The electroreductions of the NAD+ model compounds nicotinamide (I), N1-methyl nicotinamide (II), N′-methyl nicotinamide (III) and isonicotinamide (IV) on carbon electrodes have been studied in aqueous media in the pH range 0–12 by linear-sweep cyclic voltammetry (Scheme 1, I-IV). Logarithmic analyses of the reduction peaks were performed by computing the convolution of the current with time as a function of the potential. On the basis of the experimental results it was concluded that the irreversibility of the electron transfers increased when a glassy carbon electrode was used, and this irreversibility being more marked when a plastic formed carbon electrode was employed. The reduction processes occurred with more difficulty on carbon electrodes than on mercury electrodes. Both the reduction and the reoxidation (when occurred) processes changed with respect to those observed on mercury electrodes, being irreversible electron transfers the rate-determining steps in most cases. Thus, for compounds I, II and III at pH < 2 the reductions occurred by the uptake of two electrons and two H+ ions, and the rate determining step was found to be the first one-electron transfer, for I and III, and the irreversible second electron transfer, preceded by the uptake of an H+ ion, for II. At pH>3 the processes consisted of electrodimerization reactions, preceded by the protonation of the heterocyclic nitrogen in cases I and III. The second electron transfer of the electroreduction of IV always appeared irreversible, in contrast with that found for mercury electrodes.  相似文献

合成并表征了固体三元配合物[Pd(phen)Cl2] 1. 以1和DNA的组成小分子腺嘌呤(ade)反应, 获得双核配合物单晶[Pd2(phen)2(ade)2]Cl2•4.5H2O (2). 配合物2为正交晶系, 空间群为Pnma, 晶胞参数a=2.1709(9) nm, b=1.4378(6) nm, c=1.2274(5) nm, αβγ=90°, V=3.8311(3) nm3, Dc=1.729 g/cm3, Z=4, F(000)=2004, R1=0.0766, wR2=0.1526. phen配体以两个氮原子与钯(II)离子配位, 按生物学原子规范标号, ade以N(3), N(9)原子与钯(II)离子桥联配位, 形成双核混配型配合物.  相似文献

用薄层池原位紫外光谱电化学法研究了辅酶Ⅰ(NAD)在银电极上的电化学配位反应机理。实验结果表明:NAD能与溶出的银离子生成配合物,该配合物的配位反应是一种可逆过程,用光谱电化学的Nernst图解分析获得银离子与NAD配合物的主要存在形式是[Ag(NAD)2+,银离子是与NAD分子的腺嘌呤基团形成配合物的。配合物的银离子与银电极表面发生异相电子交换反应,该电化学反应是受吸附控制的准可逆电极过程。  相似文献

The molecular structures and vibrational spectra of the three isomers of pyridinecarboxamide (picolinamide, nicotinamide, isonicotinamide) were calculated with the Density Functional Theory (DFT) method using the B3LYP function and the 6-31++G(d,p), Z2PolX, Z3PolX basis sets. The calculations were performed by using the Gaussian98W packet program set. The total energy distributions (TED) of the vibrational modes of these molecules were calculated by using the Scale 2.0 program and the vibrational modes of the molecules were determined. The Scaled Quantum Mechanical (SQM) method was used in the scaling procedure. In the experimental part of the study, the solid phase FT-IR and Micro Raman spectra of the three isomers of pyridinecarboxamide have been recorded in the range of 4000-650 and 1200-100 cm−1, respectively. The calculated wavenumbers were compared to the corresponding experimental values. As a result, the observed bands of the three isomers of pyridinecarboxamide were assigned with good accuracy.  相似文献

建立了毛细管区带电泳法测定天然和人工冬虫夏草中腺苷、腺嘌呤和尿嘧啶含量的分析方法。采用15mmol/L硼砂+14mmol/L磷酸二氢钠+5%(V/V)甲醇(pH=9.5)作为缓冲体系,在电压为18kV和检测波长为254nm的条件下,冬虫夏草提取液中的腺苷、腺嘌呤和尿嘧啶实现了基线分离。定量分析表明,3种成分的校正峰面积与质量浓度呈较好的线性关系(r≥0.9991)。考察了缓冲溶液的pH值、浓度及有机改性剂对腺苷、腺嘌呤和尿嘧啶迁移行为的影响。  相似文献

The solubility of the nucleic acid bases, adenine and thymine, in aqueous erythritol, xylose, glucose, and sucrose solutions has been studied. The solubility of adenine increases linearly with glucose and sucrose concentration, whereas with the other reagents a nonlinear increase is observed. Below 1.5M reagent concentration, the solubility of adenine increases in the order erythritol < robose, xylose < glucose < sucrose. The solubility of thymine in these solutions, on the other hand, decreases, increases, or does not change depending upon the reagent. The effect of temperature on the solubility of adenine and thymine in sugar solution indicates that the transfer of these molecules from water to sugar solution is exothermic.Presented in part at the VIIth All-India Symposium in Biophysics held at Visva Bharati University during October 1976.  相似文献

Enantio-uracil dinucleotide 5, which consists of two l-uridylic acids and one pyrophosphate, was synthesized for the first time in our laboratory. Benzolyated l-uridine was prepared by a stereoselective glycosylation of silylated uracil with l-1-O-acetyl-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoylribose (l-ABR 7). After deprotection, l-uridine 9 was converted to P1,P4-di(l-uridine 5′-) tetraphosphate tetrasodium salt (l-UP4U 5) by treatment of l-UMP morpholidate 10c with triethylammonium pyrophosphate (TEA-PPi 11b). Spectral data of synthesized l-UP4U 5 are given in the references. All spectral data were identical with those of UP4U 3 except the specific rotation, which showed a positive value compared to UP4U 3 having a negative value. Furthermore, the separation by chiral column chromatography was investigated.  相似文献

A silver(I)-saccharinato (sac) complex with nicotinamide (nia), [Ag(sac)(nia)] n has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, DTA-TG analyses and single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters of a=7.0258(4) Å, b=24.3784(10) Å, c=8.4301(5) Å, β=109.407(5)°, V=1361.85(13) Å3 and Z=4. [Ag(sac)(nia)] n contains [Ag(sac)(nia)] units, which are doubly bridged by both nia and sac ligands, leading to a linear one-dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis. The silver(I) ion has a highly distorted AgN2O2 tetrahedral geometry and the coordination polymer exhibits relatively short intra-chain ligand supported Ag···Ag separations of 3.1593(4) Å. The one-dimensional chains are crosslinked by N–H···O hydrogen bonds and aromatic π(sac)···π(nia) stacking interactions to generate a two-dimensional layer structure. IR spectra and thermal analysis data are in agreement with the crystal structure.  相似文献
