Bis(pyridine)iodonium tetrafluoroborate (IPy2BF4) was successfully used as a diiodination reagent for carbazole and its derivatives to give 3,6-diiodocarbazoles in excellent yield. Subsequent rhodium-catalyzed disilylation of 3,6-diiodocarbazoles with triethoxysilane gave the corresponding 3,6-bis(triethoxysilyl)carbazoles, which are precursors for sol-gel polymerization, in good yield. 相似文献

An oxidative multi-functionalization of azaarenes with benzylic CH bonds of methylarenes via iodination/N-benzylation/amidation cascade, to produce N-benzyl-4-iodoisoquinolin-1(2H)-ones and N-benzyl-3-iodoquinolin-2(1H)-ones is developed. The molecular iodine plays a triple role in activating benzylic sp3 CH bond of methylbenzenes, accelerating the oxidation process and serving as iodination reagent. This reaction utilizes cheap and readily available azaarenes and methylarenes as starting materials and proceeds under metal-free conditions to construct C-I, CN and CO bonds consecutively and afford iodo(iso)quinolinones efficiently. 相似文献

Strecker reaction of iodophenethylamines with phenylacetaldehydes afforded the corresponding -aminonitriles, which on treatment with i-propyl magnesium chloride underwent a Bruylants reaction to give the title compounds. A series of vulpinic acids differing by the aryl or heteroaryl groups placed in the ester α-position were prepared by Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling involving a common iodide and the corresponding aryl boronates. The preparation of the iodide precursor from (+)-dimethyl l-tartrate required four steps: the esterification of one hydroxyl group, a Dieckmann cyclization allowing the construction of the tetronic acid moiety, a dehydration leading to the installation of the exocyclic double bond and lastly, an N-iodosuccinimide-mediated iodation of the alkene obtained. 相似文献

Silylated functionalized arylboronic acids were converted into corresponding iodinated arylboronic acids in good yields via the electrophilic ipso-desilylation effected with iodine chloride in refluxing CHCl3. Disilylated arylboronic acids were susceptible to diiodination. In addition, the structural characterization and reactivity of a novel sterically hindered ortho-silylated diarylborinic ester were reported. The potential of selected iodinated phenylboronic acids as monomers for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling polymerization was demonstrated. 相似文献
