Triphenylantimony (V) (O-alkyl,O-cycloalkyl and O-aryltrithiophosphates) of the type Ph 3 Sb[S 2 (S)P(OR)] (R = Me, Et, Pr n , Pr i , Bu n , Bu s , Bu i , Am i , Ph and C.h. = cyclohexyl) have been synthesized for the first time by the reaction of triphenylantimony (V) dibromide with potassium trithiophosphates in 1:1 molar ratio in methanol. These new compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weight determinations, and spectroscopic (IR,13C and 31P NMR) studies. On the basis of these data trigonal bipyramidal geometry has been proposed for these compounds.  相似文献

A series of some new mixed ligand complexes have been synthesized with an objective for evaluation as antimicrobials. Reactions of diorganotin(IV) dichloride with dibenzoyl methane and O‐alkyl trithiophosphates in a 1:1:1 molar ratio in refluxing benzene yield products of the type [PhCOCHCOPh]R2Sn‐[SSH(S)POR'] [where R = Me, Bu, Ph; R' = Me, Et, Pri, Bui, Ph]. The newly synthesized complexes are light yellow colored crystalline solids, non‐volatile, soluble in common organic solvents, monomeric in nature and highly sensitive towards atmospheric moisture. These complexes are characterized by elemental analysis, IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 31P and 119Sn) spectral studies. Spectral studies of these complexes indicate that dibenzoyl methane and O‐alkyl trithiophosphate moieties are bidentate and the central tin atom is hexacoordinated in nature. A few of these compounds were tested for their antibacterial activity using standard drugs.  相似文献

Some new S-alkyl derivatives of indeno[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine 2–8 were prepared starting with pyrimidine-2(1H)-thione derivative (1). Also, treatment of compound 1 with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosyl bromide or 1-O-acetyl-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranose afforded nucleosides 9 and 12, respectively. Furthermore, deprotection of the latter blocked nucleosides was achieved in methanolic ammonia to afford the desired free S-nucleoside derivatives 10 and 13, respectively. Some prepared products were screened for antimicrobial activity, and some of them showed promising activity.  相似文献

Reactions of triorganotin chlorides with potassium salt of O-alkyl trithiophosphate [ROP(S)(SK)2; R = Me, Pri, Ph] in 2:1 molar ratio in anhydrous benzene yield triorganotin O-alkyl trithiophosphate of the type ROP(S) [SSnR′3]2 R = Me, Pri; Ph, R′ = Prn, Bun, Ph] which are found to be monomeric in nature. These complexes are soluble in common organic solvents. Similar reactions of diorganotin chloride with dipotassium salt of S-alkyl trithiophosphate yield diorganotin-S-alkyl trithiophosphate of the type [(RS)P(O)S2]2SnR′2; R = Me, Pri; R′ = Me, Et, Ph, which also are found to be monomeric in nature and are soluble in common organic solvents. The newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic techniques, IR, NMR (1H, 31P, and 119Sn).  相似文献

Summary.  Single crystals of sodium dithiophosphate undecahydrate (Na3PO2S2 · 11H2O) and sodium trithiophosphate undecahydrate (Na3POS3 · 11H2O) were grown from aqueous solution. The crystal structures of Na3PO2S2 · 11H2O (P212121; a = 1248.1(1), b = 945.2(1), c = 1383.1(1) pm; R 1 = 0.0202, wR 2 = 0.0502) and Na3POS3 · 11H2O (Pna21; a = 1262.0(2), b = 947.6(2), c = 1431.5(2) pm; R 1 = 0.0720, wR 2 = 0.1371) are related to each other in a sense that all constituting units are arranged in similar positions and with similar orientations. The geometries of the anions were determined with high accuracy; thus, the structural parameters of the POS3− 3 anion were measured for the first time. Received September 25, 2001. Abstract

