating in inert atmosphere was characterized by FTIR, NMR and TGA/TCT/GC/MS for the volatile organic compounds. Two distinct mass change stages in the thermogravimetric analysis indicated different temperature ranges of degradation. Below 300 °C, the predominant reactions depend on the chemical structure of PBs. Thus, M1 and M2 formation by heating 1,4-PB at 260 °C allows us to prove crosslinking reaction. On the other hand, heating 1,2-PB at 260 °C leads to decahydronaphthalene and methyl formation by cycloaddition and rearrangement. At about 300 °C, only radical scission occurs for 1,2-PB whereas Diels Alder and proton transfer mechanisms are described for 1,4-PB. The products of reaction are respectively conjugated diene, cyclic and linear unsaturated compounds sometimes with methyl groups. Above 400 °C, the main process is aromatisation for both PBs. 相似文献
