运用层析法、结晶法从狭苞橐吾全草中分离得到艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide化合物,并通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱、氢核-氢核相关谱、异核多量子相干谱和异核多键相干谱进行结构鉴定.其单晶经X射线衍射测试表明,其晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数为: a=6.8519(5),b=10.7191(8),c=18.5942(14)A,V=1365.67(18) A3,Z=4,Dc=1.354 mg/m3.F(000)=592,μ=0.101 mm-1  相似文献

从中间锦鸡儿(Caragana intermedia)地上部分分离得到二个新的倍半萜类化合物,即桉烷-4(15)-烯-1β,8α-二醇(1)和反式-八氢茚-7β-异丙基-4-亚甲基-9β-甲基-1β-醇(2),其中化合物2为桉烷类化合物中一种新的碳架;四个已知化合物,即异香木兰烷-3β,9β-二醇(3),( )-3α,9β-香木兰烷二醇(4),( )-spathulenol(5)和( )-lariciresinol(6).制备了以及化合物5的衍生物( )-10α-溴-spathulenol(7).其中化合物1,2,3,4,5,7分别在38,10,25,18,9,35 μg/mL浓度时对稻瘟霉P-2b有完全抑制作用.以上分得的化合物及衍生物通过1D,2D核磁共振、高分辨质谱、红外等光谱方法确定结构,其中化合物4通过X单晶衍射对其结构进行了进一步确证.  相似文献

8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide was isolated from the Ligularia intermedia and char- acterized by MS, multi NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Its crystal structure was determined as in a orthorhombic type, with space group P212121 with a=6.8519(5), b=10.7191(8), c=18.5942(14) oA, V =1365.67(18) oA3, Z=4, and the calculated density is 1.354 mg/m3. Natural deep eutectic solvents have been used as an alternative to organic solvents for the extraction of plants metabolites, allowing for the extraction of compounds of different polarities, while being inexpensive, non‐toxic, and easy to prepare. This work presents the comparison of the chromatographic profiles by high‐performance liquid chromatography with diode‐array detection obtained from Byrsonima intermedia (Malpighiaceae) using five choline chloride‐based natural deep eutectic solvents, in addition to the most used traditional extraction solvents, methanol/water 7:3 and ethanol/water 7:3 v/v. A reference extract was used to tentatively identify compounds by high‐performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. The water content appeared to be important for the extraction efficiency and the mixture choline chloride/glycerol was shown to be the best candidate for efficiently extracting this matrix when compared with the traditional extraction media in addition to being far greener as shown by the environmental analysis tool. Seven phenolic compounds (digalloyl quinic acid, proanthocyanidin dimer, galloylproanthocyanidin dimer, quercetin‐O‐hexoside, galloyl quercetin hexoside, quercetin‐O‐pentoside, and galloyl quercetin pentoside) were tentatively identified in all extracts. Moreover, the influence of these solvents on the antioxidant activity of the extracts was studied and the results for choline chloride/glycerol extracts were very similar to that of the traditional extraction solvents.  相似文献

通过直剪试验研究了垂直荷载、土体干密度、土体含水率对柠条根-土界面、沙柳根-土界面以及土-土界面摩擦特性的影响.结果表明:柠条根-土界面、沙柳根-土界面与土-土界面的剪切特性相似,均服从莫尔-库仑理论;柠条根-土界面、沙柳根-土界面的摩擦系数随着土体干密度的增大而增大;土壤含水率对柠条根-土界面、沙柳根-土界面摩擦系数和黏聚力的影响与素土相同,三者的摩擦系数随含水率增加逐渐减小,而黏聚力随着含水率增大呈先增大后减少的变化.在自然生境下主要根系分布层,柠条、沙柳的根-土界面摩擦系数大于土-土界面,尽管根-土界面黏聚力小于土-土界面黏聚力,但是根-土界面的摩擦系数的增大仍使根-土界面抗剪强度大于土-土界面,说明根-土结合面抵抗位移的能力大于土-土界面;2种植物相比,柠条根系抵抗根-土分离的能力优于沙柳.  相似文献

Two new dibenzofurans,7,8-dimethoxy-4-methyldibenzofuran-1-carboxaldehyde, named ligumedial (1) and 7,8-dimethoxy-4-methyldibenzofuran-1-carboxylic acid, named ligumediaoic acid (2), have been isolated from the underground parts of Ligularia intermedia. Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia Emeric ex Loiseleur) essential oils (EOs), from Abrial, Super and Grosso cultivars, cultivated and extracted in the South East of Spain, were analysed by using GC/MS to determine their composition, in both relative (peak area) and absolute (using standard curves) concentrations. Linalool (34–47%), linalyl acetate (17–34%), camphor (4–9%) and eucalyptol (3–7%) were determined as the main molecules. This characterisation was completed with the enantioselective gas chromatography, where ( ? )-linalool, (+)-camphor and ( ? )-linalyl acetate were determined as the main components. Antioxidant activity was evaluated positively by several methods: activity against free radicals, chelating and reducing power, probably due to linalool and linalyl acetate. Mild inhibitory activity on lipoxygenase was observed supporting potential anti-inflammatory activity, mainly due to linalool and camphor. These properties support the potential use of L. × intermedia essential oils as natural cosmetic and natural pharmaceutical ingredient to fight several skin diseases.  相似文献