Aluminum(III) derivatives of O-alkyl or O-aryl trithiophosphate of the type Al[S2P(SH)OR]3 (R = Me, Et, Pri, Bui, Ph, CH2Ph) have been synthesized. The products were obtained as white powdery solids. The monomers are soluble in common organic solvents and were characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight determinations, and IR and (1H, 27Al, and 31P) NMR spectroscopic studies, which are consistent with six coordinated aluminum and bidentate behavior of the trithiophosphate moiety. The products also exhibit antifungal effectiveness against powdery mildew disease.  相似文献

Abstract

5-Anthracenylidene- and 5-(4-benzyloxy-3-methoxy)benzylidene-hydantoin and 2-thiohydantoin derivatives 3a-g were prepared by condensation of anthracene-9-carboxaldehyde and 4-benzyloxy-3-methoxybenzylaldehyde with hydantoin and 2-thiohydantoin derivatives. Compounds 3a, b, f undergo Mannich reaction with formaldehyde and morpholine to give the corresponding Mannich products 4a–c. For the synthesis of alkylmercaptohydantoin 5a–o, the potassium salt of compounds 3a, b, e, f were reacted with an alkylhalide, either methyl iodide, phenacyl bromide, ethyl bromo acetate, allyl bromide, or methallyl bromide, under stirring at room temperature to afford the alkylmercaptohydantoins 5a–o. Acid hydrolysis of compounds 5a–c afforded the corresponding arylidene-hydantoin derivatives 3c, d, g. 2-Methylmercapto-hydantoin derivatives 5a, c were reacted with some secondary amines such as morpholine or piperidine to afford 5-(4-benzyloxy-3-methoxy)benzylidene-2-morpholino- or piperidino glycocyamidine derivatives 7a, 5-anthracenylidene-2-morpholin-, or piperidino glycocyamidine derivatives 7b, c.

Dichlorotitanium(IV) trithiophosphates of the type TiCl2[(RO)P(S)S2] (where R = Me, Et, Prn, Pri, Bun, Bus, Bui, Ami, Ph and cyclohexyl) have been synthesized for the first time by the reaction of titanium tetrachloride with potassium trithiophosphates in a 1:1 molar ratio in anhydrous benzene. Sol-gel chemistry of these titanium(IV) compounds has been studied in dry benzene by treatment with hydrogen sulfide gas. These newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, S, Cl, and Ti), molecular weight measurement, and spectral [IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, and 31P)] studies. The bonding mode of trithiophosphate ligands and tentative structure around titanium(IV) are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

In this work, we report on the synthesis, characterization, and antifungal activities of new boron derivatives of O-alkyl or O-aryl trithiophosphate of the type ROP(S)S2[BS2P(S)OR]2·2NMe3 (R = Me, Et, Pri, Bui, Ph, CH2Ph). They were synthesized by the reaction of trimethylaminoborane with O-alkyl or O-aryl trithiophosphate in 2:3 molar ratio in dried and distilled benzene. The newly synthesized derivatives are light yellow viscous liquids, monomer, and soluble in common organic solvents. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weight determinations, and spectroscopic (IR, 1H, 11B, and 31P NMR) studies which are consistent with four-coordinated boron and bidentate behavior of the trithiophosphate moiety. It is observed that when these derivatives are applied in the form of dilute solution in ethanol of various concentrations, they show their effectiveness against powdery mildew disease at a fixed interval of days.

Sodium Trithiophosphate(V): Crystal Structure and Sodium Ionic Conductivity Na3POS3 was synthesized from the corresponding hydrate by freeze‐drying. The crystal structure of Na3POS3 was determined using X‐ray and neutron powder data, and refined applying simultaneous Rietveld refinements of the neutron and X‐ray data (Cmc21, a = 9.5105(1), b = 11.5463(1), c = 5.9323(1)Å, Rp = 5.37 %, Rwp = 4.47 %). The barycenters of the POS3 tetrahedra are arranged in the sense of a hexagonal close packing. The P—O bonds are oriented in a polar manner parallel to the c‐axis, and with the PS3‐groups in an eclipsed mutual orientation. The structure of Na3POS3 is closely related (maximal subgroup) to the one of Ca3CrN3. Above 250 °C, Na3POS3 can be considered as a fast ionic conductor due to its throughout high conductivity.  相似文献
