塑料光学元件的清洗、镀膜和胶合

各种塑料光学元件在光学系统中的应用越来越广泛。作为光学元件,必然涉及清洗、镀膜和胶合等工艺技术问题。本文就塑料光学元件的这三个技术作一介绍。     

环境光对PE塑料薄膜近红外激光拉曼光谱的影响

探讨了环境光自然光和室内荧光灯光的存在,对PE透明塑料薄膜的近红外激光拉曼光谱的影响.研究表明不同的环境光,会对近红外拉曼光谱产生不同的明显特征峰.自然光干扰产生的是以倒峰群形式为主,而室内荧光灯光造成的干扰主要以尖锐的脉冲峰形式.虽干扰表现形式不同,但都有严重地影响,在测定时一定要引起重视,不能忽略.建议在进行透明塑料近红外拉曼光谱检测时,须在暗室或暗罩遮光保护中进行,以完全隔离环境光的影响.     

Characterization of strongly interacted multiple cracks in an infinite plate

Based on the Kachanov method and the alternating iteration technique, a new method is proposed to deal with the problem of the strongly interacted multiple cracks in an infinite plate. Unlike the Kachanov method which neglects the interaction of the tractions of the non-uniform components, the tractions of the non-uniform components on the surfaces of cracks are considered through the alternating technique. The accuracy and efficiency of present method are validated by comparing the results of two collinear and two parallel overlapped open the cracks obtained by the present method with those of the exact solutions, the results of the Kachanov method and the alternating iteration technique. Applications of present method in solving sliding close crack problems and evaluating the plastic zones demonstrate the versatility of present method.     

Plastic multipliers as driving variables of numerical simulation in elastoplasticity

Statics of elasto-plastic media is stated in terms of eigenstrains acting upon a background elastic problem with fixed (initial) stiffness. In order to minimize the number of unknowns and to provide computationally cheap algorithms plastic multipliers are used as main driving variables. Fixed-point type iterations are suggested for computing plastic multipliers within the load increment. Numerical experiments results are shown to be in good correlation with other software results. A range of problems is outlined where the usage of the proposed algorithms can be advantageous.     

可用于激光核聚变的闪烁中子探测器

在当前激光核聚变实验中,中子集中在短时间内出现、且产额低。为适应这种特点,要求探测器的效率高,分辨时间短。利用闪烁中子探测器探测激光核聚变所产生的中子,能测定中子产额,记录中子能量,而且探测效率高,分辨时间短。缺点是易受γ射线、X射线的干扰。     

聚丙烯/POE共混组成对材料断裂行为的影响

采用基本断裂功(EWF)方法对聚丙烯(PP)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)共混物的注射双边缺口拉伸试样的断裂行为进行了研究,比较了不同POE含量对共混物各断裂参数的影响.结果表明,PP和用量为5phr POE的共混物都可完全满足EWF方法的要求,共混物的断裂韧性-比基本断裂功we,较PP有显著提高;POE用量为10phr以上的共混物则出现明显的成颈现象而限制了EWF方法的应用;PP和各种POE用量的共混物都得到了其屈服所需要的比基本断裂功we,y和比塑性功β′wp,y.

Spectroscopic and Electrochemical Characterization of Cytochrome P450st‐DDAB Films on a Plastic‐Formed Carbon Electrode

We have studied the characterization of thermophilic cytochrome P450 (P450st)‐didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDAB) films by using UV‐vis absorption, resonance Raman spectroscopy, and electrochemical methods. The observed Raman spectrum indicated near‐native conformation of the heme iron in DDAB film on the surface of a glass slide, while on the surface of a plastic‐formed carbon (PFC) electrode, the conformation of P450st‐DDAB was very similar to that of heme‐DDAB film, suggesting the release of heme from P450st in DDAB films on PFC electrodes. When NaBr was added as salt to the casting solution, the result of Raman spectrum indicated near‐native conformation of P450st in DDAB film even on the PFC electrode, but no redox potential of P450st which has near native structure was observed. This study suggests the essential experimental conditions when working with heme protein‐DDAB films as, in some cases, heme iron from proteins is released on the surface of the electrode.

针对当前学生实习面临的困难，以Authorware为开发工具，编制了塑料成型工艺实习CAI课件，整个软件图文并茂，图像，动画，解说，音乐相结合，形象地介绍了塑料各种成型工艺的主要原理，生产设备，工艺流程和相关产品，应用本软件学生可以进行模拟实习，该软件激发了学生学习的兴趣，提高了实习质量。     

Plastic deformation and performance of engineering polymer materials

The plastic deformation mechanism operating in polymer glasses is analyzed. The whole process consists of two main stages: nucleation of special shear defects, called PSTs (plastic shear transformations), and their disappearance. The important feature of plastic deformation of glasses is the storage of a large amount of internal energy ΔU_def upon straining. Such energy storage is the critical issue for mechanical performance of polymeric material: if the amount of stored energy is high, the appearance of macroscopic failure is very probable while glassy materials collecting a small amount of stored deformation energy are quite ductile. It is proposed that the rate of disappearance of PSTs is a key factor in dissipation of stored deformation energy. A parameter describing the dissipation ability of material upon deformation is introduced.
