以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、明胶和MOF(Cu)@biochar为原料,采用简单有效的冷冻干燥方法制备了(CMC/Gelatin/MOF(Cu)@biochar)杂化气凝胶,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对其进行了表征;研究了MOF(Cu)@biochar含量、pH和不同的盐水溶液对杂化气凝胶溶胀行为的影响;以该气凝胶负载氯化铵,制备了一种新型缓释肥料(SRF),并研究了含2%(wt)SRF的沙性土壤的保水能力;SRF在土壤中第30天的累积释放率为79.4%;肥料在土壤中释放符合非Fickian扩散和阳离子交换的协同作用机理。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the pharmacokinetics in fattening pigs as well as the change of serum resulting from the use of porcine somatotropin(PST) and its liposomes. A slow-release model was determined to be relevant to following an examination of all dynamic parameters. The results indicate that the slow-release effect of PST liposomes was significant, with an extended release time of over 7d.  相似文献

Sodium alginate-g-poly(acrylic acid-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)/montmorillonite superabsorbent composites (SACs) were prepared by graft copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) onto sodium alginate (Na-Alg) in the presence of montmorillonite (MMT) using N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinker and potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator in aqueous solution. The composite structures were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The effect of % initiator, crosslinker amount and clay ratio on the swelling capacity was investigated. The results indicated that the highest swelling capacity of the composites in distilled water was 752 g/g by using 1.25% KPS and 0.06% MBA, 75% AA, 6.25% HEMA and 12.5% Na-Alg. Different samples were loaded with urea to evaluate their release potentials, and the release was studied by measuring the conductivity. The amount of urea release increased with increasing MMT amount.  相似文献

建立了一种快速测定缓释尿素中吡唑类硝化抑制剂(DL-1)的方法-液液萃取.气相色谱法。从5种有机溶剂中选出三氯甲烷作为DL-1的萃取剂,并采用盐析的方法将革取率提高。本文采用内标法,通过SE30柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)定量检测三氯甲烷萃取相中DL-1。萃取率为96.08%~98.10%,平均萃取率为97.33%;回收率为87.96%~90.54%;RSD为0.089%~1.6%,本法测定缓释尿素中的DL-1含量快速、灵敏,便于产品的质量监控。  相似文献

建立了一种检测缓释尿素中吡唑类硝化抑制剂DMPP的气相色谱法。DMPP在尿素水溶液中可定量转化为DMP,从5种有机溶剂中选择氯仿作为DMP的萃取剂,并采用加入KCl盐析的方法将萃取率从96.1%提高到99.5%。本文采用吡啶作为内标物,通过DB-1701气相色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)定量检测氯仿溶液萃取相中的DMP。萃取率为98.8%~100.4%;添加回收率为98.1%~99.5%;RSD为0.84%~1.6%。应用本法测定自制缓释尿素中DMPP质量分数为0.44%。  相似文献

We studied N uptake and distribution in wheat, and the incorporation of nitrogen and carbon into gluten and non-gluten proteins using a double-labelling approach with 15N and 13C. Doses of N-fertilizer were split and applied at emergence, onset of stem elongation, and heading at rates of 280/140/140 mg N pot?1, respectively simulating 90/45/45 kg N ha?1. Five different combinations of N-fertilizations containing no or 10 % 15N were performed. The recovery of 15N added at the stages emergence, stem elongation or heading were 42, 60, and 64 %. Application of 15N at all three stages yielded in 51 % recovery. Remobilisation of straw N was greater for Golia. The 15N concentration in gluten proteins of Golia show higher values than Gönen. The ratio of 15N gluten/15N non-gluten proteins of Golia were higher, which implies a lower non-gluten protein activity during grain filling. The 13C concentration in gluten and non-gluten proteins did not differ between both cultivars.  相似文献

To improve the utilization of fertilizer and water resources at the same time, a new slow-release PK compound fertilizer (SRCF) with the function of water retention was prepared. Element analysis results showed that the product contained 20.46% potassium (shown by K2O) and 15.45% phosphorus (shown by P2O5), which were trapped in the matrix of carboxymethylcellulose-graft-poly(acrylic acid-co-itaconic acid) superabsorbent polymer. Major factors affecting the water absorbency of SRCF such as weight ratio of itaconic acid (IA) to acrylic acid (AA), contents of crosslinker, K2HPO4, and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) were investigated and optimized. The water absorbency of the product was 130 times its own weight if it was allowed to swell in tap water at room temperature for 1 h. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Thermogravimetric/Differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA) confirmed that AA and IA monomers were graft-copolymerized onto CMC backbone and presented the improved thermal stability. The water evaporation of the fertilizer-containing superabsorbents, as well as their nutrients release in sandy soil was carried out, and a possible slow-release mechanism was proposed. Additionally, compressive modulus measurements revealed that the introduction of CMC could improve the mechanical properties of the superabsorbents. These studies showed that the product with good slow-release and water retention properties, being economical and environment-friendly, could be expected to have wide potential applications in modern agriculture and horticulture.  相似文献
