用共振电离飞行时间质谱仪分析土壤中超痕量气态金   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用激光共振电离飞行时间质谱技术(简称RIS-TOF技术)对土壤中超痕量气态金的含量进行了分析研究。RIS-TOF谱仪具有极高的灵敏度和很强的选择性,避免了对样品的预富集过程。本文给出了该谱仪对金元素的检测限和65个土壤中气态金样品的分析结果,以及用中子活化法随机抽样检查的结果。  相似文献

In this paper, elastic behaviors of non-Gaussian polymethylene (PM) chains with chain length N=100 are investigated by rotational isomeric state model. Here the tetrahedral lattice of PM chain and the non-local interaction of Sutherland potential are adopted. In the metropolis movement of PM chain, a four-bond movement model is used. The average energy and average Helmholtz free energy with various elongation ratios λ are calculated by Monte Carlo simulation method. The average energy increases with elongation ratio λ and the average Helmholtz free energy decreases with elongation ratio λ. The elastic force f and the energy contribution to elastic force fu can be obtained from f=∂〈A〉/∂r and f=∂〈U〉/∂r. We find that the elastic force f increases with elongation ratio λ and the energy contribution fu decreases with elongation ratio λ, and fu is less than zero. The ratio fu/f is close to −0.21 for λ?1.25, and −0.04 to −0.35 for λ>1.25 at T=364 K. In our calculation, the rubber elasticity may be discussed in terms of the chemical structure of polymer chains.  相似文献

激光共振电离技术是痕量分析中的重要手段之一。文章以速率方程理论为基础,对锰原子的激光共振电离过程进行了分析,讨论了电离过程中各级激发光功率密度及激光作用时间对电离效率的影响;提出了根据所要求的电离效率和激光作用时间计算所需要的各激发光或电离激光的功率密度的方法;得到了饱和激发或饱和电离的规律及阈值条件。研究发现,在激光作用时间为10 ns时,锰原子饱和电离的激光强度阈值基本都在108 W·cm-2的量级,只有“1+1”双色双共振低三个量级;而“1+1”和“1+1+1”饱和激发的激光强度阈值则在102~103 W·cm-2量级;并且随着激光作用时间的增加,各过程的饱和激发和饱和电离的激光强度阈值将单调减少。  相似文献

In this paper, a new non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme is proposed for the reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) assisted high-capacity visible light communication (VLC) system, which is named hybrid domain multiple access (HDMA). HDMA enjoys the benefit of hybrid-domain signals, including the power domain, code domain, and frequency domain, where the message passing algorithm (MPA) and successive interference cancellation (SIC) detectors are jointly used at the HDMA receiver. Furthermore, to achieve a higher communication capacity for the VLC system, we proposed an optimization model by jointly optimizing the power allocation ratio and RIS reflection units. The simulation results verified the proposed scheme. By comparing the system capacity of different RIS allocation schemes and multiple access methods, the VLC system based on HDMA proposed in this paper can significantly improve its communication capacity.  相似文献

The analytical and clinical validity of analyses of RNA samples destined for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic management is directly impacted by RNA quality. RNA is affected by heat, enzymatic degradation, and Ultraviolet (UV) light. RNA from three eukaryotic cell lines was degraded by heat, RNase, or UV light. RNA integrity values obtained with the benchmark Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system were compared with those from the more recent QIAxcel Advanced system. The application of this novel method has allowed us to unravel differences between RNA biophysical and biochemical degradation modes. Agilent RNA integrity number (RIN) and QIAxcel RIS were comparable in heat‐degraded and RNase III‐degraded RNA. Agilent RIN and QIAxcel RIS were comparable at a RIN decision level of 7 in UV‐degraded RNA but not overall. The QIAxcel RIS method was more precise than Agilent RIN for RIN<8, while the inverse was true for RIN≥8. Greater degradation of mRNA and rRNA in UV‐damaged samples hampered the Agilent RIN calculation algorithm. Overall, RIS was more robust than RIN for assessing RNA integrity. The ΔΔCt‐values for heat‐ and UV‐degraded RNA samples showed slightly higher correlation with RIS than with RIN. RNA integrity can be used to categorize RNA samples for suitability for downstream gene expression analyses, independently of the RNA degradation mechanism. The new method QIAxcel is more robust and therefore allows more accurate categorization of compromised RNA samples.  相似文献

A combined setup for spatially resolved mass analysis of trace amounts of elements and macromolecules is presented. Using a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer, a laser spectroscopic setup for resonant ionization of neutral atoms has been implemented. This allows for an efficient and selective detection of trace elements by means of resonance ionization mass spectrometry (RIMS). The instrumental scheme is described, and methodological developments are presented. In a first application pure, laser desorption/ionization with TOF-MS was used to measure mass distributions of cosmic nanodiamonds. For further applications regarding the spatially resolved ultra-trace analysis of elements in solid samples, an implanted target was used to characterize both laser desorption/ionization and laser desorption/resonance ionization for the detection of trace elements within. A perspective of the setup is given and future investigations are outlined.  相似文献

The intermediates of thermal decomposition of 1,3-disilabutane (SiH3CH2SiH2CH3, DSB) to form SiC on Si(1 0 0) surface were in situ investigated by reactive ion scattering (RIS), temperature programmed reactive ion scattering (TPRIS), temperature programmed desorption (TPD), and auger electron spectroscopy (AES). DSB as a single molecular precursor was exposed on Si(1 0 0) surface at a low temperature less than 100 K, and then the substrate was heated up to 1000 K. RIS, TPD, and AES investigations showed that DSB adsorbed molecularly and decomposed to SiC via some intermediates on Si(1 0 0) surface as substrate temperature increasing. Between 117 and 150 K molecularly adsorbed DSB desorbed partially and decomposed to CH4Si2, which is the first observation on Si(1 0 0) surface, and further decomposed to CH4Si between 150 and 900 K. CH4Si lost hydrogen and formed SiC over 900 K.  相似文献

The method of resonance ionization spectroscopy for measurements of hyperfine structures and isotope shifts of heavy elements, at the IGISOL facility, Jyväskylä, is discussed. Two laser geometries are considered, with reference to the effect they have on resolution and efficiency of measurements. The rubberlike elastic behavior of bimodal poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) networks was investigated by the Monte Carlo simulation method and enumeration calculation method on the basis of the rotational‐isomeric‐state (RIS) model. These bimodal PDMS networks consist of short chains (chain length from 10 to 20) as well as long chains (chain length equal to 150). For long PDMS chains, through generating many PDMS conformations in the equilibrium state using the Monte Carlo simulation method we can obtain the average Helmholtz free energy and the average energy. For short PDMS chains with chain lengths from 10 to 20, as the total number of conformations is only from 6.56 × 103 to 3.87 × 108, we adopt the enumeration calculation method. The deformation is partitioned nonaffinely between the long and short chains, and this partitioning can be determined by requiring the free energy of the deformed network to be minimized. Chain dimensions and thermodynamic statistical properties of bimodal PDMS networks at various elongation ratios are discussed. We find that elastic force f increases with elongation ratio λ; the energy contribution fu to elastic force is significant, and the ratio of ranges from 0.15 to 0.36 at T = 343 K. In the meantime, elastic force f increases with the average energy 〈U〉. The energy change in the process of tensile elongation is taken over, which has been ignored in previous theories.
