A convenient synthetic pathway to 2-aryl-5,6-dihydro-4H-benzo[f][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-α]azepine derivatives 7 was developed. The synthesis was based on the cycloaddition of the 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene a-acetoxy azo compounds 3 with Ar-CN in the presence of AlCl3 and the consecutive ring enlargement.  相似文献

Summary. The regioselectivity of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of 1-aza-2-azoniaallene salts with ,-unsaturated nitriles such as acrylonitrile or cyclohexylidene acetonitrile afforded only 1,2,4-triazolium salts via addition to the nitrile group, while the other expected pyrazolium salts were not observed. Moreover, 1-aza-2-azonia-allene salts reacted with other competitive systems such as -iminonitrile derivatives yielding only triazolium salts via addition to the nitrile and not to the imino group. Treatment of cumulene with 3-pyridylnitrile afforded the pyridinium salt. However, 2,3-dimethyl-5-(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)-[1,2,4]triazole could be prepared from cumulene and 2,6-dimethoxybenzonitrile. Some reactions of nitriles with 1-aza-2-azonia-allene salts prepared from 1,2,3-indantrione and 9-acetylphenanthrene are discussed.  相似文献

In the presence of cyanide ions as catalyst, aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes can be smoothly added to α,β-unsaturated ketones, esters, and nitriles in aprotic solvents to form γ-diketones, 4-oxo carboxylic esters, and 4-oxo nitriles. Thiazolium salts in the presence of bases are also suitable catalysts; they permit not only addition of aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes but also the addition of aliphatic aldehydes.  相似文献

The rhodium-catalyzed addition reactions of sodium tetraphenylborate and arylboronic acids to nitriles, ketones, and imines were examined. The reaction of nitriles could be carried out efficiently in the presence of a catalyst system of [RhCl(cod)]2-dppp and H2O to give the corresponding monoarylated products selectively. Although unactivated ketones and imines are known to be poor electrophiles for rhodium-catalyzed arylation, the phenylation of them with use of sodium tetraphenylborate proceeded smoothly in the presence of [RhCl(cod)]2 and Rh(acac)(cod) as catalysts, respectively. The addition of NH4Cl was found to be crucial to effectively conduct the reaction of ketones and imines.  相似文献

The reaction of [(CO)PPh3)2Re(μ-H)2(μ-NCHPh)Ru(PPh3)2(PhCN)] (2) with HBF4-Me2O generates [(CO)PPh3)2Re(μ- H)2(μ,η12HNCHPh)Ru(PPh3)2(PhCN)][BF4] (3). Monitoring the reaction by NMR spectroscopy shows the intermediate formation of [(CO)(PPh3)2 HRe(μ-H)2(μ-NCHPh)Ru(PPh3)2(PhCN)][BF4] (4). Attempted reduction of the imine ligand by a nucleophile (H or CN) failed, regenerating 2. Under dihydrogen at 50 atm, 3 is slowly transformed into [(CO)(PPh3)2HRe(μ-H)3Ru(PPh3)2(PhCN)][BF4] (5) with liberation of benzyl amine.  相似文献

A set of the semi-empirical methods (PM3, AM1, MNDO and MINDO3) supplied by the HyperChem™ package has been tested to find the best auxiliary tool for the gas chromatography/Fourier transform IR spectroscopy/mass spectrometry identification of nitriles, taking 23 relatively simple nitriles as test compounds. Of the four methods, MNDO can be considered as the most advantageous since: (1) for 17 compounds of 23 tested, the IR spectra simulated by this method best match the experimental spectra (and in additional 3 cases, the results are as good as those obtained by AM1 method); (2) within the range of experimental wavenumbers of 900–3100 cm−1, MNDO provides the best linearity between the calculated and experimental values (with a correlation coefficient of 0.989). A scaling factor of 0.85 can be used to afford better correspondence between the calculated and experimental wavenumbers. A disadvantage of the MINDO simulations is underestimation of νCN (and sometimes νCH) band intensities.  相似文献

A series of β‐hydroxynitriles were efficiently synthesized from the regioselective ring opening of oxiranes by cyanide anion in the presence of silica‐bound 3‐{2‐[poly(ethylene glycol)]ethyl}‐substituted 1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium bromide (SiO2? PEG? ImBr) as a novel recoverable phase‐transfer catalyst in H2O (Scheme 1 and Table 2). The workup procedure was straightforward, and the catalyst could be reused over four times with almost no loss of catalytic activity and selectivity.  相似文献

A general procedure is described for regiospecific construction of unsymmetrical N-alkyl (or aralkyl)-N′-aryl-α,ω-diaminoalkanes 3 (n=2,3,4) by reduction of N-(ω -arylaminoalkyl)amides 2 with borane.
