糖苷化合物广泛存在于生物体内,中草药和天然药物中的许多抗病活性化合物也是糖苷化合物。根据糖苷化合物分子结构中的配糖体与糖环碳原子相连的原子类型可把糖苷化合物分为氧苷、氮苷、硫苷和碳苷等。未作特殊说明的糖苷化合物均指氧苷,且配糖体为羧酸的糖苷化合物亦称为糖酯。有关糖苷(酯)化合物和其合成方法的研究很多,其中应用相转移催化法较为常见。我们曾用相转移催化法合成过许多糖酯化合物并对其生理活性进行研究报道。本文在原合成糖酯的基础上通过相转移催化法,选用不同于文献报道催化剂及溶剂体系,  相似文献

从麝香草(Thymus vulgaris L)的甲醇萃取物中分离出三个单萜配糖物. 用核磁共振光谱确定了它们的结构为对伞花-9-基-β-D-葡糖苷(1), 5-β-D-葡糖苷百里氢醌(2)和2-β-D-葡糖苷百里氢醌(3). 其中1是新化合物, 用以对伞花-9-醇为原料的对映体选择性合成方法确定了化合物1的8位的立体化学为R型.  相似文献

Abstract

Malaria is still continuing to be one of the most dreadful diseases of the tropical countries particularly due to the development of resistance to the existing antimalarials. From observed, antimalarial activity of 2-aziridinyl- and 2,3-bis(aziridinyl)-1,4-naphthoquinonyl sulfonate and acylate derivatives acting through redox cycling mechanism, molecular modeling and three dimensional-quantitative structure activity relationship (3D-QSAR) studies have been carried out on a set of 63 compounds to identify important pharmacophors. Among several 3D-QSAR models generated, three models with correlation coefficient r > 0.82, match > 0.60 and chance = 0.00 have shown two common biophoric sites: one being the oxygen atom at position 1 of the naphthoquinone ring in terms of π-population, charge and electron donating ability while the second being the center of the phenyl ring in terms of its 6π-electrons. In addition to these sites, the models also share two common secondary sites: one positively contributing H-acceptor site while the second site contributing negatively in terms of steric refractivity. All these models showed good agreement between the experimental, calculated and predicted antimalarial activities.  相似文献

SGLT2 has become a target of therapeutic interest in diabetes research. CoMFA and CoMSIA studies were performed on C-aryl glucoside SGLT2 inhibitors (180 analogues) as potential anti-diabetic agents. Three different alignment strategies were used for the compounds. The best CoMFA and CoMSIA models were obtained by means of Distill rigid body alignment of training and test sets, and found statistically significant with cross-validated coefficients (q 2) of 0.602 and 0.618, respectively, and conventional coefficients (r 2) of 0.905 and 0.902, respectively. Both models were validated by a test set of 36 compounds giving satisfactory predicted correlation coefficients (r 2 pred) of 0.622 and 0.584 for CoMFA and CoMSIA models, respectively. A comparison was made with earlier 3D QSAR study on SGLT2 inhibitors, which shows that our 3D QSAR models are better than earlier models to predict good inhibitory activity. CoMFA and CoMSIA models generated in this work can provide useful information to design new compounds and helped in prediction of activity prior to synthesis.  相似文献

A new diarylheptanoid glucoside,(8R,9R)-17-methoxy-2-oxatricyclo[13.2.2.13.7]icosa-l(17),3(20),4,6, 15,18-hexaene-4,9,10-triol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),namely jugcathayenoside,together with two known diarylheptanoids,(+)-galeon(2) and 4-hydroxy-17-methoxy-2-oxatricyclo[13.2.2.13,7 ]icosa-1(17),3(20),4,6,15,18-hexaene-9-one(3),were isolated from the root bark of Juglans cathayensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis.  相似文献

The functionalized multi‐wall carbon nanotube with 1,2‐naphthoquinone‐4‐sulfonic acid sodium (Nq‐MWNT) was fabricated by a simple and low‐cost method. Techniques of scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) analysis, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV‐vis) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were used to characterize the property of the Nq‐MWNT. The results showed that the MWNT with high functionalization of Nq can be obtained using this simple method. The Nq‐MWNT modified carbon paste electrode (Nq‐MWNT/CPE) was fabricated by drop‐casting technique. The resulted modified electrode was tested successfully to detection D‐penicillamine (D‐PA) and captopril (CAP) in an aqueous solution. It is found that D‐PA and CAP participate in Michael addition reaction with Nq on MWNT to form the corresponding thioquinone derivative. The reoxidation of adducts at a potential of less positive than D‐PA and CAP at the surface of the bare CPE leads to an increase in the oxidative current, which is proportional to the concentration of D‐PA and CAP. The catalytic response showed a wide linear range (3‐200 μM and 1‐130 μM for D‐PA and CAP, respectively) as well as its experimental limit of detection can be achieved 0.8 μM, and 0.4 μM for D‐PA and CAP, respectively. The modified electrode for D‐PA and CAP determination is of the property of simple preparation, good stability and high sensitivity. Furthermore, the fabricated electrode was used to determine the content of D‐PA and CAP in the tablet, suggesting the good accuracy of the method.  相似文献

The western segment of hygrocins A–B has been synthesized through the coupling of a chiral C5–C13 synthon with the sterically demanding hexasubstituted naphthalenic core. The C5–C13 chiral fragment has been assembled via a stereoselective Johnson orthoester rearrangement of an optically pure allylic alcohol derived from d-glucose. Our studies lay the platform for the determination of the absolute configuration of the unassigned C8-stereocenter of the title compounds in addition to the completion of the total synthesis of the unique ansamacrolides hygrocins A and B.  相似文献

In a recent study, anthocyanins, which have a strong free radical‐scavenging activity, were examined for their potential to effectively prevent cancer. However, clinical trials are limited by the purity of the anthocyanin. Multiple methods are used to extract and purify anthocyanins. Based on previous work on Solanum nigrum, which is a widely distributed plant, in this study, DM130 macroporous resin, Sephadex LH20, and a C18 column were used to separate cis–trans anthocyanin isomers. These anthocyanins constitute the majority of total S. nigrum anthocyanins. The results showed that this “DM130‐LH20‐C18 system” can be used to obtain a cinnamic acid‐derived cis–trans anthocyanin, petunidin‐3‐(p‐coumaroyl)‐rutinoside‐5‐glucoside, with a purity of 98.5%, for effective quantitation. In order to determine the antioxidant ability of the petunidin‐3‐(p‐coumaroyl)‐rutinoside‐5‐glucoside cis–trans isomers, three ordinary methods were adopted. The maximum antioxidant ability of the cis–trans anthocyanin was dozens of times higher than that of vitamin C.  相似文献
