Deprotonation of 1,3-diorganyl imidazolinium salts, 1, with N,C-type palladacyclic acetate dimer 2 afforded novel NHC coordinated complexes 3 along with ring opening hydrolysis products 4, which may coordinate to palladium center via NH group to give 5a. The hydrolysis necessitates the study of NHC complex formation in anhydrous media. The new compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods and three of them (3c, 4c, 5a) by X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies.  相似文献

Three monomeric triphenylphosphite palladacycles of the formula [PdCl(P-C)(im)], where P-C = P(OC6H4)(OC6H5)2, im = 1-methylimidazole, 2, 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 3, and 1-butylimidazole, 4, were obtained in reaction of [PdCl(P-C)]2, 1, with the respective imidazoles. These complexes exhibited high catalytic activity in the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction in ethane-1,2-diol and in the Sonogashira reaction in ionic liquids, [bmim]BF4 and [bmim]PF6. While the application of two imidazoles per palladium caused improvement of the reaction yield, an inhibiting effect was found in both reactions when 1-methylimidazole or 1-butylimidazole was used in 20-fold excess relative to palladium.  相似文献

A novel reaction sequence leading to the synthesis of substituted biphenyls containing a carbonyl group in an aliphatic chain has been achieved in one-pot reaction starting from iodoarenes and allylic alcohols under the catalytic action of palladium and norbornene. The latter is temporarily incorporated into a palladacycle, which directs the reaction towards the selective formation of an arylaryl bond. Norbornene spontaneously deinserts to allow the biphenylylpalladium bond thus formed to react in its turn with the allylic alcohol.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of pyrazole derivatives of general formula [C6H4-4-R-1-{(3,5-Me2-C3N2)-CH2-(η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)}] [R = OMe (1a) or H (1b)] with a ferrocenylmethyl substituent are described.The study of the reactivity of compounds 1 with palladium(II) acetate has allowed the isolation of complexes (μ-AcO)2[Pd{κ2-C,N-C6H3-4-R-1-[(3,5-Me2-C3N2)-CH2-(η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)]}]2 (2) [R = OMe (2a) or H (2b)] that contain a bidentate [C(sp2, phenyl), N] ligand and a central “Pd(μ-AcO)2Pd” unit.Furthermore, treatment of 2 with LiCl produced complexes (μ-Cl)2[Pd{κ2-C,N-C6H3-4-R-1-[(3,5-Me2-C3N2)-CH2-(η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)]}]2 (3) [R = OMe (3a) or H (3b)] that arise from the replacement of the acetato ligands by the Cl.Compounds 2 and 3 also react with PPh3 giving the monomeric complexes [Pd{κ2-C,N-C6H3-4-R-1-[(3,5-Me2-C3N2)-CH2-(η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)]}X(PPh3)] {X = AcO and R = OMe (5a) or H (5b) or X = Cl and R = OMe (6a) or H (6b)}, where the phosphine is in a cis-arrangement to the metallated carbon atom. Treatment of 3 with thallium(I) acetylacetonate produced [Pd{κ2-C,N-C6H3-4-R-1-[(3,5-Me2-C3N2)-CH2-(η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)]}(acac)] (7) [R = OMe (7a) or H (7b)]. Electrochemical studies of the free ligands and the cyclopalladated complexes are also reported. The dimeric complexes 3 also react with MeO2C-CC-CO2Me (in a 1:4 molar ratio) giving [Pd{(MeO2C-CC-CO2Me)2C6H3-4-R-1-[(3,5-Me2-C3N2)-CH2-(η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)]}Cl] (8) [R = OMe (8a) or H (8b)], which arise from the bis(insertion) of the alkyne into the σ{Pd-C(sp2, phenyl)} bond of 3.  相似文献

Due to the great importance of palladium-catalyzed Heck-type reactions in scientific and industrial chemistry, a lot of publications and reviews have been published during the last years describing this matter under different aspects. This article presents a summary of catalytic applications of palladium complexes with phosphorus ligands containing a metallated sp3-carbon centre (“palladacycles”) or with N-heterocyclic carbene ligands in C-C and C-N coupling reactions of aryl halides including recent results of mechanistic discussions about their role in the catalytic cycle.  相似文献

Stable pallada(II)cycles featuring Csp2-Pd and Csp3-Pd bonds reacted with vinyl- and alkynyl(phenyl)iodonium salts to generate two new geminal carbon-carbon bonds to the terminal carbon of the vinyl and alkynyl substituents providing benzofuran and dihydrobenzofuran heterocycles. The new annulation process was rationalized by the involvement of Pd(IV) intermediates arising via an initial oxidative addition of hypervalent iodonium electrophiles to the Pd(II) center. Reaction monitoring via low temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy was performed, and organopalladium(II) intermediates featuring a new Csp2-Csp2 or Csp2-Csp bond were isolated and characterized, providing insights into the regiochemical course of the proposed mechanistic pathway.  相似文献

The Heck reaction under phosphane free conditions using oxime-derived palladacycles or Pd(OAc)2 as catalysts is a general methodology for the synthesis of methoxylated (E)-stilbene derivatives. Couplings can be performed either with (dicyclohexyl)methylamine as base and TBAB in aqueous DMA or in neat water and with Et3N as base in DMA in air and under thermal and microwave conditions. The arylation of different styrenes are performed with 3,5-dimethoxyiodobenzene to afford a series of important biologically active (E)-stilbene derivatives containing the 3,5-dimethoxyphenyl moiety, including resveratrol, piceatannol and pinosilvine, which are efficiently prepared with high regioselectivity and total stereoselectivity (TON up to 104).  相似文献

A range of palladacyclic catalysts and their phosphine and carbene adducts were tested in the Suzuki coupling of an alkyl bromide with phenylboronic acid and showed modest activity in some cases. Unlike with aryl halide substrates it appears that there is no particular benefit in the use of palladacycles as the palladium source. Initial data indicate that the rate determining step is not the oxidative addition of the alkyl halide substrate, but rather lies later in the catalytic cycle.  相似文献

Two novel oxazoline-derived palladacycles bearing an endo- or exo-CN bond were prepared by direct ortho-palladation of (R)-2,4-diphenyl- or (R)-2-methyl-4-phenyl-2-oxazolines, respectively. The structures of the palladacycles' dimeric forms and corresponding mononuclear PPh3-derivatives were confirmed by IR, 1H, 13C and 2D NMR spectroscopy. An X-ray diffraction study of the μ-chloro-dimeric cyclopalladated derivative of (R)-2,4-diphenyl-2-oxazoline proved the endo structure of the palladacycle.  相似文献
