A facile one-step method has been developed for the synthesis of N-protected α-amino aldehyde acetals in moderate to good yields by three-component reaction of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides, vinyl ethers and alcohol at 0 °C within 10 min. The use of chiral secondary amines containing only one branched substituent has been shown to give optimal yields and stereoselectivities in the preparation of α-amino acids using the Petasis reaction. While the use of chiral primary amines generally gives products in low to moderate diastereoselectivity, chiral secondary amines generally give products in >95:5 diastereoselectivity. Additionally, the use of amines with two chiral (and by definition, branched) N-alkyl substituents results in significantly reduced yields with respect to to secondary amines with one or no branched N-alkyl substituents. 相似文献

利用人工神经网络(ANN)对严重混叠的傅里叶变换红外光谱图进行了定性和定量解析。通过大量模拟数据训练神经网络后,引用了新的评价标准——逼近度来选择最优网络模型。利用此优化网络对两类光谱图进行了解析,考察了网络的泛化能力。结果表明:该网络不仅能够对两组分同时存在时的样本进行准确解析,而且对于未知单组分光谱图,也能够进行准确鉴别和定量分析。可见, 该研究为人工神经网络在单组分和多组分未知物的定性和定量分析方面提供了一种新思路。 相似文献

Cost effective and green protocols for the synthesis of two new series of coumarin based blue light emitting fluorophores named as ‘Beta Fluors’ and ‘Alpha Fluors’ are described. The coumarin alkylamide based Beta Fluors are developed using a one-step multi-component process in the presence of phenyl boronic acid as an efficient green catalyst. The Alpha Fluors are structured with coumarin–triazole–carboxamide peptidomimetics and their synthesis involves the ‘click with MCR’ concept. The new fluorophores gave high Stoke’s shift values for the emission wavelengths and their structural features are promising for further fine tuning to obtain preferred emission maxima. 相似文献
