研究了酚醛型吸附树脂在水体系中对吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的静态和动态吸附行为.结果表明,在水中树脂对吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的吸附主要以疏水吸附机理进行;吸附吡啶和N.N-二甲基苯胺的初始阶段,即达到38.3~48.9%平衡吸附时,吸附速率数据和半经验速率方程很吻合:酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程,相关系数在0.99以上,酚醛型吸附树脂吸附吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺属单分子层吸附:用80%的乙醇溶液作洗脱剂来洗脱吸附吡啶已达饱和的JDW-2树脂,效果是很理想的.在3.6个床体积内洗脱率达91.52%,4.8个床体积内洗脱率达到94.85%。表明酚醛型吸附树脂具有优良的洗脱性能. 相似文献

A rapid method for the derivatization of phenolic antioxidants using microwave irradiation has been developed. Six antioxidatively active phenolic components of wines and fruits, namely gallic acid, gentisic acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and p-coumaric acid were used in the model study. The solution of phenolic acids was evaporated to dryness on a rotary evaporator followed by further drying under microwave irradiation (600 W, 30 s). The resultant residue was dissolved in pyridene and treated with bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide while irradiated by microwave using high power for 30 s. Controlled reaction was carried out employing bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide under conventional heating for 30 min. The trimethylsilyl derivatives were identified and quantified on a gas chromatography/mass selective detector. The mass spectral fragmentation patterns of the derivatives obtained by microwave irradiation were identical to those prepared by heating. The yields of microwave-assisted silylation were comparable to those from conventional heating. The rsd were less than 8% for six replicates. The linearity in wine matrix was nearly perfect. This method is a useful protocol to examine the phenolic constituents in wines and agricultural products. 相似文献

Studies on the complexation of copper(II) by phenolic acids, as ligand models of humic substances were done by potentiometry. The acids under study were: 3,4-dihydroxyhydrocinnamic acid or hydrocaffeic acid (1), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (2) and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid or protocatechuic acid (3). Acidity constants of the ligands and the formation constants of metal-ligand complexes were evaluated by computer programs. The carboxylic group of the phenolic acids has different pKa1 values, being the dissociation constants intrinsically related with the distance between the function and the aromatic nucleus. The results obtained allow concluding that acidity constants of the catechol moiety of the compounds are similar with pKa2 and pKa3 values between 9.47-9.41 and 11.55-11.70. The complexation properties of the three ligands towards copper(II) ion are quite similar, being the species found not different either in nature or stability. Although the model ligands have some structural differences no significant differences were found in their complexation properties towards copper(II). So, it can be postulated that complexation process is intrinsically related with the presence of a catechol group. 相似文献

AbstractA new ether derivative of phenylpropanoid compound, γ-(γ′-isohydroxychavicol)-chavicol octanyl ether (K1) along with one known phenylpropanoid named allyl-pyrocatechol or hydroxychavicol (2) were isolated from Piper betle var. kali collected from Tumluk district, West Bengal India. We first report the presence of compound K1 in the genus Piper. Their structures were established on the basis of various spectroscopic analyses. Compounds K1 and 2 showed excellent antioxidant DPPH free radical scavenging activity with IC50 values of 4.61 and 4.12?µg/mL compared to ascorbic acid as a standard antioxidant drug with IC50 value of 3.42?µg/mL, respectively. Evaluation of in vitro cytotoxic activities of compounds K1 and 2 showed significant effects against human oral cancer cell lines (AW13516 and AW8507), human hepatoma cell lines (HEPG2 and PLC-PRF-5) and a human pancreatic cell line (MIA-PA-CA-2), compared to Doxorubicin® as a standard cytotoxic drug with GI50 values of <10 and 18.18?µg/mL. 相似文献

The anthocyanin composition of rose wine made from cv. Öküzgözü, a variety of grape native to Turkey, and the effect of maceration time (3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 h) on the anthocyanin content of the wine have been investigated. High-performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection (HPLC-DAD) and mass spectrometry (MS) were used for anthocyanin analysis. Thirteen different anthocyanins, including five glucosides, five acetyl glucosides, and three coumaroyl glucosides were identified and quantified. It was found that an important characteristic of Öküzgözü rose wine was the presence of a large amount of malvidin-3-glucoside and its acylated esters. The total anthocyanin content of the wine increased with increasing maceration time. On the basis of sensory analysis, the most preferred wine was that produced with 3-h maceration, because of its better color and general flavor attributes. 相似文献

Pro-oxidant properties of phenolic antioxidants, which are derived from their iron recycling reactivity, render the traditional deoxyribose degradation assay invalid to assess the hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity in Fenton-type reaction systems. In the present paper, we studied in detail the interactions between iron and phenolic compounds, and established a kinetic deoxyribose method by taking advantage of the distinct difference between the completion time of Fenton reaction and that of the iron-reducing process. With the newly established kinetic method, we investigated the effects of phenolics on hydroxyl radical formation in a Fenton-type system and determined successfully the second rate constants of hydroxyl radical-scavenging reactions. The site-specific and non-site-specific hydroxyl radical-scavenging ability suggested that both direct hydroxyl radical-scavenging potency and iron-chelating capacity accounted for their inhibitory effects on deoxyribose oxidation degradation. This method, more simple, time saving, and applicative than the traditional deoxyribose assay, produces as accurate results (RSD<0.05, with dynamic range from 7.5 to 575 μM) as typical methods, such as radiolysis technology, and may be of significance in evaluating and screen the hydroxyl radical-scavenging antioxidants. 相似文献

The extraction of Zea mays hairs (Z. mays) was carried out by soxhlet and ultrasound techniques and through three solvents. Phytochemical tests and quantitative analysis of total phenols content (TPC) and flavonoids content (FC) for all extracts were also determined. The antioxidant activity, for different fractions, was determined by using three methods; DPPH, FRAP and TAC. All extracts were rich in polyphenols and the analysis of TPC and FC showed that the hydro-ethanolic extract obtained by ultrasound was characterized by a significant amount of TPC and FC. The n-butanolic fraction was rich in FC and also had a very high antioxidant capacity. On the other hand, the inhibiting effect of hydro-ethanolic extract, n-butanolic fraction and standard (flavone) on mild steel corrosion in 1 M HCl solution was investigated by electrochemical measurements. The polarization curves along with EIS diagrams indicated that flavone was the major molecule responsible for inhibition and acted as mixed-type inhibitor with predominant control of cathodic reaction. The antioxidant activity of BF was well correlated to corrosion inhibition efficiency. 相似文献
