Through a two-step vacuum-filtration process, WSe2 and MoS2 nanosheets were sequentially deposited onto a polymeric nanoporous support, forming WSe2/MoS2 bi-layered heterostructure. Highly rectified ion transport phenomenon is observed through the heterogeneous 2D layered membranes.  相似文献

We report an electro-photo double modulation of the fermi level in a WSe2/graphene heterojunction. The heterojunction exhibits high ION/IOFF ratio (~103) in transfer characteristic in dark and distinct rectification behavior in output characteristic under light illumination, respectively. Time-dependent photoresponse reveals that the heterojunction has a considerable potential in the application of photodetection. Interestingly, an exotic current peak is observed in transfer characteristic under light illumination. This novel behavior is attributed to the tunable fermi level at the WSe2/graphene heterojunction by electro-photo double modulation. The results may be helpful to develop tunable photovoltaic optoelectronics based on van der Waals heterojunctions.  相似文献

By applying the nonequilibrium Green?s function formalism combined with density functional theory, we have investigated the electronic transport properties of two nitrogen-doped armchair graphene nanoribbon-based junctions M1 and M2. In the left part of M1 and M2, nitrogen atoms are doped at two edges of the nanoribbon. In the right part, nitrogen atoms are doped at one edge and at the center for M1 and M2, respectively. Obvious rectifying and negative differential resistance behaviors are found, which are strongly dependent on the doping position. The maximum rectification and peak-to-valley ratios are up to the order of 104 in M2.  相似文献

We report first-principles calculations of the current-voltage characteristic and the conductance of carbon-based molecular wires with different length capped with sulfur ends between two metallic electrodes made of different metals. The optimized molecular structure of carbon chain in the junction is presented on the structure of polyyne. The conductance of the polyyne wires shows oscillatory behavior depending on the number of carbon atoms (triple bonds). Current rectification is found and rectification direction presents inversion with the odd and even number of carbon atoms.  相似文献

The transport properties of a single-wall ZnO nanotube contacted with two Au (Al or Cu ) electrodes are investigated by a theoretical approach. Our results suggest the contact resistance for ZnO nanotube connected with Au electrodes is the largest one as compared with Al and Cu acting as electrodes. The local density of states (LDOS) near the ZnO nanotube/Cu(Al) interface shows the strong electronic interaction. Also shown is that for Au–ZnO system, we can observe a best rectifying performance, the next is the Al–ZnO system, and the third is Cu–ZnO system. This rectification is also fully rationalized by the calculated transmission spectra, the spatial distribution of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital and highest occupied molecular orbital states, and the electrostatic potential distribution.  相似文献

We have performed theoretical calculation of the nonlinear optical properties in a quantum well (QW) with the hyperbolic confinement potential. Calculation results reveal that the transition energy, oscillator strength, second-order nonlinear optical rectification (OR), geometric factor and nonlinear optical absorption (OA) are strongly affected by the parameters (α,σ) of the hyperbolic confinement potential. And an increment of the parameter α reduces all these physical quantities, while an increment of the parameter σ enhances them, but not for geometric factor. In addition, it is found that one can control the optical properties of QW by tuning these parameters.  相似文献

Rectification performances of rhombic graphene nanoribbons coupled to gold electrodes through thiolate bonds with left and right vertical carbon atoms substituted by one nitrogen or boron atom are analyzed by performing theoretical calculations using a self-consistent ab initio approach that combines the density functional theory with the non-equilibrium Green's function formalism. Increasing the size of graphene nanoribbon markedly improves the rectification effect because of the asymmetric potential profile distribution in rhombic graphene for polarization near the boron and nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

We study thermal rectification of a two-quantum-dots system with Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya (DM) interaction and coupling to two bosonic reservoirs. The overdamped Langevin dynamics has been employed to study the directional transport of particles driven in a tilted rocking ratchet potential. The system subjected to a constant direct force undergoes an asymmetrical dynamic transition from a static state to a sliding state at two different critical forces that are consistent with the predicted values. When an additional alternating force is applied to the system, the time-averaged velocity shows several steps of equal height as the direct force increases. These steps are similar to the Shapiro steps in an rf-driven Josephson junction, and appear whenever the system's natural frequency given by the direct force matches an integer multiple of the applied frequency. When the alternating force exceeds a certain critical value which can be also estimated for a slow rocking, a directional motion known as the rectification effect occurs even at zero direct force.  相似文献

针对CCD摄像机所采集的图像存在畸变问题,提出了一种基于现场定标法的多项式变形技术和三元卷积算法,对其进行校正.灰阶Sobel算子通过引入衰减因子对图像进行边缘检测得到不失真的灰阶边缘图,然后将灰阶边缘图进行三次样条插值处理,使标准定标图案边缘的定位达到亚像素级,提高了图像边缘检测的精度.利用建立的校正畸变的函数关系式,实现空间几何坐标变换,既保证特殊环境下的图像测量具有足够高的精度,又使光电图像几何畸变校正达到很好的效果.  相似文献
