A new method for preparing （2Z, 4Z, 6Z）-diethyl-4,5- oxepinedicarboxylates and some 1H-azepine analogues

A new method for preparing (2Z, 4Z, 6Z)-4,5-diethyloxepinodicarboxylate by one-step is described. The synthesis of several oxepines and azepines derivatives was carried out by the reaction of substituted furans or pyrroles with diethyl acetylenedicarbox-ylate in boiling toluene. The effect factors for this reaction were discussed and reaction condition was optimized.     

广东石豆兰中的噁庚英和联苄类化合物

从兰科植物广东石豆兰(Bulbophyllum kwangtungense Schlecht.)的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到了2个新的茋类化合物5-(2,3-二甲氧苯乙基)-6-甲基苯并[d][1,3]二氧戊环(1)和10,11-二氢-2,7-二甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基二苯并[b,f]噁庚英(2). 药理活性实验结果证明, 化合物2对体外培养的Hela细胞有较强的抑制作用.     

Pd(0) catalyzed intramolecular Heck reaction: a versatile route for the synthesis of 2-aryl substituted 5-, 6-, and 7-membered O-containing heterocycles

An efficient and convenient method for the synthesis of 2-aryl substituted tetrahydropyran, tetrahydrofuran, and oxepine derivatives via intramolecular palladium catalyzed cyclization is developed. The two exo-cyclic double bonds at adjacent carbon atoms in these ring systems could serve as potential dienes for cycloaddition reactions.     

Synthesis of oxepine-, oxocine- and azepine-annulated carbazole derivatives by combined Claisen rearrangement and diene/enyne metathesis

A new route to various medium ring heterocycle-annulated tetra-, penta- and hexacyclic carbazole derivatives has been developed using successive applications of three atom economic processes, viz. Claisen rearrangement, olefin metathesis and Diels-Alder reactions.     

Tandem Claisen rearrangement and ruthenium catalyzed enyne bond reorganization as a route to the synthesis of tricyclic 1,8-naphthyridinones

A novel procedure for the synthesis of substituted 1,8-naphthyridinones via tandem Claisen rearrangement and ring-closing enyne metathesis is reported.
