A method employing a wide pore polymeric reversed phase column has been developed for the separation of most of the chlorophylls and related compounds previously described as occurring in marine microalgae. The high selectivity toward molecular shape of this kind of stationary phase has enabled compounds of very similar structure, such as chlorophylls c1, c2 and Mg-divinylpheoporphyrin a5 monomethyl ester, and chlorophyll a and the phytol-substituted chlorophyll c-like pigments, which commonly coelute on monomeric bonded phases, to be resolved in a single run. Some of these pigments, formerly thought to be a single compound, have, in fact, been demonstrated to be groups of two or more. The method has been successfully applied to both algal cultures and natural sea water samples. When visible light absorbance detection was used, the method proved suitable for separation of various carotenoids.  相似文献

Monodisperse polyaniline nanoparticles (PAPSSA) were synthesized from an oxidative dispersion polymerization using poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSSA) as both a polymeric stabilizer and a dopant agent due to its acidity. The nanoparticles were being stabilized with two different molecular weight of PSSA. Size effect of PAPSSA particles were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The d.c. electrical conductivity of composite films on the glass substrate was measured by a four-probe method. It was found that the electrical properties of the composite films are affected by the content of nano-sized polyaniline and different molecular weights of stabilizer in the poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) matrix.  相似文献

研究了酚醛型吸附树脂在水体系中对吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的静态和动态吸附行为.结果表明,在水中树脂对吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的吸附主要以疏水吸附机理进行;吸附吡啶和N.N-二甲基苯胺的初始阶段,即达到38.3~48.9%平衡吸附时,吸附速率数据和半经验速率方程很吻合:酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程,相关系数在0.99以上,酚醛型吸附树脂吸附吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺属单分子层吸附:用80%的乙醇溶液作洗脱剂来洗脱吸附吡啶已达饱和的JDW-2树脂,效果是很理想的.在3.6个床体积内洗脱率达91.52%,4.8个床体积内洗脱率达到94.85%。表明酚醛型吸附树脂具有优良的洗脱性能.  相似文献

Summary This paper reports the results of a study on the use of a new polymer-based, strong anion-exchange, stationary phase for rapid and selective separation of carbohydrates and related compounds by high-pH, anion-exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection. The new adsorbent has been obtained by direct nitration of 2.8 μm, spherical non-porous highly cross-linked, styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer beads, followed by reduction of superficially introduced nitro groups with nascent hydrogen and quaternization of the resultant amino groups with iodomethane. It is reported that by optimizing the ionic strength of the mobile phase, columns packed with the new anion-exchanger can be successfully employed to separate, either in isocratic or gradient elution mode, oligosaccharides, positional isomers of gluco-disaccharides, as well as uronic acids and sugar monophosphates.  相似文献

Poly ionic liquid 1-ethyl 3-(2-methacryloyloxy ethyl) imidazolium iodide (PEMEImI) as a single-ion conductor was designed and synthesized. When appropriate amount of suitable plasticizers, I2 and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were incorporated into it, the complex formed gel polymer electrolyte. Chemical structure, thermal behavior and ionic conductive properties of the gel polymer electrolyte were investigated by Raman spectra, UV-Vis spectra, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and complex impedance analysis, respectively. For the new gel polymer electrolyte, the ionic conductivity of about 1 × 10−3 S cm−1 at room temperature was achieved.  相似文献
