A solid complex,readily prepared from commercially available sodium triphenylphosphine-m-sulfonate(TPPMS) and carbon tetrabromide,can be used as an easily recoverable and reusable catalyst system for one-pot condensation of 2-naphthol with aldehydes to construct 14-aryl(alkyl)-14H-dibenzo[a j]-xanthene derivatives and one-pot condensation of 2-naphthol with aldehydes and cyclic 1 3-dicarbonyl compounds to construct 12-aryl(alkyl)-8 9 10 12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen-11-one derivatives. 相似文献

Efficient method for direct preparation of 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes through condensation of β‐naphthol with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of the catalytic amount of [H—NMP]+[HSO4]? under microwave irradiation was described. This method has the advantages such as; very easy reaction workup, absolute separation of catalyst from the reaction mixture and smooth recyclability of catalyst. In this reaction 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes were obtained as desired products in excellent yields and short reaction times via green and one‐pot procedure. 相似文献

Effect of the micelles of anionic, cationic and non-ionic surfactants on the fluorescence quenching of 1- and 2-naphthols has been studied in the presence of copper ion. The excited state lifetime, dynamic and static quenching constants for these systems have been determined. Fluorescence quenching in water and SDS micelle is due to the collision of the fluorophore with the quencher with a small static component. The negatively charged naphtholate ions in the excited state are quenched with significantly higher rates than the neutral naphthol molecules, which are located further inside the mesophase. CTAB micelle is less effective than the SDS micelle for fluorescence quenching. The effect of CTAB on water-assisted excited-state deprotonation has been investigated in the presence of ZnSO4. For TX-100 micelle there is negligible quenching even at higher concentration of the quencher. 相似文献

A practical and efficient procedure for the one‐pot multicomponent couping of aryl aldehydes, 2‐naphthol and cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds using perchloric acid adsorbed on silica gel (HClO4‐SiO2) as a highly efficient, inexpensive, convenient, reusable heterogeneous catalyst under solvent‐free conditions has been developed. Various biologically important 12‐aryl‐8,9,10,12‐tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen‐11‐one derivatives have been efficiently synthesized in high to excellent yields. The present approach offers several advantages such as shorter reaction times, simple work‐up, excellent yields, low cost, and mild reaction conditions. Furthermore, the catalyst can be recovered simply and reused without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity. 相似文献

Naphthol green B was used, for the first time, as a new mediator in an amperometric glucose biosensor. It is a good mediator, promoting electron transfer from glucose oxidase to graphite electrode. The biosensor shows high sensitivity to glucose at low potential with response time of 30 seconds. The linear range is from 1.5 to 18μmol/L glucose with detection limit of 0.5μmol/L glucose. 相似文献

提出了应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定染发剂中4-氨基-2-硝基苯酚、3-二乙氨基酚、2-氨基-4-氯苯酚、2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚、2-氨基-3-硝基苯酚、1,7-二羟基萘酚和2,3-二羟基萘酚等7种酚类化合物的方法。采用甲醇萃取染发剂中酚类成分,经WatersAcquityUPLCTMBEHC18色谱柱分离,外标法定量,多反应监测模式采集质谱数据。7种酚类化合物的检出限(3S/N)均低于50.0μg.L-1。在10,20,50μg.g-1三个添加水平下,7种酚类化合物的回收率在68.8%~112.5%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.58%~12.61%之间。 相似文献
