In the pursuit to enlarge the library of polyimide materials for energy applications, new polyimide/MWCNTs composite films have been developed by MWCNTs-assisted polycondensation reaction of a hydroxyl and triphenylmethane-containing diamine with benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride targeting to highlight their electrical storage capability as flexible electrodes in micro-supercapacitors (mSCs). The Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, UV–vis, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopies were used to demonstrate the evolution of interfacial interactions between MWCNTs and the precursors (diamine monomer and intermediate polyamidic acid) and polyimide matrix that proved to be the origin of MWCNTs homogeneous dispersion. Thus, composite films incorporating 1, 3, 5, and 10 w.t.% MWCNTs were obtained and thoroughly investigated with regard to their morphology, mechanical behavior, thermal stability, and electrical conductivity. The electrochemical performance of these composites was first analyzed in a classical three-electrode cell by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge in both aqueous and organic electrolyte systems. By far, the best electrical storage capacity was obtained with the composite polyimide film containing 10% MWCNTs that was further used as both active material and current collector in a flexible symmetric mSC realized by a straightforward and low-cost procedure. In the attempt to better exploit the advantages of this composite film, it was layered with a graphite-containing paint and tested as an electrode in a flexible mSC, which provided satisfactory results. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the electrical charge storage capability of a polyimide/MWCNTs free-standing film as a flexible electrode in mSCs, which do not require time- and resource-consuming processing steps. 相似文献

A unified theory captures both brittle and ductile fracture. The fracture toughness is proportional to the applied stress squared and the length of the crack. For purely brittle solids, this criterion is equivalent to Griffith's theory. In other cases, it provides a theoretical basis for the Irwin-Orowan formula. For purely ductile solids, the theory makes direct contact with the Bilby-Cottrell-Swinden model. The toughness is highest in ductile materials because the shielding dislocations in the plastic zone provide additional resistance to crack growth. This resistance is the force opposing dislocation motion, and the Peach-Koehler force overcomes it. A dislocation-free zone separates the plastic zone from and the tip of the crack. The dislocation-free zone is finite because molecular forces responsible for the cohesion of the surfaces near the crack tip are not negligible. At the point of crack growth, the length of the dislocation-free zone is constant and the shielding dislocations advance in concert. As in Griffith's theory, the crack is in unstable equilibrium. The theory shows that a dimensionless variable controls the elastoplastic behaviour. A relationship for the size of the dislocation-free zone is derived in terms of the macroscopic and microscopic parameters that govern the fracture. 相似文献

In this paper we report on tight-binding calculations of lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals states for silicon ellipsoidal nanocrystals. The electronic structure has been calculated for different nanocrystal shapes either keeping constant or varying the number of silicon atoms. We have found that changing the ellipsoid aspect ratio a non-obvious energy level structure is obtained. The implications for the infrared optical transitions and their relationship with the polarization of the radiation involved are discussed. 相似文献

An amorphous phase containing traces of non-transformed Co and Ti powders was obtained by mechanical alloying nominal compositions of Co67Ti33 and Co50Ti50 in a high-energy ball-mill. These alloys were prepared from elemental powders of Co and Ti. The heat treatment of Co67Ti33 at 573, 873 and 1173 K crystallized nanoparticles of Co2Ti and Co3Ti compounds, while the same treatments conducted on Co50Ti50 resulted in the formation of Co2Ti and CoTi nanoparticles. The saturation magnetizations reached a maximum value in the amorphous state and they decreased when the temperatures of the heat treatment rose. Demagnetizing interparticle interaction effects were estimated through hysteresis loops and initial magnetization curves using the Fourier technique. 相似文献

The structural and microstructural characteristics of metastable Gd2(Ti1−yZry)2O7 powders prepared by mechanical milling have been studied by a combination of XRD and Raman spectroscopy. Irrespective of their Zr content, as-prepared powder phases present an anion-deficient fluorite-type of structure as opposed to the pyrochlore equilibrium configuration obtained for the same solid solution by other synthetic routes. These fluorites are stable versus thermal activation, at least up to temperatures of 800 °C. For the Ti-rich compositions, thermal treatments at higher temperatures facilitate the rearrangement of the cation and anion substructures and the relaxation of mechanochemically induced defects whereas for compositions with high Zr content, the fluorite crystal structure is retained even at temperatures as high as 1200 °C. Interestingly enough, transient pyrochlores showing a very unusual cation distribution were observed during the thermally induced defect-recovery process. 相似文献

A series of Zr-Si-N composite films with different Si contents were synthesized in an Ar and N2 mixture atmosphere by the bi-target reactive magnetron sputtering method. These films’ composition, microstructure and mechanical properties were characterized by energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and nanoindentation. Experimental results revealed that after the addition of silicon, Si3N4 interfacial phase formed on the surface of ZrN grains and prevented them from growing up. Zr-Si-N composite films were strengthened at low Si content with the hardness and elastic modulus reaching their maximum values of 29.8 and 352 GPa at 6.2 at% Si, respectively. With a further increase of Si content, the crystalline Zr-Si-N films gradually transformed into amorphous, accompanied with a remarkable fall of films’ mechanical properties. This limited enhancement of mechanical properties in the Zr-Si-N films may be due to the low wettability of Si3N4 on the surface of ZrN grains. 相似文献

在Linux操作平台下应用FAST_wmg有限元前后处理软件对机械密封焊接金属波纹管膜片建立了有限元模型并进行了非线性有限元分析.在同等条件下对焊接金属波纹管采用了S型膜片和V型膜片,并分别进行了有限元强度评价和对比分析.结果表明,两种膜片最大应力集中都在膜片两端周围发生.这与文献所叙述的波纹管的主要失效发生在膜片两端与焊谷接近的部位非常吻合,但是,在同样边界条件下,在同样位移量时S型膜片最大应力值比V型膜片最大应力值小,压缩量大. 相似文献
