A thorough phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Saxifraga montana H. afforded a new glucoside, methyl 6″‐O‐(E)‐p‐hydroxycinnamoxyl‐glucosyringate ( 1 ), and seventeen known natural products, 3‐methyl‐6‐methoxy‐3,4‐dihydroisocoumarin‐8‐O‐β‐D‐glucospyranoside ( 2 ), gallic acid ( 3 ), glucosyringic acid ( 4 ), daphnoretin ( 5 ), chamaejasmoside ( 6 ), myricetin ( 7 ), quercetin ( 8 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐galactopyranoside ( 9 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinoside ( 10 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucospyranoside ( 11 ), rutin ( 12 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl (6‐1) glucopyranoside ( 13 ), ursolic acid ( 14 ), 5,28‐stigmastadien‐3β‐ol ( 15 ), β‐sitosterol ( 16 ), β‐daucosterin ( 17 ), 6′‐palmitoxyl‐β‐daucosterin ( 18 ). On the basis of various spectroscopic methods, especially intensive 2D‐NMR (COSY, HMQC and HMBC), FAB‐MS and HR‐ESI‐MS techniques, their structures were elucidated.  相似文献

Three new cyanogenic glycosides named hydracyanosides A (1), B (2), and C (3) were isolated from the leaves and/or stems of Hydrangea macrophylla in China. The absolute stereostructures of hydracyanosides were characterized on the basis of chemical and physiochemical evidence including single crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first scientific report of cyanogenic glycosides from Hydrangea plants.  相似文献

A new demethylacetovanillochromene glycoside, 2,2‐dimethyl‐2H‐(8‐hydroxy‐6‐acetyl)‐[2,3‐b] pyran‐8‐O‐β‐D‐apiofuranosyl‐(1 →6)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), together with twenty‐three known compounds, have been isolated from the root bark of Rodgersia sambucifolia. These known compounds include two diterpenoids, three flavonoids, two catechins, four lignans, two benzenoids, two isocoumarins, two steroids and six monoterpene glycosides, which were determined by means of spectral analyses.  相似文献

高效毛细管电泳测定虎耳草属植物中虎耳草素含量   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以苯乙胺为内标,建立了高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)测定虎耳草属植物中虎耳草素含量的方法.讨论了缓冲溶液体系、pH值及缓冲液浓度对分离的影响.结果表明,以10mmol/L硼砂-盐酸缓冲液(pH9.00)为分离介质,虎耳草素标准品与内标实现基线分离,且实验结果线性关系良好(r=0.9989),日内和日间相对标准偏差分别为1.7%和4.6%.  相似文献

Abstract

The rhizomes of Bergenia ciliata (B. ciliata, Family: Saxifragaceae) are widely used for treating gastric ulcers in folk medicine in Asia. It was hypothesized that anti-ulcer activity of B. ciliata is due to its anti-Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) activity. The anti-H. pylori activity was investigated on six clinical bacterial isolates using agar well-diffusion and broth micro-dilution methods. The anti-H. pylori activity of amoxicillin (standard) was the highest (Zone of inhibition; ZI?=?25?mm, minimum inhibitory concentration; MIC=0.125?µg/µL) whereas among all the extracts of the rhizomes, methanol extract showed the highest activity (ZI?=?16?mm, MIC?=?12.50?µg/µL). Bioassay guided isolation of methanol extract using chromatographic and crystallization techniques isolated bergenin (ZI?=?21mm, MIC?=?0.391µg/µL) as constituent responsible for anti-H. pylori activity. The present study describes for the first time anti-H. pylori activity and possible mechanism of anti-ulcer properties of rhizomes of B. ciliata.  相似文献

Summary An antifungal acetophenone glycoside has been isolated from the methanol extract of the roots ofRibes rubrum (Saxifragaceae). The structure was established by spectrometric (UV, mass spectrometry, and1H and13C NMR) and chemical methods. Extracts of four different tissues ofR. rubrum, the fruits, leaves, stem bark, and roots, have been compared by use of HPLC combined with UV detection and electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry (ES-MS).  相似文献
