报道了一种快速、简便的同时测定食用香料麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚光度法,方法基于在pH2.87的B R缓冲溶液中对麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚两组分混合溶液进行光度测定,所得的重叠波谱数据用主成分回归法(PCR)、经典最小二乘法(CLS)和偏最小二乘法(PLS)等化学计量学方法进行处理,结果表明主成分回归法(PCR)的预报误差最小。对样品进行测定,获得了较好的定量分析结果。麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的线性范围均为1.0~20.0mg·L-1;检出限分别为0.4347和0 5589mg·L-1。  相似文献

A method for the analytical determination of sotolon [4,5-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanone], maltol [3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one] and free furaneol [2,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone] in wine has been developed. The analytes are extracted from 50 ml of wine in a solid-phase extraction cartridge filled with 800 mg of LiChrolut EN resins. Interferences are removed with 15 ml of a pentane-dichloromethane (20:1) solution, and analytes are recovered with 6 ml of dichloromethane. The extract is concentrated up to 0.1 ml and analyzed by GC-ion trap MS. Maltol and sotolon were determined by selected ion storage of ions in the m/z ranges 120-153 and 79-95, using the ions m/z 126 and 83 for quantitation, respectively. Furaneol was determined by non-resonant fragmentation of the m/z 128 mother ion and subsequent analysis of the m/z 81 ion. The detection limits of the method are in all cases between 0.5 and 1 microg l(-1), well below the olfactory thresholds of the compounds. The precision of the method is in the 4-5% range for levels in wine around 20 microg l(-1). Linearity holds at least up to 400 microg l(-1), and is satisfactory in all cases. The recoveries of maltol and sotolon are constant (70 and 64%, respectively) and do not depend on the type of wine. On the contrary, in the case of furaneol, red wines show constant and high recoveries (97%), while the recoveries on white wines range between 30 and 80%. Different experiments showed that this behavior is probably due to the existence of complexes formed between furaneol and sulphur dioxide or catechols. Sensory experiments confirmed that the complexed forms found in white wines are not perceived by orthonasal olfaction, and that the furaneol determined by the method can be considered as the free and odor-active fraction.  相似文献

Ferroptosis triggered by hemin is regarded as a primary factor accounting for neuronal death secondary to intracerebral hemorrhage. Thus, compounds with inhibitory effect on hemin-induced ferroptosis might be potential medicines to prevent neuronal death caused by intracerebral hemorrhage. Herein, we investigate whether maltol could alleviate hemin-induced SH-SY5Y cell ferroptosis and its potential mechanisms. It is found that maltol effectively prevents hemin-induced SH-SY5Y cell ferroptosis via three pathways. The first one is inhibiting intracellular iron increase via preventing upregulation of transferrin receptor, the second one is alleviating lipid peroxidation via attenuating H2O2 generation by NOX4 and promoting H2O2 clearance by catalase, and the third one is to reduce peroxidized lipids via maintaining GPX4/GSH pathway. Therefore, maltol is a novel agent preventing hemin-induced SH-SY5Y cell ferroptosis.  相似文献

The syntheses of various substituted phenols from pyranone precursors, namely 4H-pyran-4-one, 3-(benzyloxy)-2-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one (benzyl-maltol), 2,6-dimethyl-4H-pyran-4-one and diethyl 4-oxo-4H-pyran-2,6-dicarboxylate (diethyl chelidonate) are presented. A variety of pronucleophiles were used in combination with tert-butanol as solvent and potassium tert-butoxide as base, using conventional heating methods and microwave conditions.  相似文献

Cationic nickel(II) complexes containing chelating O,O′-donor maltolate or ethyl maltolate ligands in conjunction with bidentate bisphosphine ligands Ph2P(CH2) n PPh2 were prepared by a one-pot reaction starting from nickel(II) acetate, bisphosphine, maltol (or ethyl maltol), and trimethylamine, and isolated as their tetraphenylborate salts. An X-ray structure determination of [Ni(maltolate)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)]BPh4 shows that the maltolate ligand binds asymmetrically to the (slightly distorted) square-planar nickel(II) center. The simplicity of the synthetic method was extended to the synthesis of the known platinum(II) maltolate complex [Pt(maltolate)(PPh3)2]BPh4 which was obtained in high purity.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of maltol on a glassy carbon (GC) electrode was investigated. The results were applied to differential pulse voltammetric determination of maltol in beverages pretreated by ultrafiltration. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range is 1×10−5 to 6×10−4 mol l−1 maltol and the relative standard deviation for 0.4 mmol l−1 maltol is 0.6% (n=9). The detection limit was 5 μmol l−1. Furthermore, silica sol-gel film on GC electrode could be used as suitable selective membrane, which integrated selective membrane on the electrode and substituted for the pretreatment of ultrafiltration. Under the above conditions, maltol was determined by semi-differential linear sweep voltammetry at a silica sol-gel modified GC electrode in the concentration range of 5×10−6 to 5×10−4 mol l−1. The detection limit was 2 μmol l−1 and the relative standard deviation for 0.1 mmol l−1 maltol was 0.7% (n=7). The proposed method is of sensitivity, simplicity, rapidness and no contamination. It had been applied to the direct determination of maltol in beverages such as grape wines, drinks and beers without any pretreatment. The results obtained with the present method were satisfactory with those obtained by spectrophotometry. It could be used as a simple and practical method for the determination of the flavor enhancer maltol in beverages.  相似文献

The antibiotic streptomycin can be reliably quantitated in injectable pharmaceuticals by GC. The manipulations are not difficult, and total analysis time for duplicate samples is less than twenty minutes. Reaction of the drug with aqueous sodium hydroxide solution generates maltol, which is extracted into chloroform prior to silylation. The silyl ether of maltol is then assayed, using naphthalene as internal standard. Duplicate analyses of twenty pharmaceutical samples showed a relative standard deviation of ±1.3%.  相似文献

本文提出了采用玻碳电极示差脉冲伏安法测定麦芽酚的方法。在氨-氯化铵溶液中,麦芽酚在Ep=0.5~0.6V有氧化峰,线性范围为1×10-5~6×10-4mol/L,检出限为4×10-6mol/L,相对标准偏差0.6%。该方法仪器简单,操作方便,样品经超滤可直接测定。  相似文献

比较了三种测定食品增味剂麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的方法,即分光光度法、高效液相色谱法和溶胶-凝胶化学修饰电极伏安法。实验结果表明:高效液相色谱法可分别测定麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚,而分光光度法和伏安法只能测定二者的总量。伏安法具有简便、快速、灵敏的优点,可用于饮料样品的直接测定。  相似文献
