Reactions of pyrrolidine with 2 equiv of aldehydes without any catalyst in a pressurized vessel at 140–200 °C yielded 1,3-disubstituted pyrroles. -Branched aldehydes gave fairly good yields of the corresponding products by this method, which provides a facile non-oxidative procedure for synthesizing 1,3-dialkylpyrroles from inexpensive pyrrolidine and aldehydes.  相似文献

Dithiocarbamate functions were incorporated into different polyacrylamide matrices crosslinked with a flexible and hydrophilic crosslinking agent, tetraethyleneglycol diacrylate (TEGDA), and their complexation behaviours were investigated. Crosslinked polyacrylamides with varying extents of the tetrafunctional TEGDA crosslinks were prepared by free radical solution polymerization at 60°C using potassium persulphate as initiator in ethanol. The dithiocarbamate functionality was incorporated into these polyacrylamides by a two-step polymer-analogous reaction involving (i)trans-amidation with ethylenediamine and (ii) dithiocarbamylation of the aminopolyacrylamide with carbon disulphide and alkali. The complexations of dithiocarbamate with Cu(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Co(II) and Hg(II) ions were followed under different conditions. The metal ion intake varied with the extent of the crosslinking agent and the observed trend in complexation is Hg(II) > Cu(II)> Zn(II)> Co(II)> Ni (II). The time-course of complexation, the possibility of recycling, swelling characteristics, and spectral and thermal analyses were carried out. The thermal stability increases upon complexation with metal ions.  相似文献

(Methacryloyl ethylenedioxycarbonyl) benzyl N,N‐diethyldithiocarbamate (HEMA‐E‐In) was synthesized and used as a monomer iniferter to develop a novel, photopatternable grafting technology. This molecule functions as both a methacrylic monomer and a photoiniferter (photoinitiator–transfer agent–terminator). The structure of HEMA‐E‐In was characterized by 1H NMR, Fourier transform infrared, and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopies. In the presence of the monomer iniferter, methyl methacrylate was polymerized by exposure to 365‐nm ultraviolet radiation, confirming the initiation capability of HEMA‐E‐In. After the copolymerization of HEMA‐E‐In into a methacrylate‐based polymer, attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectra revealed that the photoiniferter functionality was present at the surface of this polymeric substrate. Photografting of poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate monomer from the surface caused a significant change in the hydrophobicity of the surface as demonstrated by contact angle measurements. The novel monomer photoiniferter HEMA‐E‐In initiates the polymerization of bulk monomer and provides a reactive functionality that facilitates further initiation and polymer modification by the polymerization of different monomers. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The work deals with the synthesis of hydroxypyrrolidine analogs of nucleosides. Starting from the optically pure l- or d-tartaric acid, we improved the synthesis of enantiomeric trans-3,4-dihydroxypyrrolidines and elaborated a procedure for the synthesis of all possible diastereoisomers of 3-hydroxy-4-pyrrolidinyl derivatives of both purine and pyrimidine nucleobases. The prepared compounds were tested for cytostatic and antiviral properties but no significant activity was found.  相似文献

A novel PVC membrane ion‐selective electrode based on tribenzyltin(IV) dithiocarbamate [Sn(IV)–TBDTB] as neutral carrier was developed for thiocyanate (SCN?) determination. The electrode exhibits a near‐Nernstian response for SCN? with a slope of 62.8±2.0 mV per decade over a wide concentration range 1.0×10?1–2.0×10?6 mol L?1 and a detection limit of 1.0×10?6 mol L?1 in MES–NaOH buffer, pH 6.0, at 25 °C. The electrode prepared with 1.5 wt.% Sn(IV)–TBDTB, 32.5 wt.% PVC and 66.0 wt.% 2‐nitrophenyloctyl ether (o‐NPOE) shows optimal response characteristics. Anti‐Hofmeister selectivity sequence for a series of anions shown by the electrode was as follows: SCN?>Sal?>I?>ClO >phCOO?>CH3COO?>Br?>Cl?>NO >NO >Citrate>SO42?. The useful pH range for the electrode was found to be 3–7 with a response time 30–40 s. The electrode has been used for direct determination of thiocyanate in wastewater with satisfactory results.  相似文献
