Microwave-promoted Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reactions in a cycloalkane-based thermomorphic biphasic system

Microwave-promoted Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of aryl halides attached to a cycloalkane-soluble platform was accomplished in a cycloalkane-based thermomorphic biphasic system. Following irradiation and subsequent cooling, the monophasic reaction mixture immediately formed a biphasic solution to allow facile workup and separation of the product.     

Heck reactions of stilbenoid chromophores with alkoxysilyl-substituted styrenes: Synthesis of monomers for luminescent polymers

Luminescent stilbenoid chromophores with diethoxysilane end groups are prepared via Heck reactions. Diethoxysilane-substituted styrenes are used as vinylic components, thus allowing the combined connection of the chromophore to the silane moiety with an extension of the π-system. Monodisperse oligo(phenylenevinylene)s of different conjugation lengths and bromine or iodine as reactive sites are used as coupling partners. Electrical and optical properties are tuned via the length of the conjugated system, electron withdrawing cyanide and electron donating alkoxy side chains, the latter guarantee high solubility of the final compounds.Dedicated to Prof. Dr. H. 含胆甾基、西佛碱的3,6-双取代哒嗪的合成和介晶性

合成了8个未见报道的中心桥连基为酯基、CH＝N基, 含有哒嗪环、胆甾基、二个苯环、不同末端链长度的双取代哒嗪化合物, 并通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)对其介晶性进行了表征. 研究表明, 末端链长度对相变温度和清亮点温度均有影响, 但对相变温度范围影响较小.     

Efficient preparation of (Z)-alkenyl derivatives from (Z)-vinyl (N,N-diisopropyl)carbamate via Ni-catalysed coupling reactions

A (Z)-vinyl (N,N-diisopropyl)carbamate treated with Grignard reagents, under Wenkert Nickel-catalysed conditions, gave access to several substituted (Z)-alkenyl derivatives. These Nickel-catalysed reactions, carried out with vinyl-, phenyl-, p-methoxyphenyl-, trimethylsilylmethylmagnesium bromide and benzylmagnesium chloride, led to the corresponding (Z)-alkenyl derivatives in good yields and high stereoselectivities.     

Pd(PPh3)2Cl2-CuCl体系催化有机高价碘杂环化合物与末端炔烃的化学选择性交叉偶联反应

以有机高价碘杂环化合物1,2为底物,在Pd(PPh3)2Cl2-CuCl催化剂存在下与末端炔烃进行交叉偶联反应,实验发现该反应为--化学选择性反应,控制反应体系的物料比、温度及反应时间可以分别得到单偶联或双偶联产物,从而证实了有机高价碘杂环化合物的碘盐在进行交叉偶联反应时的反应活性比sp2的碘化物高.     

Efficient, protection-free Suzuki-Miyaura synthesis of ortho-biphenyltetrazoles

We describe an efficient protocol for the Suzuki-Miyaura synthesis of ortho-biphenyltetrazoles from non-protected 2-bromophenyltetrazole and arylboronic acids. The optimised conditions were achieved using [1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]dichloropalladium(II) as catalyst and Na₂CO₃ as base. A panel of structurally diverse arylboronic acids was used to demonstrate the scope of the coupling procedure.     

钯催化下有机锡化合物的偶联反应在碳-碳键形成过程中的应用

本文述评了最近几年来钯催化的有机锡化合物与有机亲电试剂的交叉偶联反应在有机合成中用于碳-碳键形成的主要研究成果。主要讨论了直接交叉偶联反应,CO或烯键插入的交叉偶联反应和机理。     

Microwave-assisted Suzuki-Miyaura and Heck-Mizoroki cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides and bromides in water using stable benzothiazole-based palladium(II) precatalysts

The catalytic activity of benzothiazole-based Pd(II)-complexes was evaluated in Suzuki-Miyaura and Heck-Mizoroki C-C cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides and bromides with olefins and arylboronic acids both under thermal as well as microwave irradiation conditions in water. The factors affecting the optimization of such reactions as well as the reusability of the Pd-precatalysts are studied.
