A bidentate ligand, 2,4-diiodo-6-phenyliminomethyl-phenol (HL) has been synthesized from 3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde and phenylamine in ethanol. Five mononuclear complexes have been synthesized from 2,4-diiodo-6-phenyliminomethyl-phenol reaction with CuCl2 · 2H2O, NiCl2 · 6H2O, CoCl2 · 6H2O, MnCl2 · 4H2O, and ZnCl2 in ethanol or tetrahydrofuran (THF). The complexes were characterized by UV, infrared, ESI-MS, and elemental analyses. Complexes bis(2,4-diiodo-6-phenyliminomethyl-phenol)-copper(II) (1) and bis(2,4-diiodo-6-phenyliminomethyl-phenol)-zinc(II)-THF (5) were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Based on the crystal structure analysis of 1 and 5, coupled to their spectral similarity with other complexes prepared (2, 3, 4), we conclude that 2, 3, and 4 have similar structures to 1. The metal(II) in each complex is four-coordinate by two nitrogens and two oxygens from two ligands. All the complexes were assayed for antibacterial (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Enterobacter cloacae) activities by the MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) method. Among the complexes tested, 1 showed the most favorable antimicrobial activity with minimum inhibitory concentrations of 3.125, 6.25, 6.25, 3.125, 3.125, 6.25 µg mL?1 against B. subtilis, S. aureus, S. faecalis, P. aeruginosa, E. coli, and E. cloacae, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of nitroanilines catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase(HRP) in the presence of sodium nitrite and hydrogen peroxide was investigated, o-Nitroaniline and p-nitroaniline were found in the nitrated products. 2-Aminotoluene and 4-aminotoluene could also be nitrated to give corresponding nitrated products. This protocol has great potentials to open new avenues useful for the synthesis of nitroaniline and its derivatives.  相似文献

本文考察了冲洗剂中强组分浓度、无机盐浓度和酸度对保留值的影响,结果表明在溶质的 lnk 与 C_b 间线性关系中不能包括 C_b=0时的实验点。同时还观察到线性回归的 a 值与C_b=0时实测的 lnk′值存在较好的线性关系,酸度对 k′值的影响较复杂;溶质的保留值随无机盐浓度的增加而增大。  相似文献

Electro-oxidation of phenylamine derivatives (1a and 1b) have been studied in the presence of pyrazolidine-3,5-dione (3) as a nucleophile in phosphate buffer solution mixed with ethanol, using voltammetric and spectroscopic techniques. The obtained results indicated that the oxidized form of phenylamines (2a and 2b) participate in Michael addition type reactions with pyrazolidine-3,5-dione (3) and via ECECCCCC mechanisms convert to the corresponding new polycyclic indoles (12a and 12b). In the present study, new polycyclic indole derivatives were synthesized with good yields and high purity using a facile, one-pot and environmentally friendly electrochemical method, without any chemical catalysts, toxic solvents and hard conditions.  相似文献

苯胺、苯酚在不同酸度的水溶液中具有不同的结构和紫外吸收光谱。以苯胺水溶液为测定液,以等浓度的苯胺酸溶液为参比液;以苯酚碱溶液为测定液,以等浓度的苯酚水溶液为参比液,分别测定其吸光度。结果表明:在280 nm处,当苯胺质量浓度为1~100 mg/L时;在287 nm处,当苯酚质量浓度为1~30 mg/L时,苯胺、苯酚的吸光度与浓度之间存在良好的线性关系,据此建立了紫外差示分光光度法。用此法不需分离直接测定了含苯系物废水中的苯胺和苯酚,回收率分别大于94.6%和96.7%。  相似文献
