Lithium-ion battery separators are receiving increased consideration from the scientific community. Single-layer and multilayer separators are well-established technologies, and the materials used span from polyolefins to blends and composites of fluorinated polymers. The addition of ceramic nanoparticles and separator coatings improves thermal and mechanical properties, as well as electrolyte uptake and ionic conductivity. The state-of-art separators are actively involved in the cell chemistry through specific functional groups on their surface. Among the numerous properties, safety features and long cycle life are high-priority requirements for next-generation lithium-ion batteries. 相似文献

The chemical composition of BiPbSrCaCuO precursors prepared by different syntheses has to be checked analytically before
further application to production of superconducting (Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox tapes. Carbon species in concentrations below 0,1%(w/w) were observed to be possibly a source of gas evolving reactions during
the heat treatment procedures for the superconducting phase formation. A method that allows the temperature controlled detection
of CO2 resulting from reactions of various carbon species was developed based on an commercial C/H2O-analyser with IR gas detectors. By means of this method it is possible to relate the carbon content to the conditions of
synthesis and technological steps of the tape production. The phase formation mechanism of the superconducting (Bi,Pb)2223
phase from a multiphase precursor strongly depends on its elemental composition. Titrimetric and ICP spectrometric methods
that allow the determination of the content of the main components Bi, Pb, Ca, Sr, and Cu with high precision and accuracy
were developed and their results were compared. The best results were obtained with a combined chemical-spectrometric procedure.
The relative standard deviations (RSD) for all metallic elements do not exceed 1%. The analytical results of the main components
and specific trace determinations are essential for the functioning of superconducting tapes. 相似文献

This experimental research was focused on the investigation of the heat transfer augmentation by various turbulator inserts in gas-heated channels. The work was conducted directly in a convective part of a two fire-tube boiler. The flue ducts were positioned vertically and horizontally for various design applications. Twisted-tape insert (with the twist ratio y=4.12), the straight-tape insert, and the combined turbulator insert (the internal twisted tape with the twist ratio of 180° y=2.16 and an external tape, which spirally winded on an internal tape, with longitudinal pitch H360°=110 mm and the relative height of a tape (rib) e/D0=0.098;0.2) were investigated. The working fluids were the combustion products of light oil fuel and wood pellets. In addition, the experiments were conducted in the two fire-tube boiler without any inserts. Block copolymers based on polyethylene (PE) and ethylene butadiene rubber (EBR) were obtained by successive controlled coordinative chain transfer polymerization (CCTP) of a mixture of ethylene and butadiene (80/20) and pure ethylene. EBR-b-PE diblock copolymers were synthesized using the {Me2Si(C13H8)2Nd(BH4)2Li(THF)}2 complex in combination with n-butyl,n-octyl magnesium (BOMAG) used as both the alkylating and chain transfer agent (CTA). Triblock and multiblock copolymers featuring highly semi-crystalline PE hard segments and soft EBR segments were further obtained by the development of a bimetallic CTA, the pentanediyl-1,5-di(magnesium bromide) (PDMB). These new block copolymers undergo crystallization-driven organization into lamellar structures and exhibit a variety of mechanical properties, including excellent extensibility and elastic recovery in the case of triblock and multiblock copolymers. 相似文献

提高临界电流密度(Jc)对促进Bi-2223/Ag高温超导带材的应用有着重要意义.在常压热处理条件下所制备的带材中存在大量的裂纹、孔洞和第二相颗粒等,这些因素都会对带材的超导连接性能产生破坏作用.我们成功建立了一套可用氧气氛的热等静压设备,工作气压和温度可同时达到15MPa和850°C.通过引入裂纹愈合热处理过程,我们成功对带材进行了高压热处理,所得样品中第二相颗粒和裂纹数量大幅度降低,77K、自场下的临界电流相比常压热处理样品提高了20%左右. 相似文献
