The five known lactones matricarin, austricin, canin, and achillin guaianolides and argolide germacranolide and the two flavonoids
eupatilin and its 7-O-methyl ester were isolated for the first time from the aerial part of Artemisia albida Willd. The structure of eupatilin was confirmed by an x-ray structure analysis.

A method for the analysis of alkaloids in Macleaya cordata (Willd.) R. Br. using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS) was developed. Using protopine (PRO), allocryptopine (ALL), sanguinarine (SA), and chelerythrine (CHE) as the model components, different columns for the separation and different mobile phases for the signal intensities of alkaloids in ESI/MS were investigated, respectively. The results showed that good separation and high signal intensities can be obtained on a high carbon loading (17%) reversed-phase C(18) column with 30 mM formic acid in mobile phase for the analysis of alkaloids. Under the optimal separation condition and UV detection (284 nm), linearity of the six alkaloids was obtained over concentration range from 0.05 to 100.00 microg/ml. The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.62, 1.87, 1.79, 1.76, 1.10, and 0.94 ng/ml for SA, CHE, PRO, ALL, dihydrosanguinarine (DHSA), and dihydrochelerythrine (DHCHE), respectively. The LODs with ESI/MS detection were lower three orders of magnitude than those obtained with UV detection. The proposed method could be used to control quality of the raw materials of the herb more comprehensively. 相似文献

The taraxeran-14-ene-type triterpenoids methyl 3-β-al-D-fridoolean-14-en-28-oate (1), 3-α-[3″,4′-dihydroxytrans-cinnamoyl]-oxy-D-fridoolean-14-en-28-oic acid (2), and β-sitosterol (3) were isolated from the aerial part of plants from the genus Tamarix (T. laxa, T. elongata) (Tamaricaceae). The structures of the triterpenoids were proved using spectral data (IR, UV, PMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, mass). Compound 1 is new and not previously described in the literature.

In this study, silver nanoparticle (AgNP) synthesis was carried out using Onosma sericeum Willd. aqueous extract for the first time, with a simple, economical, and green method without the need for any other organic solvent or external reducing or stabilizing agent. A variety of AgNPs, all of different particle sizes, were synthesized by controlling the silver ion concentration, extract volume, temperature, and pH. It was determined that the optimum conditions for AgNP synthesis were 1 mM AgNO3, pH 8, 25 °C, 20 g/200 mL extract, silver nitrate, and extract ratio 5:1 (v/v). The AgNPs were defined using UV-Vis spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The particle size distribution and zeta potential measurements of the AgNPs were measured using the dynamic light scattering (DLS) technique. It was determined that the AgNPs with a particle size of less than 10 nm showed a higher catalytic effect in the reduction of 2-nitrobenzenamine. It was also found that these nanoparticles had a cytotoxic effect on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line depending on dosage and time. The resulting IC50 values were between 76.63 µg/mL and 169.77 µg/mL. Furthermore, the biosynthesized AgNPs showed effective antibacterial activity against the Acinetobacter baumannii bacteria. The results of the study showed that synthesized AgNPs can have a promising role in biomedical and nanobiotechnology applications. 相似文献

This paper reports on the first phytochemical analysis ever performed on Jasminum tortuosum Willd. This analysis, mainly carried out by means of column chromatography separation, NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, led to the isolation and the identification of four compounds, namely the lignans ginkgool (1) and olivil-4′-O-β-glucopyranoside (2) and the secoiridoids oleoside dimethyl ester (3) and oleoside 11-methyl ester (4). The presence of these compounds is significant from a chemotaxonomic point of view, confirming the correct botanical classification of the species and, from a phytochemical standpoint, may suggest its possible use in the ethno-medicinal field. 相似文献

全球气候变暖已成不争的事实,而夜间温度的增幅比白天大。本研究利用ICP-AES测定分别在白天、夜间和全天增温情景下生长的蒙药阿给生殖枝和营养枝中九种元素(Al,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Cu,Mn,Zn,Ni)含量的变化,探索气候变暖对植物元素含量的影响。研究结果表明,白天、夜间和全天增温对阿给元素含量影响的部位差异不显著,但均呈现负效应大于正效应;白天增温对阿给元素含量的影响不显著,夜间增温显著降低了Al,Fe,Mn含量,且白天与夜间增温存在交互作用。 相似文献

Glucosinolates (GSLs) from Lepidium graminifolium L. were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by their desulfo-counterparts using UHPLC-DAD-MS/MS technique and by their volatile breakdown products-isothiocyanates (ITCs) using GC-MS analysis. Thirteen GSLs were identified with arylaliphatic as the major ones in the following order: 3-hydroxybenzyl GSL (glucolepigramin, 7), benzyl GSL (glucotropaeolin, 9), 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl GSL (11), 3-methoxybenzyl GSL (glucolimnanthin, 12), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzyl GSL (3,5-dimethoxysinalbin, 8), 4-hydroxybenzyl GSL (glucosinalbin, 6), 3,4-dimethoxybenzyl GSL (10) and 2-phenylethyl GSL (gluconasturtiin, 13). GSL breakdown products obtained by hydrodistillation (HD) and CH2Cl2 extraction after hydrolysis by myrosinase for 24 h (EXT) as well as benzyl ITC were tested for their cytotoxic activity using MTT assay. Generally, EXT showed noticeable antiproliferative activity against human bladder cancer cell line UM-UC-3 and human glioblastoma cell line LN229, and can be considered as moderately active, while IC50 of benzyl ITC was 12.3 μg/mL, which can be considered as highly active. 相似文献

短穗柽柳的花内蜜腺位于花冠基部与子房之间的花盘上,属于花盘蜜腺。蜜腺组织由分泌表皮、产蜜组织以及维管束三部分组成。分泌表皮具有较厚的角质层,但其上没有气孔器分布,产蜜组织在蜜腺发育过程中,其液泡和淀粉粒随蜜腺的发育有一定的消长规律。来自花托的维管束一直通入产蜜组织内。维管组织中只有韧皮部,原蜜汁可能由韧皮部提供。 相似文献
