The isolation and identification of twenty‐one components (including four new triterpenoid saponins and one new triterpenoid acid) from the root of Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC. (Compositae) are described. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical trans formation. The new compounds were identified as 3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinopyranosyl‐urs‐12,18(19)‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosyl ester, 3β‐ hydroxyurs‐12,18(19)‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosyl ester, 3β‐hydroxyurs‐12,19(29)‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosylester, 3‐O‐α‐L‐arabinopyranosyl‐urs‐9(11),12‐dien‐28‐oic acid β‐D‐glucopyranosyl ester and 2 α,3 α, 19α,25‐tetrahydroxyurs‐12‐en‐23,28‐dioic acid. 相似文献

Lipids from seeds of three plants of the Asteraceae family, Cousinia franchetii, Arctium leiospermum, and Rhaponticum integrifolium, were studied. The principal constituents of lipids from the three plants were shown to be acylglycerides of ordinary fatty
acids and oxygenated fatty acids using chemical and chromatographic analyses. The composition of the ordinary unoxidized and
epoxy acids was determined by GC.

Three new thiophene‐acetylenes, 7‐chloroarctinone‐b ( 1 ), rhapontiynethiophenes A ( 2 ) and B ( 3 ), along with arctinone‐b ( 4 ) were isolated from the MeOH extract of the roots of Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) AbstractRhaponticum acaule (L.) DC. is a medicinal plant commonly used for the treatment of some illnesses such as gastrointestinal infections. In this work, we report the composition of different parts of this plant on phenolic compounds, their quantification, and antioxidant activity. The obtained results reported that methanolic extracts of the three parts studied revealed high phenolic contents. For flavonoid contents, the highest contents were reported in organic extracts of leaf part. In addition, results obtained from the study of the antioxidant activity showed that methanolic extract of root presented the highest activity, in DPPH? scavenging ability test with an IC50 of 0.31?±?0.04?mg/mL and in FRAP test with an EC50 of 1.06?±?0.02?mg/mL. The RP-HPLC-PDA analysis revealed the presence of five phenolic acids (sinapic, caffeic, chlorogenic, ferulic and syringic acids), one flavanone (naringenin), one flavonol (rutin) and vanillin. 相似文献
