采用HNO3-HClO4(15∶2)作消解液进行溶样,火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定滑子蘑中镉、铜、铅、锌的分析方法,优化了仪器工作参数、消解及萃取条件,进行了精密度以及共存离子的干扰实验.在最佳测定条件下,4种元素校准曲线相关性好(r为0.9955-0.9999),仪器精密度为0.6%-2.1%,样品加标回收率为94.2%-104.0%,精密度为2.2%-4.3%,方法快捷、准确、灵敏度高,精密度较好,适用于日常分析检测工作,结果令人满意.  相似文献

抗血小板凝聚药奥扎格雷不仅抑制酪氨酸酶单酚酶活性,而且对二酚酶具有很强抑制。导致单酚酶活力和二酚酶活力下降50%的奥扎格雷浓度(IC50)分别为1.35mmol/L和3.45mmol/L。奥扎格雷对单酚酶的抑制效应主要表现于酶催化反应的延滞时间有明显的延长。奥扎格雷对二酚酶的抑制作用表现为可逆的竞争性和非竞争性混合型抑制。  相似文献

The concentrations of heavy metals in the soil, mushroom and plant samples collected from Tokat, Turkey have been determined by flame and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after dry ashing, wet ashing and microwave digestion. The study of sample preparation procedures showed that the microwave digestion method was the best. Good accuracy was assured by the analysis of standard reference materials. The relative standard deviations for all measured metal concentrations were lower than 10%. In all cases, quantitative analytical recoveries ranging from 95 to 103% were obtained. Metal accumulation factors were calculated for mushroom and plant samples. High ratio of plants to soil cadmium, zinc and copper concentrations indicate that these elements are accumulated by mushrooms. Results obtained are in agreement with data reported in the literature.  相似文献

Total determination and speciation analysis of Se in commercial and selenised Agaricus mushrooms have been performed to investigate the Se species naturally occurring in non-enriched mushrooms as well as those present in specimens grown in a Se-enriched medium. Mushroom aqueous and enzymatic extracts have been analysed by three complementary chromatographic separation mechanisms (size-exclusion, anion-exchange and reversed-phase) coupled to an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer with an octopole reaction system. Post-column isotope dilution analysis has been used on-line with the separations for quantification of the Se species eluted. The 78Se-to-77Se isotope ratio was monitored after adequate corrections for both total determinations and Se species quantitative speciation. The results showed marked differences not only in total Se contents but also in Se species found in the two types of Agaricus mushrooms investigated. Selenomethionine was detected in both of them (free in commercial mushrooms and incorporated into proteins in selenised ones) together with a number of unknown selenocompounds.  相似文献

研究表明,含三氟甲基1,2,3-三氮唑衍生物(TF-TZ)对蘑菇酪氨酸酶具有很强的抑制性:不仅抑制单酚酶活性,而且对二酚酶活性也是可逆性抑制,其半抑制浓度IC50分别为30.4和34.5μmol.L-1,并且单酚酶延滞时间随着TF-TZ浓度增加而延长.TF-TZ对二酚酶的抑制为抛物线型竞争性抑制,表明一分子的酶可以和两分子的TF-TZ相结合,从而形成两种酶-抑制剂复合物:EI和EI2,其抑制常数分别为76.9和9.71μmol.L-1.紫外-可见光谱表明,TF-TZ和酶相互作用后产成特征的"肩峰",说明TF-TZ能够作用于酶的活性中心.  相似文献

Crocipodin, an unusual benzotropolone pigment, has been isolated from the fruit bodies of the mushroom Leccinum crocipodium. Its structure was determined by spectroscopic methods, particularly 2D NMR spectroscopy. The structure was confirmed by total synthesis, starting from 4-bromocatechol and gallic acid.  相似文献

采用热水浸提、Sevag法去蛋白、乙醇沉淀,冷冻干燥,从阿魏菇(pleurotus ferulae Lenzi)子实体及菌丝球中提取阿魏菇粗多糖(PFP), 苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量为PFP147.2%,PFP为41.4%,经过Sephadex200层析柱分离和薄层层析分析,可知阿魏菇多糖是由三种单糖组成的均一杂多糖。  相似文献

One-pot green approach to the synthesis of Prussian blue nanocubes/reduced graphene oxide (PBNCs/RGO) nanocomposite had been attempted. It was based on the extract of mushroom with K3[Fe(CN)6] and graphene oxide (GO) as precursors, where the reduction of GO and the deposition of PBNCs occurred simultaneously. The obtained nanocomposite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques. With the introduction of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), the β-CD/PBNCs/RGO system showed linear behavior in the range from 0.01 to 700 μM for 4-nitrophenol with a low detection limit of 2.34 nM (S/N = 3).  相似文献

Dawson-type phosphotungstic polyoxometalate α/β-K6P2W18O62·10H2O(P2W18) was synthesized and its inhibitory effect on the mushroom tyrosinase was investigated. It could inhibit diphenolase activity of mushroom tyrosinase as an irreversible inhibitor. When the concentration of the enzyme reached 0.0176 mg/mL, the concentration of P2W18 leading to 50% activity lost(IC50) was 0.05 mmol/L for monophenolase and 0.64 mmol/L for diphenolase. In addition, the antimicrobial activity of P2W18 was evaluated by zone of inhibition test. The results show that P2W18 possesses effective antimicrobial ability against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, yeast, especially Escherichia coli and yeast.  相似文献
