We synthesized the new photosensitive oligomer containing a chalcone moiety in the main chain by end-capping reaction of diepoxide compound with methacrylic acid. The chalcone-epoxy oligomeric compound was synthesized with 4,4′-dihydroxychalcone and epichlorohydrin. Investigation of the photosensitivity of the newly synthesized chalcone oligomer was carried out by using UV-Vis absorption and infrared spectroscopies under UV exposure. We observed the photodimerization behavior under UV irradiation. At the same time, we could also observe the photopolymerization of the compound with a trace amount of dimethoxyphenyl acetophenone. Thermal properties of UV-cured dimethacrylate compounds were also studied. 相似文献

以1,6-二溴己烷为桥连试剂, 2-(1-羟基萘基)-5,10,15,20-四苯基卟啉及其Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ)配合物为原料, 合成了4个新型β,β-桥连双卟啉. 以1,3-二苯基异苯并呋喃(DPBF)为猝灭剂, 测试了双卟啉及其Ni(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ)配合物在光照条件下产生单线态氧的能力, 并研究了4个双卟啉化合物在光照和无光照条件下对pBR322质粒DNA的切割能力(用凝胶电泳)和对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 25923)的光敏抑菌活性. 结果表明, 新型双卟啉光敏剂具有较好光敏活性, 产生的活性氧能有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌. 相似文献

A versatile method for positive-type patterning of polyimide (PI) based on a two-layer photosensitive poly(benzoxazole) (PSPBO) and poly(amic acid) (PAA) film has been developed to provide a promising material in the field of microelectronics. This patterning system consisted of a pristine PAA thick bottom-layer and a poly(o-hydroxy amide) (PHA) thin top layer with 9,9-bis[4-(tert-butoxycarbonyl-methyloxy)phenyl]fluorene (TBMPF) as a dissolution inhibitor, and (5-propylsulfonyloxyimino-5H-thiophene-2-ylidene)-(2-methylphenyl)-acetonitrile (PTMA) as a photoacid generator (PAG). The PHA and PAA were prepared from 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)-bis(o-aminophenol) and 4,4′-oxybis(benzoic acid) derivatives, and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride and 4,4′-oxydianiline, respectively, in N,N-dimethylacetamide. This two-layer system based on PHA (150-nm thickness) and PAA (1.5-μm thickness) showed high sensitivity of 35 mJ/cm2 and high contrast of 10.3 when exposed to a 365 nm line (i-line), post-baked at 100 °C for 2 min, and developed in a 2.38 wt.% tetramethylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution/5 wt.% iso-propanol at 25 °C. A clear positive image of a 4-μm line-and-space pattern was printed on a film which was exposed to 100 mJ/cm2 of i-line by a contact-printing mode and fully converted to the corresponding PBO/PI pattern upon heating at 350 °C, confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopy. A novel photo‐induced electrochemical biosensing method has been developed based on fluorescence quenching effect and electrochemical method. In this sensing strategy, the molecular beacon probes labeled with methylene blue were immobilized on the gold nanoparticles modified gold electrode surface firstly; then dopamine was assembled on the electrode surface through electrostatic interaction with gold nanoparticles. Under the continuous illumination, the fluorescence of the methylene blue was quenched by the gold nanoparticles before hybridization; after hybridization with the complementary DNA, methylene blue was far away from the gold nanoparticles and the fluorescence recovered, and then singlet oxygen was generated in the photosensitive reaction of methylene blue in the presence of dissolved oxygen. Singlet oxygen reacted with dopamine, which resulted in the reduction of concentration of the dopamine on the electrode surface. The current of the dopamine on the electrode was used for the sensing of the conformational change of molecular beacon and hence for the detection of target DNA. 相似文献

The photosensitive system which can initiate methyl methacrylate with visible light was composedof compound 1 bis(η-5-cyclopentadienyl)-bis[2,6-difluoro-3-(1-H-pyrrolyl)phenyl]titanium (titanocene) andcompound 2 [(3,3'-carbonylbis(7-diethylamino coumarin)] (ketocoumarin dye). The high photosensitiveinitiating efficiency of this photosensitive system could be very promising for efficient system for laser (Ar~+488 nm) to plate and photocuring for thick coating and ink. The variation of UV-visible spectrum ofcompound 2 during irradiation indicates that photolysis of compound 2 is through its triplet state and it canbe quenched by O_2.
