Interphase Modelling of Human Osteoblasts Spread on Pure Titanium Surface Covered with TiO2 Nanotubes

The purpose of the present work was to define some parameters of compatibility between the titanium nanotubes surface and the human cells layer. The nanotube–matrix interphase provided the necessary information concerning the possibility of compatibility between a titanium prosthesis and human tissue. An important point of view was the biomechanical response of the interphase created by the surfaces involved (interface modelling). The viscoelastic hybrid interphase model developed for the determination of the interphasial stress and strain fields as well as for the prediction of the stiffness variation within the area of the interphase material has been applied in the special case of a substrate containing human osteoblasts and the pure titanium surface covered with titanium nanotubes. The results showed that in order to achieve a strong fixation of the metal to the tissue while at the same time to develop a good environment for the development of the osteoblast cells, extreme values corresponding to both, perfect adhesion or zero adhesion, should be excluded. It was found that the optimum condition is achieved for nanotube–matrix adhesion factor 'k' of intermediate value.

本文研究了几种血红素蛋白质包括牛血红蛋白, 人肌红蛋白和马心细胞色素C在亚甲蓝修饰电极上的非均相电子转移反应, 采用光透薄层光谱电化学法监测了血红素蛋白的直接电化学反应过程, 并进行了动力学研究。     

催化动力学分光光度法测定痕量锰(II)的研究: 钙红-过氧化氢体系

本文筛选出锰的新指示反应, 用钙红-过氧化氢体系作指示剂, 据此建立了一个有高灵敏度和选择性的催化动力学分析法, 并就反应动力学中反应速度方程, 反应级数,活化能, 共存离子等问题作了讨论。     

电致化学发光免疫分析测定人绒毛膜促进性激素

本文用电化学发光法进行了人绒毛膜促进性激素(简称HCG)的免疫分析研究。实验在Na~2CO~3-NaHCO~3-KCl介质中以CoCl~2为催化剂测定发光标记试剂ABEI, 检测限达到1.3X10^-^1^2mol.L^-^1。ABEI-HCG标记物稀释至2X10^5倍仍可检出。采用双抗法测定了血清中的HCG。     

以meso-四(N-甲基-3-吡啶基)卟啉荧光光度测定痕量锌的研究

研究了以meso-四(N-甲基-3-吡啶基)卟啉测定锌痕量锌的荧光光度法, 其灵敏度较其它水溶性卟啉衍生物测定锌的分光光度法要高, 检出量为1ppb, 线性范围为0-1.0μg/25mL. 方法已用于测定自来水和头发中的微量锌, 结果满意.     

用于癌症病人初级临床诊断的化学计量学研究

用感应耦合等离子体原子发射光谱及石墨炉原子吸收测定了正常人及癌症病人头发与血清样品中13个元素。将所得数据送入计算机, 分别用化学计量学中PLS及Gram-Schmidt多元分析方法处理了血清与头发样本。在两种情况下均得到了病人与正常人分类极其清晰的二维判别图。头发样本的判别失误率低于血清样本。头发样品取样、存储及运输容易, 也宜于进行光谱分析, 因此可将头发用作癌症初级临床诊断中的分析样品。
