Prenylated isoflavones with potential antiproliferative activities from Mappianthus iodoides

Abstract

A phytochemical investigation on the stems of Mappianthus iodoides led to the isolation of a new naturally occurring prenylated isoflavone, mappianthone A (1), together with seven known analogues (2?8). The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparison with data reported in the literature. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 1?8 showed significant antiproliferative effects against several human cancer cell lines with IC₅₀ values ranging from 0.16 to 12.68?μM.

     

Two New Cytotoxic Alkaloids from Mappianthus iodoides Hand.‐Mazz.

Two new alkaloids, mappine A ( 1 ) and mapposidic acid ( 2 ), together with eleven known compounds, were isolated from the stems of Mappianthus iodoides Hand.‐Mazz. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, particularly 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. The cytotoxic activities of the two new alkaloids were also evaluated.     

电位滴定法测定定心藤中总有机酸的含量

为研究定心藤中总有机酸的最佳提取工艺,建立其测定方法,采用正交实验法考察了乙醇含量、固液比、提取时间及提取次数4个因素对该工艺的影响,利用电位滴定法对其进行了测定。结果表明,定心藤中总有机酸提取的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇含量75%,固液比1∶10,提取时间2.5 h,提取次数3次;电位滴定法对其测定简单可行,精密度高,重现性好,为定心藤进一步研究和资源开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
